Once again, Brian and Randy have gone above and beyond for me. In the midst of selling my home, I was in need of a few minor HVAC services to accommodate the buyer's inspection requests. While these repairs were hardly worth the time and effort of these guys, they took my call and were more than happy to work with me.

Understanding I had a deadline, Brian B Quick was flexible in scheduling, not just on time but consistently early, very communicative, and forthcoming in potential problems, as well as associated costs. Thankfully, the potential problems and costs were avoided, demonstrating to me that these guys are just simply good, honest people who fix issues without purposely manifesting extra work.

I truly trust these guys and will continue recommending them.

Randy and the team at Brian B Quick patiently helped me through picking the right HVAC system for my needs. On install day, the team did a great job replacing my old unit with a shiny new one. Everything was well installed with a very high attention to detail. They especially did a much better job with the line set than the previous unit. The install crew provided great instructions on how to take care maintain my system and even threw in a whole year's set of filters. Randy was very responsive the entire time organizing the installation and answering all of my questions.

My hot water heater died tuesday night. Bad wednesday morning cold shower. They responded quickly and showed up early afternoon. They gave me the options and I went with the new hot water heater. Great thursday morning the hot water was back. they did a great job.

Brian and Randy are true professionals. I have hired many HVAC and plumbing contractors. Some were terrible, and some were good. But none were on Brian and Randy's level. They make sure that the job gets estimated and executed the right way, the first time. We will call them back for our future HVAC and plumbing needs.

UPDATED POST: After I posted this review I was contacted by Randy. He asked to give him a chance to make it up and also asked that I remove the negative (but accurate) review. I did. Randy sent a crew to come out. Randy arrived a bit later. He quoted me a ridiculously high price for the job, something in excess of $1,000. Randy said the job would require busting out the ceiling below and busting holes in the exterior of the home. I asked for a formal estimate to be sent. Per his request, I emailed him my email address before he left my house.

Guess what....never heard back!

I contacted another Plumber. They came out and was able to complete the job for about $250. It was simply a pipe replacement. I've been up and running with no issues since December. Residents beware

ORIGINAL POST (12/2019): I called to have someone to check out a plumbing issue that was connected with my washer. I initially called and spoke with Brian who then said that I will get a callback from his colleague Randy. Randy called I talk with him about the problem he said he could be out either Friday or Saturday. He even requested for me to send a copy of a picture of where the washer was located. And I did.When Friday came I did not hear from him so I decided to call him on Saturday. I wanted to confirm that this was something that he was still capable of doing and would still be able to come out. Randy said he was really busy and he apologized but then said he'll be out later on Saturday. Now it is a new week and it is Wednesday I have not received a call, text or anything back from either Brian or Randy. If this is how they conduct business I would NOT recommend them.

Final Update 2/2020...Brian Contacted me after my review. Thanks Brian for your response. Randy provided me with a verbal quote of over $1,000. As we discussed, I never received the estimate you referenced. I appreciate your followup after my post we're made. Thank you.

These guys are the first plumbers I will call and the only ones I will recommend to friends. Quick, honest, and dependable. They do excellent work, and they'll take the time to explain things to you if (like me) you don't know what's what. We have an old house with a boiler and hot water radiators and have had some issues with both over the last few years. Brian and Randy have taken care of them very quickly and the work holds up over time. Highly recommend.

I had a gas leak. The gas company determined it was coming from my furness and shut the gas off. They never checked my outdoor meter. Brian came out and determined the water column was low on the outside meter and informed me that gas company needed to come back out. They did. New gas company tech put on a new meter and corrected water column levels. Brian came back first thing the next morning and determined that the issue with the outside meter was effecting the furnace. Gas was no longer leaking. He charged me nothing and he came to my house TWICE. I wish he had because he deserves it. It's supposed to snow tomorrow and now I have heat again. Such an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. I have two properties I will DEFINITELY use Brian B. Quick for all my future HVAC needs. Thanks Brain!
