Our A/C stopped working. The unit is about 6 years old but has been reliable until now. There was no power to the thermostat and the unit would not turn on. I know enough about A/C systems to be dangerous so I checked the breakers and the drain pan safety switch. I didn't see anything obviously wrong so I called Bullseye. The Tech arrived on time, was polite and got to work immediately. Within about 15 minutes he discovered a loose connection at the air handler. The wiring lugs had not been tightened correctly at installation. He restripped the wires, reconnected them and the system was back up and running. Yes, I got lucky and it was a simple fix but like anything, it's only """"simple"""" when you know what you're doing and I didn't! Thank you Bullseye for great service!

Josh installed new improved garbage disposal for me today. My old one died yesterday morning. I had called late afternoon yesterday they do have same day service which is good to know for emergencies. I was okay with waiting for today. Gave me full information so I was aware of my choices. Excellent work,neat on time. Very nice person as well. I will be recommending to anyone I know that would need these types of services especially my family who are also in the area Highly recommended will use again! Thanks very much

my neighbor was having work done and i noticed my yard was being dug up. i went over to the gentleman that was digging, and let him know he was now on my property and he was VERY hostile towards me and he said """"I don't like the way you're coming at me right now"""". i unfortunately did not catch this man's name because of the fact that he was so rude but i am giving this review 5 stars solely based on the other technician who was on site, who kindly told me his name was Josh Foley. he was an excellent worker and he was SO kind and polite and apologized for the other tech's behavior. i even went out of my way to offer Josh some lemonade and not the other tech. please give Josh Foley high praise for his customer service, and please fire the rude tech. he is not a good representation for your business.

Had to have re-piping done in my home because of a leak somewhere in the old copper line and found great reviews with Bullseye. Kyle, Miles and Chris were a great team and it was a long day! I had questions during the process and they were very gracious in answering and explaining things through the day. Great customer service from the estimate to the work performed.

I called Leland around 6:00 AM for a plumbing leak that I discovered when I got out of bed and stepped into water. The plumber-Brad-arrived in about 30 minutes and promptly fixed the problem. I will definitely call Leland again for any of my plumbing needs.

When we bought our home and had toilet issues I was so glad we called Bullseye they were a great company to work with. Very professional and reasonably priced. They were very quick to find our pipe clog. We had them install 2 high flush toilets, 2 AC units, a water softener and were very happy they could get us an electric tankless water heater. We had a couple issues with one toilet and the water heater and they were out ASAP. Great customer service for everything we had done even the perfessionalism on the phone which can be rare. Highly recommend this company

Just had a plumber stop by and found my garbage disposal is leaking. They wanted over $600 to replace a 1/2 hp disposal. That is OUTRAGEOUS!
