I was introduced to Swift Plumbing by my contractor when I had my kitchen remodeled in summer 2013. Since then I have had two other plumbing needs - one an emergency - and they have always been here ""Swiftly."" I have always dealt with Matt who is a very nice and experienced young man, although I have talked to Bruce on the phone.

I was needing a new plumber and so glad I was introduced to Swift Plumbing.

I used him about 5 years ago and he is doing a new water heater for me soon. He is honest, but no bs. It is easy to take his candidness as rudeness but I rly do no think he is. He knows his stuff and does it right. We are replacing a water heater he put in over 15 years ago, which I feel proves his ability. 5 years ago, I got three quotes for a leak, and the other two wanted to charge me over 3 k for fixing. He told me that is not needed and to re calk the shower upstairs, and it was fixed. Save me $2,989. In plumbing, honesty is hard to find and he is honest for sure and good at what he does.

Bruce has done several projects for me. He is always straight forward and honest. He really knows his stuff and his pricing is fair. Every time I call him with a problem he takes care of it quickly. Bruce is a very friendly guy and I would say he as as good as it gets.

Bruce Games Swift Plumbing has been plumbing for me for over 25 years. He's The best Los Angeles plumber by far. I would much prefer a local hard working company like Bruce Games Swift Plumbing than these big plumbing outfits. All these big plumbing operations do is buy more trucks, hire another dude to drive em' and bill you higher for it. He did a total re-pipe on my 4 unit at a much better price than the two other big company bids I got. He knows what he's doing and that's what I want. Thank you again Bruce!, Tommy.

Ardys M. We have no reservations in recommending Bruce Games Swift Plumbing . He's the best!! Bruce came by our house to assess the problem we were having and told us that someone from his crew would be at our house at 8 the next morning. At 7:55, the doorbell rang and his men were there, ready to go to work. The job entailed someone getting under the house, removing about 20 feet of drain pipe, going to get needed supplies, replacing the pipe and cleaning up. They were finished and gone by 11 AM. Job well done....

i've been using bruce for years. he's always on time, does great work, and is the cheapest in town. our sink was backed up the other day and he came out right away and got it fixed in no time. carol is gone now but the new receptionist is even better!

Bruce has been the household plumber for years now. Not only has Bruce always done an exceptional job, his rates are cheaper than any I have come across. Now that the overly-chatty Carol has been out of the office and replaced for quite some time now, setting up an appointment has become a breeze. Bruce is very personal, as he will likely contact you himself and will arrive on time as promised.

Agree with other two reviews. Although he came highly recommended by friends, I chose not to hire him. Same chauvinistic attitude that was described by Fara. He refused to discuss his bid with me or explain what he'd be doing. Said the contract was pretty straight forward. Since I was going to be spending $9,700 of my own money, I felt I had a right to ask a few questions.

I went with another plumbing company and was very pleased. They gave me a couple of options, were more than willing to explain things and were cheaper. No condescending attitude from them!
