Jorge and Fredy were amazing. I had a response to my repair request within five minutes. Fredy arrived within a half-hour, was super knowledgable and skilled and fixed both my leaking sink and my broken toilet quickly and very well. And it was all reasonably priced. My 12-year-old daughter decided that her candle wax should be poured down the kitchen sink on a Saturday, so when I went to do dishes. Of course the sink was completely clocked. Brightside came in 30 minutes and the repair was far less expensive for an 8 PM Saturday. Call than I ever expected. Did an amazing job will use them forever.

My mother-in-laws sprinklers were leaking and the backyard was flooded. Jorge and Freddy responded immediately and we decided to cap off the sprinkler system. Unfortunately Jorge told us that it might not fix the problem and the next morning we found it that it hadn't. Freddy came out the following morning and had to replace the main line from the street to the house. It took him and his son all day in the HOT sun but they worked exceptionally hard and completed the job by the next morning. We are thankful they responded to our request quickly and were able to diagnose the main problem.

Came for a estimate 2 weeks ago. Guys came and saw the property and said they need 3 days to provide the estimate. I call and call with a person named george saying who came over to your house? I gave him my address again to remind them and they said they will get back to me. A week later I call him and george again asks for my address then he says he needs to come by and inspect the property before he can give an estimate. What is going in here? How are these companies even making money? Quality and customer service has gone out the window for real. Hey George keep your estimate it looks like you have a memory problem. Get it checked out. On the BRIGHTer side dodged a bullet with these guys.
