Having lived in Napa all my life, Rick holds strong ties to the community in multiple roles. He began his career as a law enforcement officer and moved on to the Public Defender role, then upon retiring at age 50, he dedicated his time on guiding young people in Napa as a softball instructor at Napa's high schools.
