I needed a plumber to fix my toilet because it was singing whenever I flushed it and probably needed a new flapper for the inside. Found Brison Plumbing thru a friend that highly recommended his services. Very quick reply, he and his assistant came to my house and also found my valves were old and needed fixing. Valves in my house probably haven't been touched since who knows when and I decided to have Brison change all the valves before anything else happened. My toilet was fixed, all valves were changed and what an excellent job!! Brison even explained to me what was going on and was very patient and professional. Now I know a little about toilet 101 (lol). Thank you, Brison! Excellent service and very personable! I, too highly recommend Brison's Plumbing, Inc.!

They remodeled 2 bathrooms, tore down walls and put in all new plumbing in both rooms. The whole job was done in 2 weeks with perfection. They did everything drywall, tiles, showers, vanities, toilets, sinks and faucets. Brison and his team were impeccable, they were fast, tidy, and professional. Can't wait for our next project!

We had multiple repairs that turned into bigger problems because the previous plumbers did not do things properly and to code. Brison and his helper worked very hard to correct everything and his welding was immaculate. They were polite and Brison explained everything, giving us options whenever possible. Excellent! The bath tub water faucet fixture was quite old, and most especially behind the surface wall where the corrosion had built up eventually making it difficult to shut off the faucet. It now looks and works great.

Woke up on the morning of New Year's Eve to find that we had a clogged toilet. We tried a plunger and a snake, but to no avail. Decided we had to call a plumber. I must have called at least 10 companies. One answered the phone and after I explained my situation, he said he wasn't working that day. I then spoke with a national company who said they would be happy to come out and I was given a 4 hour window. I asked if I could be provided with a range of what it would cost to unclog a toilet. I told the woman that I understood that the fees may vary depending on the extent of the job. I didn't think this was an unreasonable request, however, the woman said she could not quote any fees and that only the technician who came out could quote fees. I then asked if I could speak with a technician prior to coming out and was told, NO. I then called another company who had some great reviews and was told that if I wanted someone to come out the same day, it was considered an emergency and they needed me to understand that there was a $250 charge due upon arrival for plumbing diagnostic and water shut down. The woman I spoke with also said that they have a minimum first hour labor fee of $250. She sent me an email so I could approve the charges prior to having a technician come out. I was confused with the wording, so I emailed and also called for clarification. I asked her if, based on the email she sent me, if that meant I would have to pay $500 to simply unclog a toilet. She said it shouldn't cost that much, but couldn't give me any further explanation. As you can imagine, I was extremely frustrated at this point! The last call I made was to Brison's Plumbing. I wish it was the FIRST call I made! This is a PROFESSIONAL, NO NONSENSE, AT YOUR SERVICE kind of company. Jose was at my house within the hour and it took him maybe 5 minutes to unclog the toilet!! He was very professional and courteous and he obviously knew what he was doing! He was in and out of the house in no time! His fee was EXTREMELY reasonable and he was able to tell me EXACTLY what the cost would be prior to coming out. This is the 1st Yelp review I'm writing. I don't normally take the time to write reviews but I want all Honolulu residents to know about the exceptional experience I had with Jose at Brison's Plumbing and to call this company first if you ever have to deal with a clogged toilet! I was able to go to my New Year's Eve party in a great mood! Thanks again Jose!!

looking for a plumber to replace my grohe kitchen faucet. I sent a email to 5 plumbers to get an estimate. Brison's Plumbing responded quick and friendly. Scheduled a 1:30pm appt. Jose who was assigned to the job, was on time and very friendly, Jose was very professional and got the job completed. I was very happy with the service I received from making the appt to the competition of the job. I will recommend Brison's Plumbing inc. for all your plumbing needs. FYI I still haven't gotten a response from some of the other companies.

Backstory: Our shower faucet was leaking and shower needed a paint refinishing. Easy fix right? I mean I've changed shower fixtures before and repainted the shower too. Easy peasy. Got to Home Depot and bought new shower fixture set. Got home and started to take off old fixtures and found out they were coroded and frozen. Me being macho fixit man, I started to torque the shower valve so hard it bent the valve. So I stopped and knew that I was going to break it if I don't get a real plumber to help. I called around and found one guy who was helpful and came to check out the problem that same day! Awesome I thought, but I couldnt find out how to shut off our water in our apartment. So he had to leave and come back another day when I found out how to turn the water off. The next day, I located the water shut off and texted the plumber and he said he could make it back to our apt in the afternoon. Fast forward to 6:30pm, I texted him asking if he was still on his way. His response ""I can make it tonight."" ""Sweet"" I replied, ""let me know when your on your way"", I texted back. Fast forward.... It's now 8:30pm , so again i texted him, ""are you still able to make it tonight?"" his response, ""sorry I meant to say CAN'T"". That night I said, 'it and called around and came across Brison's Plumbing! I sent an email at 9:30pm and he called me back almost immediately! He asked about the situation and was very helpful and professional and wanted to see pictures of the problem, so I texted him the pics and he quickly responded with the solution and estimate! I agreed and THE NEXT DAY he showed up at 1:01pm in the afternoon! When our appointment window was from 1:00-1:30pm. Brison quickly did what he had to do to fix the problem and in about 2 hours he finished, cleaned up and was out the door!!!! Brison is the best experience I've had with a plumber ever! The other guy still has not called me back yet! I highly recommend Brison's Plumbing! #BestServiceEver!
