John from Bud's plumbing service came out and snaked out a clog we had and did a great job. A few months ago he swapped out a toilet and did excellent work there too. We have used Bud's plumbng for years and John is a good representatve of the company-professional and frendly. Great work with fair prices we always use Bud's Thank again you guys!

Called for a problem with toilet and a drip leak in the bathtub faucet. Fixed the toilet and told me that the bathtub leak was not in the faucet but the connections in the wall. The wall would have to be torn out in order to fix. The repairman said he would talk to the office to get me a quote. Took 3 days for the owner to come out and look at it. He eyeballed it and said he would get me a quote by the following Monday (3 more days). It is now Thursday and still have no quote and the drip got worse. Was losing a ton of water. I called another plumber who came out right away and fixed it with the same parts..and cheaper.

My plumber was nearly an hour late (53 minutes to be exact). I took time off work to take care of this, so my time was definitely money here. He was there to unclog a sink and attempt to fix my garbage disposal. He declared my garbage disposal dead (and he was very concerned with the electricity in my kitchen), but fixed my clog in the sink in about 30 minutes. Since this company has a minimum of $139 an hour, that's how much I paid, which I found unfair, but I'm new to the world of plumbing. Especially since I had to wait nearly an hour for him. He was a nice guy, but kept giving me tips that were wild-ish conspiracy theory ideas. I booked this place based on recommendations on Yelp and I sadly didn't have the great experience others did. It was meh-ok. :/

Last night, while brushing our teeth, getting ready for bed, we noticed the cold water side of our master bath sink not working. After trying to diagnose/fix ourselves, I put a request on FB asking for plumbing referrals. A friend recommended Bud's Plumbing pretty quickly after my post. I called them today around 7:45am and they scheduled my appointment for 11am. Was surprised when they called back and said they could send somebody out to our home at 9:30am! Tim showed up at our home and couldn't have been more professional. He had our issue diagnosed and fixed in 30 min! He was friendly and thorough too. I will definitely keep Bud's Plumbing on my contacts and most especially will ask that Tim be sent to our home should we need a plumber again. Thank you Bud's Plumbing for being there when we needed you! Bravo!

I've used this company for years. However, they've changed owners and the new guys are absolutely terrible. I have a house in Curtis Park which had frequent sewer back ups. They told me the sewer line I had installed a couple of years earlier sagged 4 inches, and that was the reason it needed to be cleaned monthly at $158 per month. I finally called a different plumber, and he found that the City's sewer line had collapsed in the alley, and that was the problem. The City fixed it, zero problems. Bud's wanted $5800 to replace the line, and it wasn't even my problem! I spent over $1500 for a problem they never told me about. Stay away!!!

I had defective water pipes that sprung a leak in my house last year. Found 12 breaks and 3 were water bearing. The insurance repair of my kitchen and bathroom took forever, but Bud's Plumbing was great. So good that when I wanted to install a water softening system, I had them do the install. Very satisfied both times. Thanks for paying attention to the details.

When a plumbing issue is more than just a simple issue, I have learned it really is better to call a professional. Bud's is who I have been calling for the past 10+ years for the 12 properties I manage. Bud's has done darn near everything plumbing related for me at the properties during this time. From clearing blockages to sending a camera down a sewer line, I am always pleased with the work Bud's has done. The prices are competitive and because the techs are all competent, none of the jobs have needed to be done a second time, which saves costs over time.
Also, the customer service at Bud's is outstanding! During business hours Bud's always answer their phones. Typically, all I have to do is describe the issue and provide the name and number of my tenants. The good people at Bud's then coordinate with my tenants within minutes of my initial call to get service scheduled. They almost always have me on the schedule within 24 hours. Even though they are not staffed on weekends, I have left some urgent messages and received a call back within an hour. Other times I have left non-urgent messages on the weekends and I have always gotten called back by 8:00am on Monday.
I have used other plumbers over the years, but there is no one out there that I have found to be as good as Bud's on all levels.

Wow, that is customer service. I received a call back right away and
Bud came over after my work, knew exactly what to do. My problem
was solved in a very short time. His staff are polite, understanding, and
patient. And the fee was very reasonable. This company is very thorough and honest, such nice qualities for a people based company. I highly recommend you call them first. You will be glad you did!

We called Bud's Plumbing over the weekend (4/27/18) and they got back to us within 5 minutes of calling them. Came to the house, did what they do best and was out of there within the hour if not sooner of our call. Highly recommend this company for any plumbing problems.
