Alex is super knowledgeable and efficient, George is very responsive through text. They are a great team for any of your plumbing needs! I have used their service to snake drains, change toilet, and run the camera down my pipe. Would keep using them in the future for sure!

My mother-in-laws sprinklers were leaking and the backyard was flooded. Jorge and Freddy responded immediately and we decided to cap off the sprinkler system. Unfortunately Jorge told us that it might not fix the problem and the next morning we found it that it hadn't. Freddy came out the following morning and had to replace the main line from the street to the house. It took him and his son all day in the HOT sun but they worked exceptionally hard and completed the job by the next morning. We are thankful they responded to our request quickly and were able to diagnose the main problem.

Came for a estimate 2 weeks ago. Guys came and saw the property and said they need 3 days to provide the estimate. I call and call with a person named george saying who came over to your house? I gave him my address again to remind them and they said they will get back to me. A week later I call him and george again asks for my address then he says he needs to come by and inspect the property before he can give an estimate. What is going in here? How are these companies even making money? Quality and customer service has gone out the window for real. Hey George keep your estimate it looks like you have a memory problem. Get it checked out. On the BRIGHTer side dodged a bullet with these guys.

Just received a response from this company from yelp and I believed that we were lead to the right direction of choosing the reliable plumbing contractors. They were the last and the only one who figured out where exactly the leak is coming from and right away we decided to get them to do the job. Beyond amazing was the service that we got from them. The damaged drainpipe was behind the wall of our newly renovated kitchen cabinets, they were able to fix and replaced the damaged drainpipe without totally demolishing the wall and the cabinet. Not to mention that all pipes are placed in the area of the condo that are very hard to find, one wherein one of them had to crawl in a very tight space, unimaginable. Did the job with care about their work and their clients. Thanks to Jorge for the immediate response and to Alex & Angel for doing the work. Highly recommended!
