I selected this outfit based on the reviews and I'd give this organization 6 stars if yelp would allow. From the initial call to the final result and everything in between, these guys performed incredibly. Had a water main leak (80 year old galvanized) Kevin dispatched Jimmy, hooked up temp service while permits filed and trenchless procedure followed soon. Workmanship and attention to detail, outstanding communication and explanation of the work required to remedy.. Incredible responsiveness. All this at reasonable pricing and would not hesitate to line them up again.

I have relied on Bueno Plumbing for several jobs now; from installing clean outs, to replacing my sewer lateral line, kitchen faucet and valves. Kevin & Edgar are amazing! Our toilet was continuously running/making flushing noises for awhile. I reached out to Bueno Plumbing and was able to schedule same day service. I truly appreciated Kevin's professionalism and being punctual as I was in the middle of my work day. Kevin explained in detail what the issue was and how a tailored part was needed to fix it. Since I was in a time crunch, Kevin scheduled for Edgar first thing next day to help resolve the issue. A huge plus for me was that they wore booties over their shoes and cleaned up afterwards (had bad experiences in the past with other businesses) so this was much appreciated.

Overall: Definitely recommend Bueno Plumbing for their great customer service, being punctual, and reasonable pricing!

We were having a clogged drainage problem and our bathroom was unusable and another drain in our wash basin had slowed down. We contacted the Bueno Plumbing Service via yelp. The response time and appointment scheduling was really very quick. We really liked the prompt communication and professionalism offered by the company.

Jimmy was the service personnel that visited us for the consult. He was very professional and quick in investigating the problem. He gave us a quote right way. His work was very thorough as he also inspected our crawl space to check if there was any other impending issue. He did not try to oversell any other services which we really appreciated. He quickly finished the job at hand and ensured the work was done to our satisfaction. We had a tremendous experience with the technician and the company. We would highly recommend jimmy and Beuno Plumbing and Rooter to anyone having plumbing issues and would rehire them for future services.

Kevin and his team at Bueno Plumbing did a great job! My kitchen sink was backing up and would not drain. They did a thorough inspection and found the 46 y.o. pipe under the house leaking and the cleanout corroded. Also my pressure valve was rusted shut and I had 120PSI coming in. They fixed it all, and I am happily back to being able to use my sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal once again!

Call on Saturday, the really nice dispatcher made a Monday appointment for me. She was great, super nice and very understanding. On Monday Jimmy Sousa called let me know that he is on his way. He was another super nice guy. He gave me a couple opinion to choose from. I decide the direction that Jimmy recommended. Once he finished, he notifies me and started to clean up. I recommend this company to my friends and families. It hard to find good people and quality of services.
