i called, and had a technician at my house 30 minutes later. they have a $10. off coupon on their website, but the technician realized that he forgot to give me the credit. he called and set an appointment for me to have the credit applied to my card by the office manager tomorrow (we'll see how that goes). also, he promptly fixed the plumbing problem. it's been a while since i've needed a plumber so i'm not sure if the rates are reasonable or not, but the service call and fixing the problem was less than $100.

I had a horrible clog in my kitchen sink! I called on a Monday night, got an immediate call back. Lonnie came out and was excellent! He told me the pricing up front, worked hard, was friendly, and fixed the problem!! I will call Buckeye again for sure! For such a bad situation, I had a good experience.

I recently called Buckeye for a major leak; flood on laminated flooring. This was a request for an after hour emergency repair. The leak was from the same coupling that Buckeye repaired approximately 6 months earlier. They stated their emergency repair rate and I agreed indicating I wanted the leak repaired that evening. Instead of sending out a plumber they sent out a technician and I was charged $200 and he did nothing. The technician stated that he was there to turn off the water which I had already done and that he was not a plumber. Of course I complained being that it was their repair that failed and I expected a plumber to repair the problem that evening. They called later and asked if I wanted the work done for an additional $500.00. I told the """"lady"""" about my concerns several times and ask for the money back. She said she was going to talk to management. That was months ago. Basically I received a $200 lesson not including the first repair for approximately $300.

Being from Chicago and a snowbird, it's important for me to have someone i trust that is able to come out and take care of things when they inevitably go wrong. Enter Buckeye Plumbing who is my go-to for everything plumbing in the West Palm Beach area. A referral from a friend, Buckeye has come out to our home numerous times to fix faucets, tubs, water heaters and showers - all done within the day and all done for a fair price. Their technicians are all super professional, friendly and make you understand just what they are doing (and what is costs) prior to moving ahead. I'm stingy with my referrals in Florida as it's hard to find a really really good contractor - but Buckeye Plumbing is on my short list that I feel confident giving out time and time again.

Didn't get past the person who answered the phone. She didn't listen to what I said I needed and kept giving me alternatives, and then told me it was $55 to come out to give me estimate. She abruptly got off the phone. Rather Rude.
