Randy and his team are amazing! Super fast responses by text and calls, they arrived on time and were super friendly.
They took the time to show me what was causing the leaky shower faucet and the garbage disposal, and they diagnosed a water pressure problem that other plumbers had missed too!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I asked ""BBQ"" to provide me with a quote for work at my mother's house. We had several issues; major blockage in the stack, bad expansion tank & PRV, plus the kitchen faucet.

I worked w/Randy (who I liked a lot) and he seemed very knowledgeable.

I was unable to meet the techs at my mother's house for the repair work, but we really needed to get it done. I left the techs under my Mom's supervision (who knows NOTHING about plumbing) and she was extremely pleased with Louis. She loved how he explained everything to her.

These guys are keepers. We will definitely plan to use Brian B. Quick again.

On August 30, 2018 our water pressure went out. Knocked on a few neighbors doors to see if it was system wide issue and it wasn't. Called WSSC who sent an inspector to our property at 10pm to check inside and outside to see if we were getting water delivery like our surrounding neighbors. The inspector told us it was a PRV problem and we needed a plumber. On August 31, I called around to several plumbers who couldn't get us an appointment for a few days which meant no showers, no dishwashing, no water period. Being 9mo pregnant at the time I couldn't wait. Finally, I spoke with Brian and he quoted me over the phone with several options of what was needed. He was able to come that day and fix everything for the quoted price. It turned out to be great timing because I went in to labor the next day. Great work fast service def will call again

These guys are the real deal. Randy & his team took care of my water heater issue in no time. I was stressed when there seemed to be little hot water coming through in my condo's showers and sink. They set me up with an appointment right away and diagnosed the issue thoroughly - turned out all that was needed was a reset. Randy called me on time each time he said he would, his team arrived on time & gave me a call when they were on their way; what I was most impressed with was what Randy shared with me about the water heater issue - it was clear he really knows what he's talking about. Whereas other service providers would've quickly defaulted to changing components and charging me even to come out before they touched anything, these guys saved me money. I will absolutely use them again for any water, heating, or cooling issues in my condo. Also, the best part was how gosh darn nice the people that I spoke to were (Randy and another one of his Associates whose name I forgot). Call them -- don't miss out on the rare case of great service with a friendly attitude!

After reading the reviews, I was pretty confident that Brian B Quick was a good choice. I was right. They came when they said they would. They explained everything thoroughly before performing the job. They gave me a price range that was reasonable. Once they completed the job, they cleaned up after themselves and I paid the lower end estimate. After worrying about finding another plumber when my former plumber sold his business, my search is done! Gotta give a shoutout to Zivko for the recommendation.

Brian B Quick is great. As someone who knows nothing about houses, it was a huge relief to be able to get in contact with Randy. He was able to help us on two occasions with my mother-in-law's new house.

We needed help with diagnosing the hot water heater because we could not get it to light. He came out the same day (after hours, I might add) and went to her house and fixed it. He did not even charge her because he said it was an easy fix; however, he did let us know we should start saving for a new hot water heater without being a salesman. Because of his honesty, I called him a few days later when the basement flooded due to a bad drain outside the basement. He went out super early the next day and cleaned the drain and gave us an estimate of how to fix the issue. Again, Randy was not pushy and my mother-in-law felt very comfortable and reassured after Randy left.

I'm glad to say that Brian B Quick is bookmarked and will definitely be our go to from now on.

They were the first to call back of many companies, within an hour of me contacting them via Yelp (in the evening). They made an appointment for the next day and called 30 minutes before their arrival and showed up on time. The problem with the AC was diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes (the condensation water line at the air handler was clogged.) They did not charge me for the service call and left me a relieved and happy customer!

I just had Brian B Quick out to replace my thermal expansion tank (which connects to the water heater to keep your water pressure from spiking when water is heating up). I had been quoted an absurd price by another plumber--$600 if they supplied the part and then knocked it down to $250 since I had the $50 part in my house already. I called Brian B Quick, and he was fast to schedule and repair. He came out this morning, quickly replaced the tank, and cleaned up the area. In addition to the service being good, he said he didn't need to charge me for the service since he was nearby and it was quick. After a gouging $600 estimate from another plumber, I was bowled over to get good pleasant service and they cared more about a long term plumbing relationship. Highly recommend.
