Christina and Kimberly are ALWAYS such a joy to speak with and funny too! Rick and Marcin are by far the most professional, respectful, and knowledgeable plumbers I have ever met. I don't think I will ever use another plumbing company, even if I moved out of their service area; I would be willing to pay for the techs travel expenses, thats how much I trust and love Buckeye

I have used them two times in the last few months - first to install a new kitchen sink faucet -/ now to clean an outside gas heated water heater. Both times they did the job and it had a quote for the price of the job - they came did the job and added on $100 and then $300 more for getting that job done as there always seems to be a complication to charge for- never straight forward job or installation. Does anyone else have this situation with them or was I just unlucky the two times?

Being from Chicago and a snowbird, it's important for me to have someone i trust that is able to come out and take care of things when they inevitably go wrong. Enter Buckeye Plumbing who is my go-to for everything plumbing in the West Palm Beach area. A referral from a friend, Buckeye has come out to our home numerous times to fix faucets, tubs, water heaters and showers - all done within the day and all done for a fair price. Their technicians are all super professional, friendly and make you understand just what they are doing (and what is costs) prior to moving ahead. I'm stingy with my referrals in Florida as it's hard to find a really really good contractor - but Buckeye Plumbing is on my short list that I feel confident giving out time and time again.

We needed a new water heater, and these guys responded quickly and with a reasonable price. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and our technician was friendly and professional. They even followed up with us with the permits needed, as we didn't know the first thing about what to do. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is we weren't able to get a window of time to expect someone until the day of the service, and even that wasn't given until later in the morning. 30 minutes notice does not work during school pick up and drop off time.

I highly recommend Buckeye Plumbing! I was able to get someone to answer their phone and make an appointment for me. (Unlike some of the other contractors that don't return calls) Marie, was very pleasant on the phone. Drew, the technician, came on time, was courteous, and fixed our issue- was very informative and fair pricing. I will definitely use Buckeye services again.
