This morning our hot water wasn't working so I posted on Yelp and got a response from Bright Side within minutes and Sig was here in less than 30. He immediately diagnosed the problem (needed a new water heater, ours was at least 15 years old ). He said he would be back at 4 to install it and was back at 3:55 and tonight we have hot water! Sig wore a mask, was very friendly and explained everything to me before doing the job. I would highly recommend Bright Side Plumbing!

Very fast to respond to yelps quote system. Bright side came and got his hands dirty to actually see if the line needed replacing unlike the 3 other plumbers that came out. I do not write many reviews but this deserves one. My 22+ year old water heater was leaking (yes dated 1998) and I needed a new water heater OR possibly go tankless. I got a few estimates and Jorge won the bid for tankless: better unit, better price and excellent service (thanks Alex!). I highly recommend Bright-Side Plumbing.
