I called Brock Plumbing and they were able to send someone to the house within an hour. Ralph quickly identified the problems and left me a voicemail with a quote. He returned later in the day and got everything in working order. Before he left, he showed me what he did and explained it all fully. I couldn't have been more satisfied. From the moment I called until the work was complete, the staff was responsive and professional. Very fair price. We had a plugged up kitchen main sink and leaks in a island sink. Made an appointment with Brock for 9:30 -10 am today. Brock arrived at 9:15. He is a fast worker and very knowledgeable. He has been in business for 30 years and is a sole proprietor. Before he tried a snake...which is the go-to for most franchised plumbers...he suggested trying a water blowout. He had to do considerable work under the sink todo this because the original contractor did not worry about removable pipes.
Long story short...he did both jobs inside 2 hours...installed a new garbage disposal to replace the 30 year old leaky island disposal and gave me a bill that was far below what I expected. And everything is now in A+ condition. I do not hesitate to give him my highest recommendation.

Called this outfit a couple of days ago for a simple drain clean-out. First I had to ask the guy to take me off speaker phone so I could even hear him. Scheduled between 2-4pm for the next day (took repeating the address 4 times for it to finally sink in). Stayed home to be here, the plumber didn't show up until 5:35. No apology for the lateness and started barking orders at us. Unprofessional, rude and confused. When we balked at the price he was asking ($150)!!!, he stomped out of my house, snarling, ""You're not going to find anywhere cheaper."" Guess what, I did.

Brock plumbing made an appointment with me to come and give me a free estimate to hook up the water to my wall evap cooler and to possibly move the gas pipe behind my stove. They came, looked at both things, never gave me any estimate of any kind. They said the water was already hooked up and the pipe was right where it should be. But they took my evap cooler back off and said the drain plug was missing the external nut. Said they needed to go buy the nut at a home improvement store. Then said oh, I should have told you - you owe me $85 for looking at the pipe for a couple minutes and you owe $150 for the replacement of this plug. Unbelievable. Then when finished the man hand wrote a phoney "" invoice "" saying he had run out of official invoices.... I never got any receipt and no labor warranty. They crossed off the bogus $85 when I told them they had no right to charge for nothing being done.

When I called Mr Brock he made excuses and took no responsibility for any of it and said it would be a few more days before I would get some kind of receipt by email.

Owner Mel of Brock Plumbing has definitely been an outstanding person to work with. We have been using his company for a number of years now regarding pretty much all of our plumbing needs as they have come up. He and his people are always on time, polite, professional, and thorough regarding their work. Mel will surely see that both their service, as well as any installed/serviced equipment, is installed and functioning correctly, even well into the item's warranty period, He always backs up his work, and stands by the customer.
