After reaching out to so many plumbing and water heater companies and all of them assuming it'd be a small job and rejecting my request right off the bat, Fronz (I hope I spelled his name right) reached out and said,""We can totally get that taken care of for you. We'll get someone out this morning to check it out."" An hour later, I got a phone call from the technician, Robert, stating he was at my property and scoping out my water heater. He took pictures to show me the problem. Then to make sure I wouldn't need to spend more than necessary, he called the manufacturer and took care of all the warranty related issues for me and I was able to replace my entire unit paying on labor and service fees. I sent in a message last night, I got a phone call this morning, and had a brand new water heater replaced and install by 1pm same day. I couldn't ask for faster and friendlier service!

If all goes well, I'll be using them for all my water heater problems! :)

Great service. Jesse and Austin arrived on time and fixed a broken valve that was leaking water. They also cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend. I only wished I knew about the Yelp deal.

So happy my leak was fixed. I thought we were going to have to wait another night with the water off but David & Dennis came to our rescue!! Micheal doesn't have very good customer service skills. I called the company for a leaky faucet. The first time they came i had an appointment time 10-12pm yet i got a call before that time wAking me up and asking to come earlier. The wasn't fixed that day. The plumber just tightened it which didn't solve anything. I called again the same day and they couldn't come back until Monday. I gave the company the hours that someone would be home and i received another call to come earlier while I was at work. All i did was asked Michael
to break down the charges which would mean what the charge was to replace the faucet and parts cost which was 270. - 90.00 I originally paid the first. If it were broken down correctly on the bill, there wouldn't be any question about anything and therefore no need to call to inquire. Micheal's defensive attitude was as if I was accusing him of something and the rudeness because I called to inquire was even worse. The phone call only took a minute of his time. It wasn't my intent to bother him after he got off. Thank u Franz for addressing my concerns. I really appreciate that.

Same experience as others that have called on a Sunday. We had a leak on Sunday night and needed help. I called the number on here and was connected to a call center. I provided all of my information and the operator informed me that the on call person would be notified and they would call me back directly. I never received a call back, text, nothing.

A couple of pointers to management or anyone that reads these things. You need to follow up with your Sunday night on call staff and check to see if they actually respond to after hour requests. It's called an audit! Secondly, how do you not track calls for service. Meaning, if no one was available Sunday night then why didn't someone call to notify me. I will not be using this company and will not recommend. Lastly, don't claim that you have 24/7 service when you clearly do not.

This was the best experience i have ever had with a plumber/plumbing company.
They bent over backwards to meet our needs. And got the job done quickly. Alsobtheir pricing was fair!
I highly recommend this company and will definitely utilized them in the future!
If you get their guy Robert he's a sweet guy.

We had a leak on our shower and called them on Saturday and appointment was made for them to come Monday. They did not keep their appointment and said they call and could not get hold of us. I check my phone record and voice mail and no phone calls from them were found. We are greatly disappointed of their unreliable service, because we stay home half a day waiting for them to show up.

AWFUL service!! Unless you enjoy sitting on hold for over 10 minutes! Called, told the lady if they have any plumbers to come out today, Sunday. She puts me on hold for 8 minutes. Comes back on the phone and doesn't even remember putting me on hold. Asks me again what I needed. WHAT?? What were you doing for 8 minutes if not looking for a plumber for me??!! THEN, I fell for it AGAIN, shame on me. She puts me on hold again for close to 10 minutes AGAIN!! I hung up. Ridiculous customer service.

Nathan and Jacob with Brea/OC plumbing just came out and cleared the drains in our yard. They were on time, very professional, and we were pleasantly surprised by the cost. If you need a plumber, I would highly recommend Brea/OC plumbing.
