Recommended Customer Reviews
We had a very positive experience with Ken and team. They were all professional, fairly priced and did a job well done. We had to get our main sewer line replaced and they not only took care of all the permits, inspections and traffic control, but they also always kept us up to date with the progress and finished on time. We had another plumbing issue with our washer machine and made no hesitation to call Ken again to have him fix it. We thought Ken was responsive, professional, friendly and would recommend Bullseye to anyone.
Alicia F.I just had my kitchen sink fixed through Bullseye plumbing and they were great! They actually answered the phone (unlike most plumbing companies) and made an appointment with me for that day. He showed up on time and got to work right away. He was able to identify the problem within minutes and the work was done right then and there! I really appreciate this company's promptness and professionalism, especially when you have an emergency leak. I highly recommend them :)
The first time we called Ken was upon the recommendation by our handyman, who couldn't help us due to an injury. Ken arrived as planned and fixed our leaking faucet. That was several months ago, the faucet is still operating well. So, we called Ken again, when our next problem presented itself, pipes leaking under the kitchen sink. We are very pleased with Ken's reliability and quality of work. We recommend you call Ken for your plumbing needs and problems.
We commend Ken on his excellent customer service acumen. Our first experience with Ken was regarding our dish washer. The professionalism and work ethics he displayed to us convinced us he'll be our plumber of choice for our future projects.

Ken called me a few days after my review posted. He informed me the clog was under the house and that I just ""didn't understand"" what had happened. Then he offered me $240 to take down my review. I declined the offer. Let me be clear: I work as a teacher's aide, and $240 is 3 day's pay, for me, so this was a BIG decision to make. Basically, I just don't think it's right to try and bribe people to remove bad reviews. Hopefully, this will save someone else who is pretty-much broke from suffering through the same experience.
Ken replaced a 75 gallon water heater at my mom's place over the holidays. I found him through Yelp based on other reviews and he was very quick to respond. I explained our situation to him and let him know that two other plumbers had already turned down the job because of the size of water heater that had to be removed. Ken quoted me over the phone and fit me into his schedule, pending weather conditions. He texted me the day before our scheduled appointment to confirm. He showed up on time, explained the work that had to be done, was very courteous, and did a great job. My mom was really pleased with his work and she was happy that the job was done quickly. We will use Bullseye Plumbing again in the future.
Mike L.Ken from Bullseye plumbing did an excellent job when we had a sewer line back up. He clearly explained the issue I was having, let me know what was needed to fix it, then called out an improvement we could make that would prevent future problems. I think he gave me a fair price from the very beginning. He was thorough and knew what he was doing.
Ken answers his phone, showed up when he said he would, did all the inspections/evaluations, bid the job to re-do the main sewer line at my office. Other companies never even returned our calls of inquiry. Turned into a major job needing traffic control etc. He stuck to his original bid, despite all the extra time needed. . . as he should. . . but it still was nice to have someone stick to the ""service"" code of ethics. Yes some plants got killed in the process, but you gotta break a few eggs. . .
He's doing more work at my office now. Recommend without hesitation.
One thing that should never happen when a potential customer contacts a contractor or service person with interest in hiring them, is to be led on and then ignored! While Ken may be a nice guy to most of his clients, read them closely (Be sure to read the reviews that are ""not recommended"" also)
I contacted Ken via his website to get information and an estimate on the SM cost sharing program to replace my main sewer. He initially replied requesting my address, phone #, etc. and said he would get back to me to schedule - NOT!
I waited a day or more and then sent another e-mail asking what was going on and he replied the next morning saying he could come before 10am. I did not even get the message until after 10 and that is no way to plan ahead to schedule an appointment with a potential customer not allowing any time to communicate.
I responded immediately and suggested time windows for the next 3 days and he ignored them all without even a considerate reply! This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on ANY service oriented business - it clearly sends a message ""I don't want or need your business at the moment, so leave me alone""
Seems I am not the only one Ken has done this to, so curious to see if my review ends up in the ""not recommended"" batch!
Shame on Ken!
Made an appointment for three days out. I stayed home from work to wait. Never showed or called to say wasn't coming.
