Just had Ken from Bullseye Plumbing come out to my home this afternoon Not only did he show up right on time he was well prepared and very knowledgeable. In less the 15 minutes he found the sewer problem (city side of the sewer) and he helped me make a cell phone video of the root issues. Now I can show the city exactly where their sewer pipe has roots entering (almost every 4 feet). This is such a load of my mind, we were told by another company that our main sewer line under the house had to be replaced......at a cost of thousands of dollors.
Thank god I have been in the construction industry 43 years and got a second opinion. Ken (Bullseye) thanks for being the honest, upstanding, and trustworthy contractor that you are

I was contacted immediately, and Dan came out to find our leak. It was rather complicated and he took his time, explained along the way so that we understood, and was incredibly helpful. I really appreciated his honesty, the different options he gave us as far as fixing it, and we had our estimates the very next day. We look forward to using them in the future.

I spoke with Ken, the owner of Bullseye Plumbing, yesterday when we discovered our crawl space filled with water. He quickly sent out Luis who diagnosed the problem (corroded pipes) and multiple leaks.

Luis and Sal came out at 8:00 AM sharp to replace the corroded pipes under the house. They were prompt, courteous and thorough and I know that the work was done with the highest quality.

The price was very competitive and it's a relief to know that the job was done well.

Can't say enough about these guys. Anytime a homeowner hears ""sewer main"" you feel your heart sink and your wallet empty, because you know it's a.) unavoidable and b.) expensive. Well, Ken and his guys are about the straightest shooters you'll ever encounter. They first snaked the line and when that failed, they brought the camera in, ascertaining that the entire main had failed and needed replacing. I had had the line snaked a year prior and was aware the condition was pretty bad, so it was in line w expectations. Ken gave me a very competitive estimate for a tricky job that involved connecting to the sewer main on E 4th in San Mateo - a major artery. His crew - Luis et al - are honestly some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, clean, articulate and polite. They got the job done quickly, neatly and effectively, and even patched up my landscaping to where you'd almost never guess the job was ever done. I'd swear Ken was ex-military (he says he's not), but he and his crew operate with military precision and efficacy. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Bullseye Plumbing has been my ""go to"" for any sink, sewage, water heater, etc issues for 5 years. I gave Ken and his team 5 stars in Feb 2012 but have to update and reiterate how great Ken is... personable, knowledgeable, prompt... and his team is great too. They flat out do great work.

I just had them out for a sewage issue last week that came just when i was overloaded with work and personal issues. Ugg. He called back asap, came the next morning, and resolved my issue. Wow, he helped me dodge a bullet. And gave me an assessment of how to manage/fix the issue long term but didn't pressure me to move on it. And gave me the lowdown on how Burlingame handles sewage lines vs other cities in the Peninsula. And, and, and. Great info.

Ken and crew (*Luis) we're called Friday and responded immediately--our sump pump was not working, unbeknown to us, and through a totally unrelated experience we found we had a foot of water under hour entire house--which is rat proofed but not so good from a water percolation standpoint. Our go to Plumber told me to call Bullseye as he was booked on a major job. Ken did a very good job, pumped out the water and replaced the sump pump. Good thing too since you can imagine the humidity inside the house from the water---all good now and a professional job from Bullseye.

Ken and his team are great. Very professional, gave a reasonable quote and super responsive. Highly recommend them. We had the entire sewage line from our basement to the city line replaced - major work, with tree removal, asphalt digging/replacement, etc.
