Scheduled an appointment quickly, but they cancelled the appt right when it was scheduled to start. Rescheduled for next week, then they cancelled that appt the day before. I have to take off work and schedule other people around this appt, so cancelling last minute doesn't work for me.

So disappointed with Brison's Plumbing! I was quoted $995 to fix a clogged drain for my tenant. After I paid the amount the plumber apparently did a little work and left without fixing the problem. the plumber said he would contact me to discuss. However I did not receive any phone call. I was forced to hire another plumbing company. The new company was able to fix the clog and they charged me 1/2 of the amount that Brison's charged me and they gave me a 6 month warranty. I have left 3 messages with Brison's and they have yet to return my phone call. The first time I called them
they told me they would call me right back and they would refund my money. The last two times I called my call went directly to voicemail. I feel that I have been victimized.

Posted an ad in Angie's List, and Brison called me just a few minutes later. I needed to change my main water valve, and he walked me through all of the information he needed to give us an estimate. We booked the appointment, and Jose showed up on time and ready to tackle the job. He was very professional, and did great work! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Thanks guys, and mahalo for a job well done!

Really disappointed. I worked with him for several years for all my plumbing needs and had no problem. He was always polite and reasonably priced. Then, recently, I asked him to fix something fairly minor and he told me I had to replace my entire (new) disposal and that my problem was because of my "broken" (new) dishwasher (it wasn't). He took my money as a "diagnostic" fee to tell me that there was nothing he could do and ran off. When, the dishwasher repairman finally looked at the dishwasher, he said it was a minor problem that required a minor repair by the plumber, not him. I asked Brison to come back since he already took my money and he blocked my calls. What happened to him?!?

Brison Lagaret of Brison's Plumbing, Inc. more than exceeded our expectations. He was extremely responsive, even returning my call on a Sunday, the day after Christmas. Because I am recovering from a serious illness that prevents me from being able to walk or drive, Brison picked our new hot water heater up for us and unloaded it for the install. He did all of this without complaint, even though the heater weighed over 300 pounds. He muscled it across my yard, through 4 foot tall grass and weeds, to install it behind my house. Throughout the install, Brison was polite, friendly, and beyond helpful. I would strongly recommend hiring Brison's Plumbing, Inc. for any job, and will absolutely call on him again for any of my plumbing needs.

Backstory:

Our shower faucet was leaking and shower needed a paint refinishing. Easy fix right? I mean I've changed shower fixtures before and repainted the shower too. Easy peasy. Got to Home Depot and bought new shower fixture set. Got home and started to take off old fixtures and found out they were coroded and frozen. Me being macho fixit man, I started to torque the shower valve so hard it bent the valve. So I stopped and knew that I was going to break it if I don't get a real plumber to help. I called around and found one guy who was helpful and came to check out the problem that same day! Awesome I thought, but I couldnt find out how to shut off our water in our apartment. So he had to leave and come back another day when I found out how to turn the water off.

The next day, I located the water shut off and texted the plumber and he said he could make it back to our apt in the afternoon. Fast forward to 6:30pm, I texted him asking if he was still on his way. His response "I can make it tonight." "Sweet" I replied, "let me know when your on your way", I texted back. Fast forward.... It's now 8:30pm , so again i texted him, "are you still able to make it tonight?" his response, "sorry I meant to say CAN'T". That night I said, 'it and called around and came across Brison's Plumbing!

I sent an email at 9:30pm and he called me back almost immediately! He asked about the situation and was very helpful and professional and wanted to see pictures of the problem, so I texted him the pics and he quickly responded with the solution and estimate! I agreed and THE NEXT DAY he showed up at 1:01pm in the afternoon! When our appointment window was from 1:00-1:30pm. Brison quickly did what he had to do to fix the problem and in about 2 hours he finished, cleaned up and was out the door!!!!

Brison is the best experience I've had with a plumber ever! The other guy still has not called me back yet!

We had multiple repairs that turned into bigger problems because the previous plumbers did not do things properly and to code. Brison and his helper worked very hard to correct everything and his welding was immaculate. They were polite and Brison explained everything, giving us options whenever possible. We would use them again.

Charge premium prices including $95 service fee just to come take a look. Poor repair quality. Unresponsive after email exchange and phone message.
