Mike at Brentwood plumbing just left after fixing our low water in the kitchen faucet problem. In just a few minutes had us back to maximum water pressure. Our last plumber left without fixing the problem and said we needed a new faucet. Ours was a 3 year old Delta faucet that had been installed 3 years earlier. So grateful for an honest plumber.

My Mother-in-Law's hot water heater went out a few days ago. Mike got me a quote in about an hour and offered to install it same day! Price was reasonable, but I also appreciated the quality of his work and excellent customer service!

My mother's house was in escrow. We needed the water heater re-secured in order to meet current code requirements. Mike was recommended to us by the home inspector as his go to plumber. When I met him at the house we discovered a bigger problem. The water heater had a serious leak.

Since this was four days before escrow was scheduled to close I was more than a little concerned. Mike was able to rearrange his schedule and replaced the leaking unit that afternoon. I met with him around noon and he informed me around dinner that the old unit had been replaced, removed and that the new unit was installed and running.

I would not hesitate to recommend his work.

A pipe in my ceiling broke. Everywhere I called it was a 7 to 10 day wait. I turned the water off completely to stop the flow of water. When I called he said he had two other jobs but would swing by on the way home. He came and determined that it was in connection with the fire sprinkler and Thorpe was the only one in the area licensed to service fire sprinklers. I told him I already called them and they said it sounded like a regular pipe. He took pictures with his phone and sent the photos to Thorpe. He went above and beyond. Some of the other places I called were just down right rude, and no sympathy with my situation.

I have had work done by Mike from Brentwood Plumbing at least 3 times now. Most recently to have an emergency water heater replacement and fix a leaking tub faucet while he was here. I have had work done by another local plumbing company only because Brentwood Plumbing was too busy at the time. In hindsight, I should have waited. I highly recommend Mike and Brentwood Plumbing.
