We were dealing with a backed up kitchen sink in our house(very old plumbing). Saw all 100+ reviews on yelp on budget plumbing (all 5 stars) and thought i should call them.

Ijaz showed up within 40 minutes and was able to help us clear the clog and also uncover a leak due to corrosion which he was able to patch. He also offered to come over and check the leak the next day for free. All for a very very reasonable rate.

My water heater was leaking, and Ijaz was able to take a look at it the same day I called him. He called the manufacturer and found out we still had a few months of warranty left, so we got a brand new water heater! Good timing and Ijaz only charged me for the installation.

I had a main water line leak, and contacted several plumbers through Yelp. Ijaz talked to me over the phone, and then came out for a (free) estimate. I wanted to get the main line replaced, because the original main line was flexible black plastic and had lasted for over 40 years (surprisingly). The alternative was to find and fix the leak. But, more than likely, it would leak in another spot in a short amount of time. In retrospect, it was the right decision to replace the whole line with copper pipe with soldered joints instead of trying to repair the original black plastic pipe. This should last much longer than the original plastic pipe, and I am now worry free.

Ijaz provided a very competitive bid, and waited patiently while I got a few other bids. I ended up going with Budget Plumbing, and only have smiles and so happy that I chose them. Ijaz went to the city, got the permit, and then had is crew start working on the job. They were very careful when they were digging, and made sure not to break any existing underground pipes (like a drip system, sprinkler system, and a french drain system). The biggest part of the job was digging the trench, and going underneath the sidewalk to connect to the water meter next to the street.

I was anticipating that water to the house would have been off for most of the day while the work was being done, but it was off for just a short period of time. Ijaz even put installed a new ball valve for free! Totally unexpected! They are conscientious, honest, keep their word, and go beyond the call of duty.

They installed the main water line in one day, and then once the inspection was complete (it passed without issue), they came out to fill in the trench that day. They cleaned up the job site before they left both times they were at the job site.

I have had some bad experiences with other plumbers in the past, but am so happy to have found Budget Plumbing. I highly recommend them, and would not hesitate to call and have them do any plumbing job. They have a happy, satisfied and lifetime customer!

Last week our spout broke up, then we call the other plumbers estimate for replace a new one, they all reply need to dig a hole from the other side replace a new pipe with a huge charge. Then I found Budget plumbing from yelp with a lot of good reviews, texting them, Ijas reply the same day. And they show up 2nd early morning, they gave me good price and fix right away. I was surprised they didn't dig a hole from the other toilet room, directly do from the spout side. (Ijas said digging a hole plumber can charge me more) The young man ( sorry forgot asking his name) hand made with excellent skill. I give him 10 stars. Now we got our shower back. I highly recommend you call them if you have plumbing and electrical problem, they give you a reasonable price with excellent service.
