I just wanted to buy a simple water heater. My family was confirmed to have Covid-19 and we are in full quarantine. I tried to order over the phone and have a friend pick it up and they were extremely unhelpful and rude. They do not deliver either. This is after I was willing to pay more to support a local business. They lost my business.

This is a great store. They accommodated me WAY more than a different big plumbing store. The other store wouldn't give me the time of day to assist with my problem so I figured my money would be of value somewhere else. Brothers plumbing helped me avoid replacing a less than one year old $1200 60"" vanity. THANK YOU!! You just earned a customer for life:)

I stopped by here thanks to Yelp. I'm glad I did because they had a beautiful kitchen faucet that I couldn't find at a big box store. The customer service was good and the guy that helped me answered all my questions. I ordered the product and it came in right away. It was an easy install somewhat but over all I'm satisfied with the items they sell at this store and their customer service. If in need of any plumbing supplies or if you want to update your home look no further!

I have been to this store twice now, and I will be a returning customer for life. I am just hoping that the plumbing issues I have had are not a forever thing! Both times, I have been amazed at the level of expertise and true commitment to the craft the staff have here. What may be a simple job for them begins as a difficult challenge for me. I have left the store reassured that I am capable of completing the task at hand, and given the knowledge I need to make sure the end result is achieved. I am grateful for a store in Sacramento that truly puts the customer first. Thanks for all you do, I'll be back!

What a great place! To avoid wandering around a big box store is one thing but to have such welcoming, knowledgeable help really is awesome! We were referred here by Dean, The East Sac Handyman, and will be forever grateful to him for the recommendation!

I have learned my lesson. In the past I would go to that big box store nearby and I'd hunt the shelves for the longest time only to be told ""that's an on line only item"". When I stop in THIS store, within seconds, a knowledgable associate asks how they can help, goes directlly to the item, and then gives me advice as to how to simplify my task.

If it's a plumbing item, I'm comIng directly here from now on. That big orange store Doolin the street can kiss my tailpipe!

The most knowledgeable and kind folks in the area. Huge selection of tubs, faucets and sinks. Very friendly and really very helpful, even to a complete outsider who knows nothing about plumbing.

I really miss the old fashioned plumbery stores. You know, the ones where they have all the different gadgets, and interesting things that you could never find anywhere else? I really thought I was onto something when I discovered brothers the plumbing store.

Granted I arrived mid afternoon on a Sunday, but that was by design on my part because I've been out doing other errands and this was one of the last places on my list of things to do.

This definitely is an older established location, and you pretty much have to know about it to find it. It is off the beat and path of the main streets surrounding it. It's like a small mini warehouse waiting to be explored.

I like that they have separate sections, albeit small ones, for your kitchen, bath, bathroom etc. the parts area is in a completely separate section from everything else.

Customer service was rather spotty and while I was greeted by someone, he very quickly stated that he didn't have time to help me. So I was confused as to whether I should be happy that he said hello, or frustrated because he said he couldn't help since he was walking out for the day. Which made it interesting because the other people working in the store totally ignored me.

While I was looking at the different bathroom accessories it was funny to walk by some of the toilet displays because they have the new automatic lids that go up and down when you stand by them. It made me feel like a kid playing in an area that I wasn't supposed to be in.

The prices seem rather high, but I will say that the store is several grades above your basic home repair warehouse type store. I didn't find that the selection was that great, and maybe they had more to offer, but without being helped, I have no way of knowing whether what I was looking for could even be found at the store.

Before I left I did walk over to the parts area and I will say if you are looking for older parts, newer parts, or even some unique parts for your kitchen, bathroom, etc. anything that has to do with water... This would be an excellent place to find some of those parts that definitely cannot be found in main stream stores.

The four stars are really because I believe that they have quality product, and I definitely want to go back earlier in the day to see if the customer service is better than what I experienced.

They had exactly what I needed. If you need some random part, they'll find out exactly which part you need, and most likely have it. After I left, I realized that I never would have found the part I needed.

I checked my local ma-pa hardware store, Home Depot, amazon, Lowe's; no one had it.

I also researched the part number after buying it, and found it on some website that I never would have been able to find on my own. The cost was the same and I still would have been reluctant to make a purchase on a random website.
