Ijaz had installed a new water heater for us earlier this month after our old one started to leak. He was very friendly and courteous, came home in the night to take a look. He did a fine job installing the new water heater, didn't rush to complete the job and added all the necessary upgrades as per code. He charged a very reasonable price and he even fixed our faulty shower faucet as well. I definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Ijaz did a great job installing my water softener and came up with good ideas routing the water flush without affecting the look of the home. He also did stuff for our faucet leakage, dryer vent etc; just because we asked him if he could do it when he came for water softener install.

A simple Sunday project turned into a minor disaster when replacing an outdoor spigot broke the pipe's connection to the line inside the garage, also used by the water heater.

A quick call to Budget Plumbing and he was at the house in less than an hour. Broken pipes (and spigot) were replaced in about 20 minutes.

I love the way they worked last week when our store water system broke down and we were totally out of water. The thing i like about this guy is Fulfilment of the commitment on time which was most important for me when i was called him to fixed back-flow valve as quick as possible to get back the water.
He does his his job in a very professional way including buying the parts which needed to be replaced and completed the whole work with in very limited time which helped us to get back on track.

They came to my house to do a camera inspection. Really reasonably priced to do an inspection compared to all the other plumbers I messaged.

I didn't like the news on what was found but it's not there fault. Definitely would consider using them again if needed in the future.

Had a water leak in downstairs bedroom ceiling - sent a request on Yelp and got a few responses

Budget were the 1st to confirm the same day appointment in mid Feb.
Upon taking a look at the pipes thru the ceiling Mohamad quickly figured out which pipe location was leaking and got to work. He had another Job going so he basically shut off the main valve and came back later at 6:00PM. During the subsequent testing he found another pipe leak adjacent to 1st one (Hot & cold) - got that fixed .... stayed late and we were back ON with water running - These guys did a pretty reasonable job - so I asked them to come and fix my main water valve to home and bring it up-to-code - Again ... good service. Would not hesitate to recommend
