I have used them twice and each time they were calm, professional and resolved my issues without drama. They have fair prices and are a pleasure to work with. When plumbing goes wrong it really can put your life on hold so do yourself a favor and call these pros in your time of need.

I have used Trevin and team on a few jobs. They always came in a timely manner. Today I had a shower issue in the afternoon. It turns out the setting was incorrect inside of the valve. Also adjusted the setting on the water heater. Overall I would recommend Bullet plumbing to my friends and neighbours.

When we had water backing up one night from our home's main drain, I contacted Trevin the next morning. He was very responsive and was able to snake the line that day. He followed up two days later with a camera and we could see where the backup was and that we needed to repair a section of pipe. In another two days (even staying until past dark), they dug, repaired the pipe, filled in the hole and even saved our grass. You'd never know it was there! Overall we were very pleased with Bullet Plumbing and will definitely call in the future for any plumbing needs.

Scheduled over text. Prompt in communication, very quick to share their ETA if they're late etc. They came in - looked at the task at hand to change some filters and snake a drain.
Quickly went about finishing each task. Had all the tools with them. No goof ups or oopsies. Worth the money spent on issues that I didn't know how to fix. Highly recommend !!

Not sure why this company got 5 stars. To me, 5 stars are reserved for companies that do honest work, provide excellent service, don't take advantage of the situation, or try to gouge their customers. It was definitely not a 5 star experience, and in fact it felt us feeling a bit uneasy about hiring Bullet again.

To replace a shower valve, Trevon from Bullet gave me an estimate over the phone between $1,100 and $1,500. I called a different company and got the same price range so decided to go with Bullet since they were available same day.

When he got to the house, he looked around and said the price would be $1,300 for the work. Then, when it was time for the final bill, he charged us $1,400. His explanation was that he had to cut the opposite wall open. Also, he gave us the contact information for some handyman for drywall repair, I called the guy and he said he is not available indefinitely. I am now searching for someone who can patch the drywall, which is still open.

Also, the house is older and the main valve to shut the water on/off is old. We noticed a small leak after they left and called Trevon. He said to do a few things to turn the leak off and it worked. He said the valve is old and needs to be fixed and that it's a 5 min job. But when my tenant pressed him to come take a look, suddenly the 5 min job turned into 2 hours of work. Why was there a leak in the first place? Now I have to hire a different company (definitely not hiring Bullet again or recommending them to anyone else) to fix this problem.

When I called Trevon to explain all this, he defended his work and prices. His one statement that bothered me was, ""if you're trying to get me to come back to fix the valve for free, that's not going to happen"". He dropped a few F bombs too, had to tell him that there is no need for that language. Fine, it's not your problem, you fixed the shower valve and stormed out of there with your $1,400. Big thanks for the service bro. To me, 5 star is the gold standard so I give Bullet 3 stars for work performed with average service, but definitely not a 5 star experience and also not a company I would call on again.

I had some issues with my sewer line, Trevin was quick to answer the phone, he reccomended using a kickstart vibrator to clear out the blockage in my main sewer line. After some back in forth regarding the pricing he was on site at my home taking care of the issue in no time. Both me and my wife were very satisfied with his services.

I had a slow drain issue due to a stuck (I assumed it to be not working and in need of replacement), loose and leaky garbage disposal. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and Trevin was super prompt to respond and setup time for Monday 9am. He and his partner, Matthew, were there at my door precisely at that time

Trevin was fairly quick to assess how loose the garbage disposal setup was and how majority of plumbing crews aren't aware of the right way to set it up.

Matthew rolled up his sleeves and helped set it up correctly, got the existing garbage disposal working and I got a smooth drain. All done in an hour!

Both were also kind enough to setup my hand jet in the washrooms which wasn't part of the job discussed before.

Trevin also helped educate me on how to ensure such incidents don't happen again and if they do how I can re-work the garbage disposal.

Both were very professional and I would highly recommend their services!

We called Bullet Plumbing to rebuild our main line with a new pressure reducer. We are very satisfied with the work done. Trevin and Matt are very meticulous and details oriented. They obviously enjoy their work and take pride in the results. They even took time to polish every copper piece to make them shiny. We selected this team because they came quickly to look at our problem, seems knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us the proposed solution, and gave us a very competitive quote. After 25 years, the plumbing and components for the backflow preventer valve, pressure valve, and gate valve were all in need of replacement. Trevin and Matt did a great job of assessing the problem and rebuilding a solid solution. They are thoughtful, thorough, fast, good communicators, and very capable. I am pleased with the work they did and would hire them again and recommend them to anyone. Good guys. Good work.

Trevin saved the day for me today . ive been without my shower for months needing a valve replacement. I had purchased all necessary materials , set an appointment with another highly rated & personal referral. He was a no show. when I I called they really had no idea what was what.
to my advantage Bullet Plumbing had an opening ! Trevin with Mathew; assessed the job, did the job, finished in record time cleaned up,& the price was as he quoted . I could not be more pleased !I now have a ""personal plumbing ,service"" in my contacts . i will be calling Bullet Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
