I always had a great experience with Ijaz and company.. My kitchen sink was backed up and it was the Christmas night. As usual, I picked up my phone and called Ijaz.. he came with his teammate and gave me couple of options to unclog or replace the galvanized pipe where it's frequently clogging.. I have asked him to replace the galvanized pipe though it's more expensive.. they came next day morning and took care of it.. thank you Ijaz.. ur team rocks..

Our water heater pilot light went out unexpectedly (as if they ever give notice before quitting!). No problem, I've done this before, I thought ... but after 3-4 attempts, nothing came on. I tried googling what the problem could be, but not being a handyman myself, and certainly not a water-heater-fixer, I felt uncomfortable trying to diagnose and fix the problem myself. Called Budget Plumbing and Ijaz picked up immediately, and offered to come out in about an hour's time. He was here in 30 minutes! Diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a jiffy. We were back with running hot water within the next hour and a half (that's how long it took to heat up the water)! Ijaz is a super guy, he waived the entirety of the diagnostic fee he had quoted on the phone, and charged me only for the job he did.

As Ijaz was getting ready to leave, I remembered that I had a broken shower head to be replaced in one of the baths. I mentioned it to him and that I had the replacement head. And he ... you guessed it, he fixed it too. Sadly, for the extra trouble and add on job, he asked me to pay a king's ransom ... a grand sum of $0 (yup, zero!). Of course, I didn't think that was right, so I did add something extra to the check for the water heater job, but this just showed me what a stand-up guy Ijaz is. I am sure that going forward I will be hiring him for all my plumbing needs.

We had to install a new gas range and converted from an electric stove , Ijaz did a really good professional and thorough job with permit ! The work was done with perfection and completed with in a couple of days. I would definitely recommend ijaz for all your plumbing needs and definitely for gas conversion!

The metal J pipe under my sink broke today and was leaking like mad - apparently these things degrade over time and ours ridiculously old. I called Budget Plumbing at 4:10, asking if someone could come over and fix it as soon as possible. Ijaz let me know he could come over, and after texting him my address, he was over within 30 minutes to fix the pipe. He arrived properly masked, removed his shoes before coming into the house, and got the pipe replaced quickly and efficiently. He let my son and me observe him as he went through the process and so so neat and tidy as he worked that all I had to do was put everything back under the sink when he was done. Ijaz was professional, easy to work with, and got my pipe fixed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely call him again if I have any other plumbing issues!

Service that's above and beyond! Called in the evening, and diagnosed the issue (faulty water heater controller + igniter) the same night! Parts were ordered and INSTALLED the next morning! Quick, responsive, and reliable service. Kept the work area clean, and was mindful of covid etiquette. Thanks again!

I initially called them for an emergency water leak at the water heater pipe. I called them 9am on Sunday and they showed up at my house at 10:30am! I am surprised I can get such efficient service.
After the initial inspection, technician found out more problems with the heater (rusted pipes and switch, aging water heater, etc). They suggested me to replace the whole water heater and all broken parts as well. They told me I can save money by doing this as my water heater is getting old and I will need to replace it soon anyway. I accepted their offer and they came next day in the morning with a new water heater. The whole replacement process only takes about an hour. After they removed the old heater, it was rusted inside and we couldn't even drain the water completely! I am glad I took their advice to replace the whole thing.
I highly recommend Budget Plumbing as they are very professional and experienced technicians. They are well organized and kept my place clean and neat. During our interaction, he explained every steps to me and gave me suggestions on maintenance and how to detect leaks if there's any. I had a great experience with them overall.

Had my water heater burst out water on this past Saturday night. I called several plumbing services on Sunday morning, Ijaz answered the call and was the only one willing to come on Sunday. He and his helper quickly removed my broken water heater and installed a new one. Quick response, professional and friendly. What other way to end 2020 than to have no hot water running through the house, we searched through Yelp to find a local expert and found Budget Plumbing & Water Heaters. Luckily they were able to squeeze us in with a same day replacement. They took care of what needed to be done and we were back with hot water in a couple of hours, highly recommend these experts!

I had a water heater leak. Called and scheduled one plumber but he did not show up. I called Ijaz and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and scheduled heater replacement the next day. Ijaz showed up 2 hours early and ready to work. He was very efficient even though he was by himself. His partner was injured and was not available. He gave me advices on how to keep the heater last longer. He's very responsive to calls even though I can see that he's very busy. Will use Ijaz again for my next water heater work.
