So this review is a little bit late...OK, maybe it's a lot late, but I'm doing it anyway because he deserves it. A few weeks back I needed a toilet replacement. I submitted my request on YELP and allowed them to do the work for me in identifying different companies. Luckily YELP made smart suggestions because I found Brian. He was prompt, professional, clean, offered the best price and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything and even offered to show me the completed work and explained why additional work needed to be done. He had to leave to purchase additional parts for my poor old toilet but returned quickly to finish the job. He even accommodated my later scheduling needs.

All of these things matter these days and what puts him over the top is that he is such a personable young man. As he wrapped up and collected his things to leave, we stood to chat a bit about his family history and other family businesses. This made the experience that much better.

Brian and his services are very highly recommended. I will gladly provide his number and YELP profile to anybody who asks for a plumbing referral and I'm keeping him in the rotation for the future. Bookmark his profile so you have it available to use in the future.

Brian and Jr were great! They were there within a couple hours, and they worked hard to figure out the issues on our 100+ yr old house, and stayed until the lines were clear. so we have had recurring issues with our garage laundry sink backing up over the years. it is connected to my kitchen sink too which can also back up. when doing laundry we often have had to prepare to use buckets to remove water from overflowing. normally we have the sink ""snaked"" but we decided to get it done right this time and do a complete hydrojet. so i started Yelping and got about 10 quotes. anyway so glad we went with brian and LB hydrojet. he's a young man getting started but he knows his stuff, very polite, respectful, and went out of his way to get to me right away (within an hour) and got the job done. his price was also very good compared to the others. anyway very happy with brian's quality, price, and attitude. thanks again brian! if i could give you 10 stars i would!

So our water heater had been acting up for the last 3 to 4 days that we have noticed. When ever we would take a shower and all we got was cold water we would go and turn the pilot back on. It was a reaccuring problem day after day. So I started looking for a company that could fix this problem. My first instict was to check out the big chain plumbing companies but I kept coming across horrible reviews about prices and how the end results turned out(not good). I decided to ask for an online quote through yelp and yelp recommended to send out messages to companies around my area so I accepted. LB's Hydro-Jetting was the first one to reply pretty quickly. I was skeptical at first because they only had 19 reviews but after reading the reviews they were all 5 star so I said I gotta try with them. Let me just say this Brian guy everyone is talking about in the reviews, he is as everyone describes him. He showed up on time the same day, Very nice, very respectful, great customer service,he does a very great job explaining everything ,etc. No lie I learned a thing or two about my water heater. He tried troubleshooting the water heater but it was time to replace it and that is one thing that I appreciated was that first he checked to see if it was under warranty but it wasn't and he actually CHECKED IT OUT and didn't just show up to tell me that I needed a new one. I thought the prices were good. Also I loved the fact that he was able to replace our water heater the same day. He was there for about 2 hours and got the job done. I'm am so glad that yelp recommended them because the job was excellent and we got hot water. 10/10 straight up if I could them more than 5 star i would. I bookmarked this company for the future repairs. My plumber of choice for life!! :) . Keep up the awesome work .

So a few companies were giving my wife the run around when she called about repairing a water heater. I posted on Yelp and Brian responded. I could tell his honesty and straightforwardness right away. He came out in a matter of few hours as promised and got the store to replace the water heater under my warranty.

Thanks to Brian for telling us about hydro jetting. After calling All City Pluming and they gave us high quotes we called Brian and very happy about our decision. He's such a honest person that I think it's a need for the whole plumbing industry mixing with other scam plumbing businesses.
