So far they've been excellent! I called them and they had someone over within a day or two. When Brian came over he was more than helpful and courteous! First impressions mean a lot, and Brian certainly did a good job representing his company! When I figure out what unit to install I will definitely use them!

Hottest day of the year, house was 85 degrees. Called at 4:30p and they stopped by to help even while booked up with other appointments. Diagnosed and fixed my AC unit. Super fast, very knowledgable and overall an extremely positive experience. Couldn't be more pleased with these guys.

My second review. As you can see below I needed Buddy King to come out again in warmer weather to check out the air conditioning. My wife's Mother died May 30th and that was the last thing on our minds. We got a friendly call from Buddy King's office in June saying they were in the area and would we be available for the service call they owed us. I thanked them for being staying on top of things.. Thanks for the great service.

I called Buddy King after I had a consultation with another company in the area. After looking at my unit for 5 minutes they told me I needed an entire new unit for $2200. I didn't feel like they had properly diagnosed it so I found Buddy King online and gave them a call.

I had Jaime and Cody come to the rescue. After 15 minutes of reconnecting what the last company had taken apart, they properly diagnosed it and got it running perfectly (and for a very small fraction of the last quote to fix it). Sounds like a bad wire was the entire problem.

In all, these guys are trustworthy and fair, and in an industry which is full of people just trying to get your money, these guys are few and far between. Worth their weight in gold!

One side note, during the repair my dog got out (no fault of theirs) and after the appointment when I was driving around looking, I saw Jaime and Cody looking as well! If that's not service I don't know what is!

I recently used Buddy King after the central air conditioning unit in my Westwood home stopped functioning correctly. I contacted the company after their normal ""business"" hours when I had gotten home from work and realized the house felt really warm. Within 2 hours a gentleman arrived to check out the situation. The man that came (I didn't get his name) was extremely professional and nice.

He explained what had gone wrong and what needed to be fixed. He didn't try to sell me on an entirely other unit, which had happened to me in the past. He didn't try to push any expensive repairs on me. The gentleman was very honest with what had gone wrong with the HVAC central air system and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. The gentleman returned the following day and fixed the issue without leaving me bankrupt. I cannot recommend the company enough. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

I called buddy last week when my AC broke down. It did take a while to get an appointment but when the guy showed, he really knew his stuff. The price wasn't what I hoped for but the unit is working great.
I would definitely call these guys again.

Brian came out to do a routine service call at my residence and diagnosed the issue with my air compressor unit. He seemed knowledgable. I decided it wasn't worth repairing an old unit and asked about recommendations for a new unit instead. He gave some options and suggested that this is work they have done before. I paid them the $80 service fee though they didn't actually perform any fixes but we agreed that the $80 would go toward future work to replace the unit. That was the last I heard from them!! I made many calls to the office and was assured they would call me back, but after 4 attempts, I gave up. After reading all these reviews, I would've expected much more. It would be nice if I got my $80 back, but since I can't seem to get a call back, I shouldn't expect that either!

Brian and his crew installed an air conditioner at our business this summer. They provided an excellent, fast service on the day of install, and the free consult to plan it out was very helpful. They totally respected our budget and helped us come up with a solution for our space. They have earned my business in the future when we are ready to upgrade!

Buddy King is by far the best! We have used him for small things here and there and he's fixed everything quickly and affordably. Then we did a major remodel in our home and he did the new master bath - and a Master Bath he did create! Steam room, spa tub, in wall toilet - top of the line and the installation was perfect! We highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND Buddy King!
