We recently had bad sewer back up problem on a weekend. Jessie arrived promptly and suggested removing the toilet to clear the line. This was accomplished and thankfully the line cleared. However, we feel that the charges for one hour work was excessive. The cost was over $600.00 . We had to sign a waiver that if it wasn't fixed, too bad for us. The sewer is now fine but the toilet that he removed to clear the line is leaking (now we have to call another plumber to reset the toilet with the correct seal. Sorry, but we won't be calling this company again, no matter the problem

We hired Bullseye to fix two toilets and install a pop up sink drain. Considering the good price we got for new toilets we opted to go that route. We like the new ones and may decide to install another. The new toilets are higher, have a very powerful flush and quick refill. Also has soft close seat and lid. I got scheduled very quickly. The technician, Nick, arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly. He was a pleasure to have doing the work. i will use this company again.

Don't bother scheduling an apt for this advert they sent out. Totally false and VERY misleading. Said they wouldn't honor the coupon because of a lack of a proper drain clean out... instead of advertised price of $73.00, they were going to charge $275. Total waste of their time and my time. I'd rather pay an honest plumber double than support this company's sneaky tactics.

Forced by Yelp to give a 1 star.... couldn't leave it Blank.... Cannot give a review when they don't even call you back! Thanks to another local plumbing company for Coming out and fixing my issue! The person that answered the phone didn't even know the employees when I requested a specific plumber. DO NOT CALL!!

When I moved into my new condo I needed plumbing work done. Bullseye assessed the situation and provided options. We hired them and 24 hours later the work was done with high quality, economically and with a mask on. Less than two months later the AC was on the fritz. Called Bullseye. Again, options. With a 20+ year old unit, We went with new. 24 hours later the work was done. Alan, the owner/president stopped by to check on our customer service satisfaction. This is good old fashioned way to do business. We certainly hope we are done with home improvements for now but Bullseye is in our phone contacts just in case. Kudos to Brian, Dexter, Dustin and Quentin too.

I have a rental property managed by Stinger Managment they hired Bullseye Home Service when my hot water heater was leaking water in the garage. It cost me 1,297 to replace a 40 gallon hot water heater. Stinger told me hot water heaters cost 900 I said I see them on Lowes for 369 for the heater. I will never use Bullseye again.

They are under new management as Bullseye Home Services. I always liked Leland because they were always professional and affordable and the new company, Bullseye, seems to care about customer satisfaction and training their people. They sent someone out right away to diagnose my faucet leak problem and gave me several options. Then they sent Kyle and Chuck out the very next day. These guys were very polite, skilled, professional and they did their work efficiently and left everything nice and clean. I love my new shower faucets and they also replaced the broken shut off valve outside.

They are unbelievable. I had a punctured copper line in the dining room. Being new to the area, I went on the advice of my next door neighbor who had a great experience with Leland, and called them. They responded the same day since it was an emergency. They fixed the copper line and went on their way for less than $300. I was amazed. After the drywall was repaired, they came right out and installed the valve for the utility sink at no charge. I spent about 40 minutes with them as they answered questions I had about the replumbing job that had been done by others prior to my purchasing the home. They are very courteous, very clean and most importantly very honest. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

My 87 yr old Dad called me that he had a flood in his Den. We called Leland and they came ASAP. Well unfortunately it was time to re-pipe the entire house! Leland give us a competitive quote and since we used them in the past and they were great we went with them, Dave was the supervisor and explained every step of the 5 day process. He was there everyday and called me when he was winding up so I could be there so he could review what they did that day and what to expect the next day. All the workers were great and worked very hard to get the job done without any major convenience to my Dad. We would use Leland again in a heartbeat and I will sing their praises to anyone who needs a plumbing company!

Post hurricane Irma, I had problems relighting my water heater. I called them the morning I returned to my home and there was a repairman , I think his name was Zach, there by 2 pm. Yay, I had hot water. They even contacted me 1/2 hr before to make sure I was home. Seriously, they're my go-to plummets.
