This was the first time we hired Bueno Plumbing and Rooter, and it won't be the last. We needed our shower to be snaked, a faucet and water filter replaced, and an exterior valve and line replaced. I was able to get on the schedule very quickly. The company owner, Kevin Bueno, was right on time for our appointment. He quickly and thoroughly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable bid. The time sensitive work was completed the same day and the rest of the work was scheduled for the next day, at which time Kevin and his crew were in and out of my house within 2 hours. It was amazing to watch them at work. They were a highly skilled and coordinated team, with strong communication skills. I give this company my highest possible ratings!

Owner, Kevin, is a very competent, friendly, patient, honest, and responsible plumber. He knows plumbing. He goes out of the way to explain the problems and the solutions. Kevin fixed my bathroom tap for me (by replacing the cartridge). After the job, they give coupons for next job.

His staff, Jimmy, is also very friendly, competent, responsible. In the second job, Jimmy flushed the hot water tank for me. Well done!

We are a family dental office and noticed water coming up from underneath our vinyl plank flooring. Realizing that's probably not a good thing, we called Kevin. He was at our office within a couple of hours to take a look and quickly diagnosed a blocked P-trap coming from our dental vacuum system. Even though the actual issue was out of the scope of his expertise to repair, he rigged a bypass so that we could remain operational and stop any further damage. He also contacted a water restoration service who showed up at our office an hour later. Even after all that, he refused any sort of payment because he ""didn't really do anything."" He kept us operational so we could finish working on patients for the day and got us started on the road to repair. We consider that kind of service priceless, and would not hesitate to use Kevin Bueno plumbing for future plumbing needs.

The drain under our kitchen sink started leaking at the P-trap. I called Bueno Plumbing and they were able to scheduled a technician for the next afternoon between 3pm and 5pm. Edgar called at 2:30 and said he was about 30 minutes away. He showed up on time, assessed why the leak started and gave a quote for the repair. He did the repair that afternoon and by 4pm we were leak free.

Great customer service, very pleasant technician who did professional work, checked our water pressure, and I'm happy to say he didn't try to upsell (or scare me) on other services as another highly advertised local plumbing company did.

I highly recommend Bueno plumbing-they are a locally owned company! A big plus for me.

I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later.

The work was done in an extremely professional manner and on time. It took him about 3 hours to finish the job. You can see the before and after pics below. This is how a professional service experience should be. The job was guaranteed for a year. I would not look at any other plumbing service in the future.

We bought a new refrigerator, but when the old refrigerator was disconnected we had an initial leakage problem from disconnected icemaker from old refrigerator and we didn't know what to do. Furthermore the old refrigerator had copper wire for icemaker and we were having trouble getting it connected ourselves. When we called Bueno Plumbing they picked up the call immediately and through phone call was able to talk us through to locate the icemaker valve under the sink and close that so that the water won't be further leaked from disconnected icemaker from previous refrigerator. Then Kevin came over the next day and installed the copper wire for us - super fast! Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, honest about the quotes and prices, answered all the questions we had about refrigerator plumbing in general, and we have the 1-year guarantee where if the installation / fix didn't work in the next 1 year we would get the subsequent fix for free. Thanks Kevin for the wonderful job, we have our brand new refrigerator working well!
