I decided to give the thumbtack app a try & that was a huge mistake! (**IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ THE WHOLE REVIEW JUST SKIP TO THE LAST 2 PARAGRAPHS**) When using thumbtack, I had booked three appointments with three different companies. One company was a no show & the other two canceled at the last minute. I so not recommend the thumbtack app for service providers.

After sending my request through YELP, I was quickly contacted by Brian from LBs Hydro Jetting. I discussed my kitchen & laundry drain issue with him. I needed to have the drain ""hydro jetted"" to clear all the ""gunk"" out. Our discussion was via the YELP app & also by text. Brian explained everything to me so I can understand the process easily. His price was very affordable compared to other hydro jet services that I contacted via YELP & thumbtack. We scheduled the appointment for the very next day.

Brian showed up on time & began work right away. Brian did an excellent job in clearing out my extremely clogged up drain with the hydro jet. He actually used the hydro jet 3 different times to reassure me that everything was cleaned out....& it definitely was! He also attached a cover for my drain b/c I was missing mine. He didn't even charge me to put the cap on the drain. Now with the drain cleared out, I can run my washing machine without having my entire backyard flooded with water & ""gunk"" from the drain.

These days it is very rare to find a company or an individual who isn't trying to ""rip off"" or take advantage of middle class people like myself. I RARELY write reviews, but when I do they are usually POSITIVE.

I am writing this review to let other people know that Brian & LBs Hydro Jetting is an excellent, affordable, quality company! I can tell he/they actually care about us (the customer) & getting the job done right! I STRONGLY recommend booking your appointment with BRIAN & LBs HYDRO JETTING SERVICE. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever require plumbing/drain type services in the future.

After dealing with our washer drainout backing up and flooding the garage floor for two weeks we unsuccessfully tried snaking the drain to no avail. This was a problem that had been ongoing for years to varying degrees. Sometimes a trickle sometimes gallons of water on the garage floor. We would snake it or pour stuff down the drain which would temporarily help but the problem would always come back worse than before. I requested a quote on yelp and Brian was quick to respond, polite & had an appointment set up for the following morning despite it not being urgent. He showed up early, laid out mats to keep the floor clean and ran the hydrojet to fully clean out everything rather than just poke a hole in the blockage with a regular snake. I watched him slowly run it back and forth through the entire length of the pipe 3 times and test the flow again before leaving. He was in & out in 45 mins and 10 loads later everything is draining perfectly. If you're having any drain issues and value your time this is the way to go. Do it once, get it properly cleaned and save yourself the headache of having to spend your time every couple of weeks on cleaning the drain and cleaning up your garage. Thanks Brian!

My gas water heater finally quit after 20 years and I needed a replacement ASAP. I messaged Brian and he was very responsive with my questions and quote request. I woke up on a Sunday AM and discovered a stream of water in the garage. It was easily traced back to my 6 year old water heater that had started leaking internally. I reached out to the company who originally installed it to try and give them the business since the first experience was good but they were unresponsive. I reached out to another plumber I've used in the past and he still hasn't responded (as I write this it's been 5 days). So I started messaging folks on Yelp. Brian was one of the first to respond and asked that I give him a ring. We chatted and we went over the issue, and he recommended a few options that he could do today. Granted this was 11am on a Sunday and made me feel like he dropped everything to help. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the entire water heater replacement and associated pipes and a new stop valve as the old one was original to the house. He stopped by exactly at the time he said he would (1pm) and completed the job in a couple short hours later. Brian layed down canvas and was very thorough and cleanly. He even had the garage floor wiped down as it was basically flooded...he didn't need to do that! End of the job, the quote was exactly what I was billed. What I appreciated most was that he took care of this repair quickly, did exactly what he said he was going to do, was clean and courteous and very reliable, all on a Sunday afternoon. I hope you never have plumbing issues but if you do I'd highly recommend you reach out to Brian. I know I will.

Brian and crew were professional and we're very competent. They showed up when they said they would, and got straight to work, pinpointing the issues and explaining the camera views. They made no nonsense recommendations, and will show up tomorrow to complete the job. They also cleaned the gunk out of all the pipes. Very happy

Brian was awesome! He came the same day and provided the service that he promised to do. He is honest and efficient... and most importantly on time.
I will definitely consider working with Brian again, but hopefully not in the near future.

He was friendly and did a great job with replacing our water heater. All done from 11am-2pm, incl. going to purchase the water heater and discussing our options, etc.

Brian is also licensed and offers a 2 year warranty on his work. Whoo hoo! Thanks Brian for coming to the rescue!
