East Sac Hardware referred me to these guys when I wasn't able to find the right Kohler cartridge to repair a leaky sink handle. I didn't bring the part in, but they easily identified the part I needed from a photo I had taken, and even demonstrated how to install for cold / hot handles! My trip there took 10 mins total, and saved me the $100+ that calling a plumber would have cost. My go-to plumbing supply store from here on out!

Excellent Customer Service. My Garbage Disposal stopped working and they helped me with identifying the problem, get me a new one and gave specific instructions on how to replace it.
I was able to do it with confidence. My trip to them easily saved me $150.

No stars if i could.
We came here yesterday looking for a few things for our half bath remodel. We walked into their warehouse and saw a female employee standing up leaning on a desk. We started checking everything out, and by the time we made it to the back of the warehouse we both had realized that she wasn't coming over to help us. Not only did she not help us, but the male employee sitting at a desk in the middle if the warehouse looked directly at me, then turned to her and started a conversation!
We walked through the entire place, and out the door without either of the two employees saying ONE word to us. Ridiculous.
Doesn't even rank with bad customer service. There just wasn't any to begin with. No worries. We spent our money at another Sacramento business.

NEVER BREAK A TOILET TANK LID!!!!!!
Never! Put that thing on the ground!! You go that?! Take that as a lesson learned.
I came here after calling maybe 10+ places and scrounging the internet to see what I could find that didn't require weeks of shipping or $$$. Our toilet was made back in the late 80's early 90's and even the manufacturer told me it was discontinued. Based on Yelp and a recommendation from a friend, I called them to see if they carried any spare lids, to which the employee responded with ""We have a bone yard""...uh ok.. I'll take what I can get.
I get there and there were two wide shelves full of white lids. They closed at 5, and I thought I was going to spend the next 3 hours going rack by rack to find something comparable. A minute into looking at the ""bones"" it was as if the toilet gods knew we were in trouble and sent in their angel/plumber/saint/brother(?). He took one look at the original tank lid and found the IDENTICAL one on the bottom of the shelf, stacked under two other lids!!! HOW DID HE DO THAT?!?!! Seriously. All he saw was the corner of that lid and he JUST KNEW it was the ONE.
I was fascinated and ecstatic all at the same time... over a toilet part. Never would I think I'd see the day. Clutching the new lid ever so tightly against my body, I walked over to the cashier in which he told me the final total was only $32. The internet prices I saw ranged $50-100!!! Double win.
I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Brothers plumbing store is the BEST!

Wow! We found Brothers after desperately looking at Home Depot and failing to find the sink part we needed. Well, thank goodness, but I am never even setting foot in Home Depot again for plumbing needs. Brothers is great! The customer service is, as other reviewers noted, excellent. We were in and out with the right part and some great advice to thanks to Tim. He recognized we lived in an old house just by the amount of rust on our sink part! Now, we may be young people, but we like to fix our own stuff and really appreciate good, personalized service, and Brothers helped us do both. You guys rock! Thank you.

Customer service is way beyond ordinary! Went there to change a fitting for our gas dryer they showed us how to use what we already had. No sale this time but we will use them in the future.

We bought a washer and dryer from Fry's but when it was delivered the guys dumped it in the laundry room and said they couldn't connect the dryer because our gas valve was the wrong size. We went to Ace hardware and they tried to help but we ended up with so many reducers and adapters that the dryer stuck out 5"" from the wall. I was about to call a plumber to hook it up but decided to take all of our assorted adapters to Brothers and ask for their help. They looked at what we had put it all together with only one adapter and it works perfectly! No sale for them this time, but they certainly have our business in the future.

After visiting Home Depot, Lowe's, and Ace Hardware, I was convinced that only a plumber would be able to find the replacement or compatible parts needed to fix a leaky shower faucet, that is until I found Brothers.
As soon as I saw a couple of plumber vehicles on the paring lot, I had a feeling I was at the right place. I was right. I found all the parts I needed (parts that even the manufacturer had difficulties finding as ""their part numbers database had been updated"". The prices were reasonable. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is definitely a great place to visit.

Came back here again with my kitchen sink faucet that was leaking where the pivot point was for the spout. They helped me remove the spout to find the worn gasket and fitted me with the right one.
They have GREAT customer service. My gasket was only like 90 cents.

Went to Brothers in need of a high end faucet part, initially they were helpful and I had brought a part with me to identify. The faucets were over ten years old and were unmarked with a brand. After going though a catalog we found the part. Being an experienced remodeler I asked for the contractor price, they charged full retail for the items I bit the bullet and paid for the items because I had to make the repair and didn't have time to shop around more. After they ordered the parts I googled the parts maker and found out they were made in Italy but marketed in the U.S by a different company. I went to their web page an found out they offered a lifetime warranty on their faucets. (ROHL, great folks). called them and they fedexed me the parts for free. Brothers called me and left a voice mail that the parts were in. I went down and explained I did not need the parts and offered to pay a restocking charge. I presented it as ""hey I didn't know what brand they were or the makers policy on free parts"", ""you guys couldn't identify the parts either until we looked it up"", "" honest mistake I'm just a consumer, you guys are plumbers and you didn't even know"". I even offered to accept a store credit for some future plumbing needs. The owner said ""you own them"". He said they would not do a refund or store credit or anything. They never said they were non refundable parts, did not have any signs that say no refunds , and they didn't put anything on my order or receipt that says nor refunds, Buyer beware when doing business with these guys. They've lost this customer.
