Having lived in Napa all my life, Rick is well-connected to the community in multiple roles. He kicked off his professional life as a police deputy and advanced to the Public Defender's office, then upon reaching retirement age at age 50, he dedicated his time on working with local youth as a youth softball mentor at local high schools.
