This local bada is stand up good guy and his business is hamma. The local bada from nalo his plumber is very good and hard working. Trouble is Home Depot. If you contract them from Home Depot know you get best plumbers and best guys for your jobs but don't listen to anything Home Depot says. Brison is honest hardworking and his team is hamma status.

Brison Lagaret of Brison's Plumbing, Inc. more than exceeded our expectations. He was extremely responsive, even returning my call on a Sunday, the day after Christmas. Because I am recovering from a serious illness that prevents me from being able to walk or drive, Brison picked our new hot water heater up for us and unloaded it for the install. He did all of this without complaint, even though the heater weighed over 300 pounds. He muscled it across my yard, through 4 foot tall grass and weeds, to install it behind my house. Throughout the install, Brison was polite, friendly, and beyond helpful. I would strongly recommend hiring Brison's Plumbing, Inc. for any job, and will absolutely call on him again for any of my plumbing needs.

I'm VERY pleased with my experience using Brison's Plumbing. I sent him pictures of a pipe that had split and the clamp had broke on it.....it was in need of replacement. In one day he sent over an estimate ....very professional. Set an appointment for the work to be done. Brison and Shandon were prompt and dressed professionally and performed the work proficiently. Very happy with my plumbing experience with Brison. In my opinion and experience, Brison - the owner - runs an honest business and does his best for his clients, to resolve any issues they may have. Both Brison and Shandon attended to issues I had with a leaking shower faucet, cartridge,and broken sink drain cover that I had in my condo unit. On his first visit, he diagnosed the issues and had the parts ordered to replace the fixtures. That did not take much of either of our times, as he knows what he is doing and what to look for. On his second visit, he had Shandon replace the sink drain apparatus while he handled the shower issues. In no time, all my issues were resolved and I am a very happy customer. Something I didn't mention was that the resident management for my building provided me with the wrong cartridge model which Brison obtained from the parts store. Though no fault of his own, Brison went ahead and got the right part to do the job. I feel that Brison and his team go above and beyond to provide the know-how and the service to his customers. I don't believe any negative reviews on here. There are two sides to every story, and based on my experience, I will always be on Brison's.

Don't really know where to start here - I'll just say I recently bought a home with full intentions of doing a near gut & full remodel before moving in. This is my first home so needless to say, I wanted a lot to get done, and get done right. That being said, I reached out to friends for recommendations on general contractors which, to make a long story short, turned out to pretty much be a nightmare. I'd been in touch with at least 6 different contractors, who of course were all ""just really busy,"" which is understandable, but dang, at least return a text or email within a week... anyways, I digress... I ended up working with a contractor whose itemized work seemed a bit pricey, so because I'm on a budget (not even a tight one but I like to shop around regardless) I started reaching out to some contractors on my own to see what they would quote me at. Brison was one of the first to reply when looking for a plumber, and as a bunch of the other reviews will tell you, he showed up promptly (more on time than me), was extremely professional, communicative, and gave me very reasonable price estimates (wayyyy lower than what my GC was looking to charge me for the same work). So, as the story goes, I end up going with a few of my own choices to get electrical and plumbing work done, just to get things moving and save me some pretty substantial $$. Other side of it, I also decided to take on a lot of work myself... and this is where I want to shake Brison's hand, give him a hug, and buy him a beer. I'm a busy man - I work a regular job, I have a 3 year old hurricane of son, a geriatric old bulldog (that is my bff and is more work than I'd like to admit) and well... things didn't necessarily go according to plan. Brison showed up a couple of times to do jobs that I wasn't quite ready for and he did more than accommodate. He offered good suggestions, helped with my own work, and changed scopes of his job to offer better solutions; he's now is coming back for a 3rd time to finish up what was originally supposed to be a half day's job. Not going to get into the details, but the kid is a class act, super professional, and more than accommodating. Everybody has been busy and/or stressed out with their schedules during this pandemic, but I have to say I'm really lucky to have found this company who has been most importantly, has been easy to work with, done quality work, and prices out very reasonably. All in all, 100% recommended, and mahalos to him and his apprentice for being good peoples and working with me to get an already stressful job done and done right.

