My plumbing was backed up after hours called. They Had a tech out less than an hour!!! Got me fixed and draining again. Tech was professional and courteous. As we all know the service Industry is not what it used to be this company goes above and beyond!!! I only use buckeye I suggest you do the same.

They care about their work and have tremendous integrity in providing the highest quality service (which is VERY rare in Boca). A nightmare! Came out to clear a pipe. Said it was fixed pretty quickly. (It was for 3 days.) Called them back and explained they needed to fix what they said they did. Thought the office lady understood. Sent out another service man and he worked hard to clear the pipe & he did. When he was leaving he tried to give me another bill for around $300. I explained that we aren't supposed to pay as well already did pay for the problem when they came out the first time. He didn't respond and just left. Next thing you know I am getting a legal form in the mail saying that they are going to sew us for services rendered. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! When we called the office lady she was extremely rude and totally went back on what was discussed. So paid twice for work that should have been done the first time and was treated poorly in the process. They don't offer any guarantee. I will never use them again. They only care about how to insult & rob the customer. Sad to say.

After two days' ordeal dealing with one rude and incompetent plumbing firm for sewer back up, we finally asked around and got Buckeye's name onto our list. Buckeye Jim showed up on time and finished the job within one hour, at the similar price we paid to the other firm who spent four hours getting nothing done. Jim is polite, professional and very focused at work. He not only helped us remove the blockage in the pipe, he also helped us locate the sewer line in the front yard, and taught us what to do next time if we encountered the same situation. He also helped us fixing one leaky toilet at no extra cost. We can't be more happier at the last day of 2014 finding our best plumber in life, who resolved our stress for days. Thank you, Jim!

Saved Thanksgiving!!!! What a mess to have your sinks backed up on the day of the heaviest cooking and most dishes!! Response time less than two hours! Friendly up front on all costs. Guests didn't even know!!! Problem solved before they arrived! Good time was had by all!! I have another job that I want done and wasn't sure who to use! Hands down these are the ones!! We have used Buckeye on several occasions, the most recent one being last week. We have found that they consistently provide excellent, prompt service. The workmen have been knowledgable, skilled and professional. In addition to their outstanding workmanship, the office has always been very considerate in trying to accommodate our schedule when we call to book a plumber. I had a horrible clog in my kitchen sink! I called on a Monday night, got an immediate call back. Lonnie came out and was excellent! He told me the pricing up front, worked hard, was friendly, and fixed the problem!! I will call Buckeye again for sure! For such a bad situation, I had a good experience.

Didn't get past the person who answered the phone. She didn't listen to what I said I needed and kept giving me alternatives, and then told me it was $55 to come out to give me estimate. She abruptly got off the phone. Rather Rude.
