Bullet Plumbing was great. I called in the morning and Trevin said they had two jobs booked, but they could do our job as well. Xavier arrived at 4:30 and looked at both of our problems. The bathroom needed a new toilet shutoff valve and water line. The kitchen also needed to have the leaking sink faucet replaced. Xavier went to the store to buy the parts and returned to install everything. So both the bathroom and kitchen look great and work like a charm.

Trevin came out for our sink that was plugged up. I forgot to call until around 3pm and even though I was new customer he showed up around 5:30pm to save the day. I was very impressed because it was Friday night and I'm sure the last thing he wanted to do was show up. He was very polite and friendly and we were unclogged within 15 minutes. I first saw the excellent reviews for Trevin and Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor and called him for replacement of our pressure regulator valve and some hose bibs that were stuccoed / painted over from the time we bought the house.

Trevin was on-time, within or even below his initial estimate and the work was excellent. Even other plumbers who came for stuff like hot water installation commented on how good the work was.

Most recently, we needed to cap a gas line and I had a shower where temperature was too cool and flow too weak. He made short work of these.

It's always a pleasure to work with some like Trevin--super competent, honest, prompt and respectful. And if he doesn't pick up your call right away, it's probably because he's in the middle of a job--he'll get back to you soon.

I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Bullet plumbing did a great job replacing my water softener. I got a bit over my head with the project and they came out quickly to save the day. I got a fair estimate and a couple options to consider. They even evaluated another potential job while on site and didn't pressure me to tackle it right away. Good local small biz team that I'll hire again.
