Will never ever use Brothers again. I called to get service today because my Ac went out. Mind you it is 90 out. I was told the service guy would be giving me a call. Three hours later I am still waiting and I call back and am told oh no someone will call you tomorrow. You are not on our managed service plan and they only come out on emergency if you are.. What a big waste of my time. Why not tell me that in the first place. Well guess what Brothers! you have just lost a customer for life. I will now find someone else to address my problem and you can be assured, that I will recommend Brothers to no one ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You may need to reconsider their """"Premier Member"""" plan. My AC goes out no big deal. I'm a member... yeah right. The promise of 24/365 service is a farce. I called at 700p, prior to them closing at 8p. I'm told I'd have to wait till the next day in the afternoon. But wait?!? I'm supposed to go to the front of the line right? Nope. So the kids went to the grandparents and the wife, I, and the dog had a most luxurious evening at our makeshift Turkish spa! Where are my towels? Lol ***sidenote*** their pricing is quite outrageous also. How can they justify $110 charge for a $2 light switch.

One of the most dishonest companies I have run across. Their service techs will make up crap that is wrong with your system and exaggerate problems. A company with questionable integrity. If you get a proposal from them or they tell you your heating/AC system needs repair or replacement please seek a 2nd opinion. Buyer Beware!!!

Wish there was a zero star option for this. Run far away from these people. Do not let them touch anything. 14 months ago they installed a hot water heater for my disabled mom..now it keeps going out because the housing wasn't put together correctly and now it is rusting and getting water into the hot water heater. I call them and get a call back from an extremely rude manager, they want to charge us for a house call to fix it. What?!? Then furthermore want to charge her to labor to """"fix"""" what they didn't install correctly in the first place. Run away! They take advantage of people..they should be turned into the BBB, in fact that is what we plan on doing. Upon calling the number Brother's did fix their mess-up. It did take an act of God to fix things..and the manager on the phone was extremely rude and is angered very easily. The tech came out and told my mom that it was installed correctly, then he said let me call my manager.. Then he came back and said that he must re-install it. They never did admit it was done wrong, but however they had to re-install it correctly?! Like I said, stay clear of these people.

I called Brothers for a quote to replace a 24 x 24 air conditioning pad, that the unit simply sits on.They are sold at Hope Depot for $50.00. I had a quote of $1200. LIKE WOW! My neighbor replace her small unit last year for $1300. This was just for the pad! I would not trust this company to walk in my yard. Buyer BEWARE!!! This company is out to give you the SHAFT...If they would quote $$1200 to replace a pad. Should be locked up!!

I purchased a Mitisubishi split system from Brothers and it has been a BIG disappointment. I called the company last week because I had no heat again. The tech left and in a few days, I discovered that my building still had no heat. I called Brothers back and was asked did the tech call me back. He did not. They then said that they needed to come back and charge a $300.00 fee to find the leak in the system plus whatever parts were needed. I expressed my concern over a unit that is not that old and they offered to cut the fee to $150.00 plus parts. It is my opinion that the system was either improperly installed or poorly manufactured. What was the value of the first service call to leave my building where the pipes could likely freeze and me have to find out days later that they wanted more money for something that should have been done the first call?

We let Brothers install a brand new system in our home, the installers were top notch guys. we were very happy with the system until going into our second winter the heat wouldn't work. We called Brothers for a tech to come out and trouble shoot the system. $89. service fee, the tech found the computer board needed to be replaced ( still under warrantee ) but heres the catch! the part is free due to the warrantee but the labor cost is $448. What good is a warrantee if your getting ripped off with labor cost. I told the tech the labor cost was not reasonable and not to repair the system,then I called home office to redeem my part that is covered under warrantee and was told its only covered if the tech repairs the system. wow!!! so much for the $13,000 system we paid for. Please beware,im a blue collar guy with 3 kids and thought I was getting piece of mind hiring a big company but as you see, im now on my own.

I had a terrible experience with a furnace maintenance visit. There was a problem that the technician diagnosed and was supposed to fix my problem. This cost $500. An hour after the technician left, the problem persisted and they suggested another $700 repair. We looked into the cost of a new furnace, and Brothers kindly offered to deduct the $500 repair cost towards the cost of a new furnace. Unfortunately, after getting bids from other vendors in the area, their (even after the $500 discount) cost for a similar high-quality furnace was over $1000 more than another contractor. I would not recommend Brothers to anyone.

The only reason these people get 2 stars and not 1 is because they got my new unit installed quickly. Too bad now they have been paid, they don't want to come work on the faulty unit they sold me. This thing is """"7 months old"""" in terms of install. It switched from winter to summer without a hitch. Now trying to switch back to heat...I got nothing. I called to get a repair person sent out to be told because it's raining, they can't come out for another 2 days?! I was told that if it stops raining they may come out earlier. Guess what, it stopped raining. You think I got a call? On top of that I'm told that if I get their maintenance plan, I'll get priority status. So I guess this is how they roll. Sell you crap and then when it breaks down 6-9 months down the line try to sell you even more crap to keep the piece of crap they originally sold you up and running. I called back to see why they can't come out in the rain to fix it and am told it's bad for the unit...well if it's bad for the unit, why did they install it in the snow? Maybe this is the problem? Now that these people have my money, and this service visit nets them zero payout, I guess they aren't all that interested in working with me anymore. I won't be referring them any longer.

Our new brothers unit failed in two months. Very frustrated. Overall not a good experience.
