Highly recommend Ijaz and his team! Our main sewer line has been clogged last Saturday. Ijaz responded quickly and patiently answered all the questions. Most important, different from other plumbers we hired before (it has been clogged multiple times since COVID), Ijaz really helped us to find out the real problem by using the camera after the snake, and did the professional work with a good price to solve it!
After work, they didn't dump the extra concrete instead made us a step to help fetch the mail !

Ijaz is honest and knowledgeable plumber. He should be on your list for any pluming needs. He took care of a pesky shower faucet cartridge replacement issue for us. Fwiw I was quoted more than twice the amount by some of the top rated plumbers from Fremont in Yelp. While others recommended complex procedures, Ijaz suggested a simpler option which saved me both time and money. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service! We had a blocked drain pipe in our house and the Budget team came out and sorted it very quickly. We discussed a few different options they could take, agreed on an approach and settled on a price that I was comfortable with. They had the job done within just a few hours, letting us get our house back in order.

It was a Sunday night, I had guests staying with us.... and a clogged mainline. My nightmares had become reality. I frantically called and messaged multiple plumbers in the area. I thought we'd have to stay at a hotel...but these guys were the first to answer and the first to come! Within an hour they had unclogged the line and we didn't have to stay at a hotel! Turns out the pipes were clogged by roots and we needed to install a drain out pipe. Less than a week later, the whole issue was resolved. I highly recommend them! If you want to save call this IJAZ!!! My water heater was going on and off.. called few water heater companies and all want to replace my 6 years old water heater and charging arms and legs.. so then found IJAZ in Yelp and messaged him. Not only he gave me different options to fix and save money when I told him my water heater is only 6 yrs old he then told me to try and call the manufacturer and see if parts still under warranty.. surprisingly still in warranty .. after getting all the warranty parts he came and install it and only charge me for labor. Thank you again for saving me $$$ especially with this pandemic you're not one of those guys that tries to take advantage of people and situations.. you're legit 5

I had a crazy emergency where the pipe under my kitchen sink suddenly burst and then learned that the main water supply valve was faulty and couldn't stop the water flow. Ijaz was one of the few who answered my call and didn't refuse to come over in short notice. He rushed over very quickly and replaced the main water valve and got the flow under control in about an hour. His timely response saved my home from being flooded.
