I have a well system that I needed repair so I called Bruno to have them take a look. After a year and $10,000 dollars I finally told them to never step foot on my property again or they would be arrested for trespassing. They are all about jacking up the price and doing the most shoddy work possible. I had another company come out and inspect the work done and they could not believe the ineptitude of the technicians. I have asked nicely for a refund of some of the money paid, I have even gone through a neutral remediation company to resolve the issue. Now I will be hiring an attorney and suing Bruno. Stay away from them and tell you friends and family to stay away from this company at all costs. Michael M.

Bruno Air out does not show up on a timely basis. First appt was schedule between 4-4:30pm. I get a call at 5:15pm (45mins later) that they need to reschedule. Ok lets schedule it first thing next morning at 8am. That didn't work either. 8:30 no show! I called and told that not to bother coming out. There is no reason to be so uncurtious of peoples time. The lady who answered said she will call to see how quickly they can get there and I told her not to bother. Even if they could get to me in the next 10mins I already have a very tainted feeling about the company. So don't bother with Bruno Air. His mission statement says showing up on time, but it obvioulsly does not happen.

Bruno came to install a $99 ceiling fan. I Still don't understand why they did an electrical job. I asked for a price before he installed the fan and he said it depends on the amount of time, blah blah blah. After 1/2 hour the fan was installed. I asked for the price and was told it was $402!!!! I about fell over! I told him there is no way on earth I was giving him that amount of money! After he fiddled around on his notepad, he said he could do it for $150. I couldn't believe how this company tried to rip me off! My advice is don't ever call this company as they are outright thieves. Now, the fan he installed hums and wobbles. They should not be in business!

This company has taken excellent care of us! They saved us from an unscrupulous contractor in a scorching August heat after being without A/C for a month. I'll never forget speaking with Louis the first time back in 2014 around 9pm at night, standing in my driveway, when Bruno Air Conditioning was practically a fledgling startup getting ready to explode. Our A/C unit began to struggle again this summer due to 1979 ductwork that just couldn't keep up with the output of the newer unit they installed. Our house became uncomfortable in certain rooms over time. They dispatched a tech and the guy showed up and said right away """"I know exactly what you're problem is"""" and began to explain it in terms that made sense to an average Joe or Jane. Reluctantly, at the tech's insistence, I spoke with Louis again and as a result of our conversation my wife and I decided to hire them again to replace our duct work. We live in an older home and it was a challenging situation. They delegated that challenge to a tech named Nick and Nick and his crew showed up, performed the install with the utmost professionalism, and now our a/c is perfectly balanced. The system is running at peak comfort and efficiency. This is not paid content, this has been my experience with Bruno Air Conditioning since the beginning of our experience in 2014. It's evident to me that this company is top notch from the techs and installers all the way to the top management and Louis himself.

Bruno Air Conditioning technicians are paid a commission bonus to sell parts that are unnecessary at outrageous prices. When possible they will tell you to replace the unit when it only needs a simple repair. This company should not be in business they are ripping off the customer.

Do not call Bruno Air Conditioning. Their website shows a fixed price for general maintenance, but after they got to your house they try to rack up that price. And they constantly pester you with unsolicited e-mails """"reminding you"""" to schedule your next """"Thorough HVAC Maintenance Agreement"""".

Do not call these people!! They are all about up sell. They came out for 75 dollars and wanted us to spend 2,000 on the spot to drain the pan, clean line, and place a fungus inhibitor in the system. When I told them we would not spend this type of money without other bids the AC repair guy became very defensive and said ok write me my 75 dollar check. The person that owns this company should really examine his business practices, so what if you have 100 trucks if you treat your customers like shit it will catch up with u. It gets better, we asked him several times if there was a quick fix he could do he kept stating no he needed 2,000 to fix the problem. When he left my husband sucked the water out of the pan and the air conditioner started right up. We will on Monday call our reputable company with ethics.

Please utilize the search function and Google this company. They are not trained how to fix ACs - only to up sell. They advised us our AC was burnt out and we needed a new one. Called another company the same day and it was the capacitor. It was fixed and running. They refuse to refund me the $75 fee - however are quick to point out that IF we had used them to fix our AC it would have been waived. Considering the fact they misdiagnosed my problem I never had the chance to have them fix my unit as they only *fix* they provided a was completely new system. They refuse to refund me the $75 service fee - which I would have not paid f they had accurately diagnosed my issue. Please stay far away.

ACs broke after 6 months of installation for 2 of my family members. To fix it, they tried charging ridiculous labor fees although the part was under warranty. To top it off, the """"Manager"""" called and was extremely rude when we said we were going to look elsewhere. Joke..

RIP OFF COMPANY !!! STAY AWAY PLEASE!!!! By large!! $700 job, a compressor motor change!! Local company came out after because they did a horrible job and quoted 250 for everything!!!
