I have had work done by Mike from Brentwood Plumbing at least 3 times now. Most recently to have an emergency water heater replacement and fix a leaking tub faucet while he was here. I have had work done by another local plumbing company only because Brentwood Plumbing was too busy at the time. In hindsight, I should have waited. I highly recommend Mike and Brentwood Plumbing.

We had Mike out to look into do some plumbing for us. He came out to the house and then took forever to get a quote and to initiate any work. We had to continuously call to check in to make sure he was even still going to do any work. After 2 weeks, we called to cancel and he chewed out my husband. Real professional. So glad we went with another company. Anyone in customer service that speaks that way to ANYONE doesn't deserve business from us, and now the rest of my family and friends around town.

We have had a great experience with Mike. We recently moved to Brentwood and needed to have several repairs made. Mike repaired a complicated leak in our shower and he was a great detective in figuring out where the leak was and did a perfect repair. He also replaced a bathroom faucet for us. We also asked Mike to recommend and install a water softener, a whole house carbon water filter, and a reverse osmosis water filter at the kitchen sink. We didn't know which kind of water softener or water filtration system would be best. He made the process really simple and the cost was so fair and so much less than the other quotes we got from Costco and Home Depot. After we did our research, we realized that Mike's recommendations were the best ones for us. Mike is a great plumber. I will call Mike whenever we have any plumbing issues. He's the best.
