Call on Saturday, the really nice dispatcher made a Monday appointment for me. She was great, super nice and very understanding. On Monday Jimmy Sousa called let me know that he is on his way. He was another super nice guy. He gave me a couple opinion to choose from. I decide the direction that Jimmy recommended. Once he finished, he notifies me and started to clean up. I recommend this company to my friends and families. It hard to find good people and quality of services.

Jimmy was very persistent in fixing the clog in the bath tub and slow draining issue. He got the job done. It was very easy to setup an appointment and they came over next day. He's was professional and polite!

We needed to replace 2 main water shutoff valves in our condo in San Jose, I reached out to a number of local plumbing companies with good Internet reviews, and Bueno Plumbing was the best out of all of them in communication, promptly scheduling the visit, and giving a competitive quote. The project required an HOA approval, they were patient and flexible in scheduling the work and providing all required data to the HOA. Good communication all the way. The valves were located in a tight and hard to reach space, Edgar with his assistant Dylan did a great job in replacing them, and completed the work faster than estimated. I do simple plumbing work myself, and for 20+ years in the valley had to call a number of plumbers for large projects - Bueno Plumbing is the best, definitely will call them again for the next project!

We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

Bueno Plumbing was awesome. I originally contacted them through the Thumbtack application because I didn't have any Hot Water pressure.

They offered to come out same day. We opted for the next day. They did a water diagnostic and found that my water heater finally died. Edgar was great.

Jimmy came the following Monday. Swapped out the water heater and repaired a valve in the bathroom shower.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional, polite, and quick. They aren't the cheapest, not the most expensive, but a bargain for the quality of service.

This was the first time we hired Bueno Plumbing and Rooter, and it won't be the last. We needed our shower to be snaked, a faucet and water filter replaced, and an exterior valve and line replaced. I was able to get on the schedule very quickly. The company owner, Kevin Bueno, was right on time for our appointment. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable bid. The time sensitive work was completed the same day and the rest of the work was scheduled for the next day, at which time Kevin and his crew were in and out of my house within 2 hours. It was amazing to watch them at work. They were a highly skilled and coordinated team, with strong communication skills. I give this company my highest possible ratings!

Owner, Kevin, is a very competent, friendly, patient, honest, and responsible plumber. He knows plumbing. He goes out of the way to explain the problems and the solutions. Kevin fixed my bathroom tap for me (by replacing the cartridge). After the job, they give coupons for next job.

His staff, Jimmy, is also very friendly, competent, responsible. In the second job, Jimmy flushed the hot water tank for me. Well done!
