Having lived in Napa all my life, Rick is well-connected to the community in different ways. Starting his journey as a law enforcement officer and transitioned to the office of Public Defender, and later upon retiring at the age of 50, he devoted his efforts on guiding young people in Napa as a youth softball mentor at Napa's high schools.
