I can't say enough about Bruce Games and Swift Plumbing. He has done quality work for us for years, but more Importantly, he has been a life saver for my in laws (87 and 91). No matter what the problem, he is always responsive and there on the same day. He is competent, patient and beyond reasonable. If you need a local plumber with years of experience who actually lives in the community he serves, call Bruce.

Bruce came by to indtall a garbage disposal. I didn't want to buy my own pipe cutter to do the work myself and waste 2 hours. He was out in 15 minutes. Saved me money when he told me to return extra unneeded parts. Service call price like 20 bucks less than other Westchester based plumbers.

Was having ongoing issues with my water heater and Bruce answered the phone and came over that day. Honest, reliable and knows what he's doing. I eventually had to replace the unit and Bruce was $200 less than another company, but it was a Saturday and he didn't have one in stock, so I paid the extra $ to have hot water on Saturday rather than wait until Monday. I would use him again for plumbing issues.

I was introduced to Swift Plumbing by my contractor when I had my kitchen remodeled in summer 2013. Since then I have had two other plumbing needs - one an emergency - and they have always been here ""Swiftly."" I have always dealt with Matt who is a very nice and experienced young man, although I have talked to Bruce on the phone.

I used him about 5 years ago and he is doing a new water heater for me soon. He is honest, but no bs. It is easy to take his candidness as rudeness but I rly do no think he is. He knows his stuff and does it right. We are replacing a water heater he put in over 15 years ago, which I feel proves his ability. 5 years ago, I got three quotes for a leak, and the other two wanted to charge me over 3 k for fixing. He told me that is not needed and to re calk the shower upstairs, and it was fixed. Save me $2,989. In plumbing, honesty is hard to find and he is honest for sure and good at what he does.

Bruce has done several projects for me. He is always straight forward and honest. He really knows his stuff and his pricing is fair. Every time I call him with a problem he takes care of it quickly. Bruce is a very friendly guy and I would say he as as good as it gets.
