Installing a new home air conditioning system-- and the removal of the old one-- in the midst of a scorching heat wave isn't routine or easy. Heat has a tendency to rob a person's concentration and accuracy while performing work. Yet Tony and Michael had faultless crew coordination. I whole heartedly agree with others who wondered why more technicians couldn't be as professional as these two? Tony was patient and thoroughly answered every question I posed as to the purchase and operational nuances of my new A/C. Michael worked with precision on the inside of the house while Tony simultaneously worked outside; a great team. I only wish they were available for my out-of-state properties.

I've used Brea/OC services a few times during last 7-8 years for our own house and a rental property we have and we've always been very happy with their services. We've bought a new water heater, fixing our own furnace and most recently asking them to fix the AC at our rental property a few days ago. The scheduling lady is very patient and helpful. Also, the technician, Tony, was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it very quickly.

The next day after the service, I had a question about the charges and called their office. The lady told me that she'll look into it and talk to the manager and will get back to me, and she exactly did that in about an hour or so.

I hope I don't have to :) but I'll be definitely using their services if we need help with water heater/AC/...

Robert was our main tech today with an assistant.. both very nice men... Robert is very knowledgeable in his trade. Patient explaining what was going on with our unit.... unfortunately will need a new unit. This one is 20 years old...

Great service, friendly technicians! Tony and Michael were great. It was over 90 degrees and our air conditioner was running but the air wasn't cooling. They topped us up and within a few minutes we were back in business! super efficient, friendly and cost effective.

Why can't more techs be kind and listen to the customer? He checked everything to repair my air conditioner, then scheduled a timely follow up appointment. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone who needs work done. Gage and George took care of the job quickly and efficiently. Definitely workers who knew what they were doing and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. They left everything so clean, you wouldn't have even known they were here. MyA/C was not cooling so I called to request service. They called me in the morning and I had service within 30 minutes as promised. They repaired it quickly and my house is now nice and cool on what is predicted to be a very hot weekend thanks to Tony and his helper.
