We had Mike out to look into do some plumbing for us. He came out to the house and then took forever to get a quote and to initiate any work. We had to continuously call to check in to make sure he was even still going to do any work. After 2 weeks, we called to cancel and he chewed out my husband. Real professional. So glad we went with another company. Anyone in customer service that speaks that way to ANYONE doesn't deserve business from us, and now the rest of my family and friends around town.

We have had a great experience with Mike. We recently moved to Brentwood and needed to have several repairs made. Mike repaired a complicated leak in our shower and he was a great detective in figuring out where the leak was and did a perfect repair. He also replaced a bathroom faucet for us. We also asked Mike to recommend and install a water softener, a whole house carbon water filter, and a reverse osmosis water filter at the kitchen sink. We didn't know which kind of water softener or water filtration system would be best. He made the process really simple and the cost was so fair and so much less than the other quotes we got from Costco and Home Depot. After we did our research, we realized that Mike's recommendations were the best ones for us. Mike is a great plumber. I will call Mike whenever we have any plumbing issues. He's the best.

Excellent service! We had Mike out to check on a water heater leak and he changed out the water heater (still under warranty he told us) and installed a new one at a reasonable charge.
