I highly recommend Ijaz and budget plumping for your water heater needs.

I sent out a quote for a new tankless water heater after seeing Budget plumbing being advertised as Amazon's local water heater service provider. I got a response back within an hour and set up an appointment for an inspection the next day. After the inspection, they outlined all that would be needed to a tankless unit and it was a lot more than what I was expecting. They would need to reroute my water lines outside or modify my electrical switch to install an electric unit. Either way, it wasn't looking good, but they said if I just want to replace the current unit with a new tank, it was cost me only a fraction of the tankless quote. I had another home depot service come and give me a second opinion and quote and they basically told me the same thing, only either option was more expensive than what Budget plumbing had quoted. Home Depot suggested a new tank unit, the same brand as what budget suggested, but at literally twice the price. I then contacted Budget and had an appointment two days later. They came and removed the old unit and installed the new one. It was challenging due to the location of the tank being right next to my furnace in a small closet and they needed to remove some piping that went to the furnace in order to remove the old unit. They put everything back in it place, provided a new pan for under the tank, new hoses to my hot and cold water lines, and showed me the display of the new unit and how to set it if I want hotter water or how to turn it down if I'm on vacation. They checked to see if all the gas lines were fine and see if the furnace was working as normal, but for some reason the furnace wasn't producing a flame and wasn't working right. They called a technician and said if there's any charge, they'd pay for it and then left. Everything with the water heater was fine, and the HVAC technician checked out the furnace and noticed they just forgot to plug in two wires. After the wires were plugged in, the furnace was working fine and there was no additional charge. After the technician left, budget contacted me to make sure everything was fine and was working. The level of service they provided was excellent and at half the cost of what Homedepot was quoting. They suggested I replace my galvanized pipes for copper pipes and if I would be interested, that they could also install a water filter/softener at the same time. While it's an expensive job, if I do decide to do it, I would ask Ijaz and budget plumbing to do the job.

We had a hot water bursting pipe below the kitchen floor buried in the concrete slab flooding the kitchen. Izel was professional to recommend a solution to install both the cold and hot water pipes overhead to avoid leakage in the future. His pricing is reasonable but you really got the value from his workmanship. He finished the job in two long days without dragging the repair schedule. You couldn't hear a sound when you turn on the water because of the high quality copper pipes adopted. Hardworking crew. Highly recommended if you have plumbing problem.

We had called Budget Plumbing two times over the last few months. First time was to install a new kitchen sink and the second time was to unclog the sewer drain.
On both occasions, Ijaz was prompt to respond and provide service. For our sewer drain clog, he was quick to root-cause the issue and he was able to fix it in under an hour.