I normally like to try and do small projects around the house myself and I take pride in doing so as it leaves me feeling good knowing that I did it or had a hand in it. When it comes to certain things like going into the wall to change out the worn out cartridge to stop the water from dripping. i prefer to call the experts. When searching who to call to do this, a friend recommended Brison's Plumbing and I'm glad they did. I read the reviews and they had good things to say about this company as well as Brison the owner. I called the number and scheduled a day and time. Brison was the one who came and he was prompt. Me not so much as I run on Hawaiian time so I had to ask him to wait a couple of minutes before I could go outside and let him in. Brison opened up the wall plate did some tests and found out that I needed a new cartridge. He then left and picked up a new part and came back and installed it. Since it was old, he had to clean it out and put on another part to make it work. I'm so glad he made the dripping stop. Since he was here I just asked him about a disposal as ours just broke. He had a new one from a job that cancelled so he installed that too for us. Brison did a pressure test ( I have never seen that done before) to make sure everything was working the way it was supposed to. He double checked everything to make sure there were no leaks and he cleaned up after himself which we appreciated. I give Brison's Plumbing two thumbs up for knowledge, service, professionalism and a fair price which is very hard to find these days.

I was going to forget about this nightmare experience with Brison and his dad Chad or Sid whatever his name is but since Brison is trying to rewrite the facts and talk his why out of being irresponsible and unprofessional in handling our estimate request. You can check with BBB and attempted to do the same thing with the other two complainants. I will address each of the rebuttal and as you can see Brison is slick with his words and conveniently discount some of the events. 1. When I called his dad's company, his dad Sid answered the phone. He referred me to Brison because he said he refers ""small jobs"" to him. He did not make a distinction between his company and Brison. As far as I was concerned they were one. I only learned about it when I met Brison on Monday. 2. Brison claims he showed up on time 8am. My instruction to him on Friday was give me a call when he's on his way to the house and I can meet him there. The original appointment was 8 am. He called approximately 8:10 am and told me he was running late. I told him I'm on my way and we met around 8:30 am. In my estimation if the appointment was at 8 am and he arrives at 8:30 am, that makes him late for the appointment. 3. He and I went over the house and showed him what needed to be done and we discuss the project. I told him he is the last of the 3 quotes we needed for the job and my Auntie wanted an estimate ASAP. He told me, ""he will have a quote for me the following day."" Brison conveniently remove this conversation from his story. He never told me he will get me a quote soon. It doesn't make sense because I specifically told him we need one ASAP. That is when he said he will have one on Tuesday. 4. I called his dad because I did not hear from Brison for two days even though he told me he will have it in one day. At this point in time I began to question Brison's integrity and veracity. I was fine with his dad during this time as a matter of fact Sid was very helpful. He even told me that Brison normally returns call and he was surprised he didn't return my calls. He said he'll have Brison call me back which never happened. 5. I called his father because he is the only person that picked up the phone. Brison did not pick up the phone call not once nor did he return my voice messages and texts for two days! On Wednesday night I was able to contact Brison. I told him I did not receive the estimate he promised me on Tuesday. He told me I should have received it from his Office staff because he gave it to them. Again he promised he will have it for me on Thursday morning which didn't happen. Brison has a habit of ""promising"" things but not following through. 6. His father worked with me and not once did not tell me not to call him. As a matter of fact his father called me to tell he was unsuccessful in contacting Brison. I only called his father because he was the only person answering calls. Brison was irresponsible and unprofessional for not getting back to me which he apologized when he called me on Saturday. 7. Things went bad between his father and I when he informed me that Brison was upset with me for ""forcing him"" to give me an estimate? How can I force him, I was merely following up because I did not want to call another Plumbing company for an estimate since Brison promised one. As I stated, all Brison or his father had to do was tell me rather than jerk me around. 8. With regards to my argument with his father. Brison told he believes the accuracy of my description with regards to filing a lien, burning down my Auntie's house and attempted to intimidate him. That is why he told me doesn't live with his father and they don't see eye to eye. 9. I admit I was very angry with his father because he had no business calling my Auntie and what he had done. He was a snitch. That was a cowardly move. He said he will destroy me via social media. I told him go for it. Truth will prevail. Furthermore, he boasted that he is connected and I don't know who I'm dealing with. 10. Brison was only interested in me removing my honest review of their unprofessional, unethical and criminal actions. He himself admitted he only called me AFTER reading my review on YELP. 11. I told Brison his and his father's actions have consequences. Brison should be more forthright and promising things to customers that he cannot fulfill. His father needs to be more professional and stop acting like he is a member of the Mafia Gambino Family. There is no need to intimidate your customers. 12. I stand by the accuracy of my review as well as the description of the events. I have voicemails, texts, dates and time to buttress my story. I offered it to Brison and he refused. 13. Brison claims his reputation is everything to him. Read the 2 complaints filed against his company. Similar characteristics such as unprofessionalism, bait & switch and physical coercion.
