What a great store! Super great service, fabulous showroom, quality products at a fair price! We were able to get all the things needed for our new home. It was easy to make changes tomorrow order as things developed. They packaged them together and loaded them on our pickup truck. It was a very pleasant experience working with them.

my daughter and i went in today becuase i needed a new toilet. Mike was extremely helpful; we found the proper toilet. paid for it and he gave me card of a plumber. called the plumber and he is coming friday to take away the old and put in the new. great store and the best customer service ever. barbara dorsett

Good basic show room for mid-priced faucets and bar sinks...not real good on answering questions because they don't have anyone on the floor...but good place to look and maybe to buy

The crew here is great. I'm an ambitious DIY'er who wanted to take out all the old galvanized steel plumbing in my house and replace it with pex. I did a bunch of research before the project but still had a ton of questions.
Troy answered every one of the questions I had and then some. He helped me accumulate all the parts and pieces I needed. The price was well worth all the knowledge he shared with me. Quality products all the way.
I was in and out of the shop so much for this project the rest of the crew started greeting me and asking how everything was going and gave tips and tricks as I went.
Hopefully I don't have another plumbing project soon, but if I do, I will absolutely go back to Troy and the guys at Brothers.

I've had good service with them overall, but I think they've really raised their prices too much. Bought a valve replacement for tub and paid 80 something bucks including tax. I thought this was expensive, but I wanted to get this job done and didn't have time to run around. I wasn't sure which part to buy at Home Depot since they had the same company valve, but different company item number so that's why I used the specialty store.

If you are not in a rush, I'd say look around at pricing. If you know the item you need then I'd go to a big box retailer or other specialty store. If the specialty store is expensive then get it through internet assuming you know item number.

They have items here that cannot be found at your big box stores and it's better to support local smaller businesses when you can .

I bought a bathtub here for 899 and big box was charging 1200 for the same tub . I would try them first and see if they have what you need .

I came here at 8:15 on a Friday morning. My 1"" PEX waterline in the attic going from the water heater to the rest of the house had been gnawed on over the years by rats and we sprang a small pinhole leak that quickly became apparent right above the water heater. I was able to diagnose the situation, get access to the problem area, and cut out the bad section of pipe. I brought it in and showed the sales person what I needed. A plumber happened to be in the store at the same time and quickly gave me advice about the repair. Brothers had the replacement PEX and compression fittings I needed for the job. The final repair turned out great! Thank you Brothers. You re my go-to plumbing store!
