Responded promptly to my Yelp quote request. Josh & his co- worker quickly assessed the problem with our AC. They also inspected our heating system. The cost was way less than we expected. Both were very friendly & explained everything they did. We will be using them again.

Great service and very professional. I had to make the dreaded weekend hours call to the plumber. Spoke to a tech and described the problem which I thought was a slab leak. Tech advised he would have a tech come out Monday which was the next day to diagnose it. He walked me through a couple of temporary fixes so he wouldn't have to come out and charge me the after hours fee. That alone was really professional being he could of easily come out and charged me. Dave the tech came out Monday with his partner and diagnosed the problem which was a bad water heater and bad pipe work by the builder. He also found a leaky toilet. Once everything was discussed he said he could return the next day and do all the work which he explained would save me a service fee being he would not fix one thing one day and then another the next day. That's professional when again I would have paid being I don't know the business. I was given a fair price and Dave came out on time and fixed everything fast. He was very professional and explained and showed all his work and walked me through everything he and his partner had done. Great work Dave! And work areas where left very clean. When a company has ethics and doesn't just want to take your money, that's the company I want to keep around. I would recommend Dave and his company to anyone in need of a plumber. I'm a returning customer and will continue to be one. Thank you Dave and Brea Orange County plumbing.

Excellent service, office called to let me know they were arriving early. Paul and Tony diagnosed the problem in miners and had had the part installed with 15 minutes. They also advised me on a trick to extend the life of the AC unit. We are busy people (like everyone) and their business contact info goes in my phone and will be our go to for HVAC

I can't say enough about how helpful Josh was. My air was out and another ac company came out and gave me a ridiculous quote. Josh came over at 8pm, took a look and fixed my ac in less than an hour. This was after the first guy told me I needed a replacement. Josh was friendly and professional. My ac is on the roof and he even took pictures of the problem so he could show me. He was honest and it was clear he really knew what he was doing. When he left, I told him he had a customer for life. I have told anyone who would listen what a great experience I had and that if they ever have any ac problems the should call Brea/OC Plumbing, Heating and AC. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company! We have been having issues with our AC unit every summer for the past 4 years, every year we have someone come out adjust a few things and call it good.
Paul came out to take a look, fixes our refrigerate levels, explained why it was low, gave us some pointers on how to keep the AC unit good, including how the unit is probably too close to the fence and causing these recurring issues. His partner Erik was helpful as well, even though his part is the plumbing he was learning from Erik, and helpful to make the process quick and easy. These guys were funny, personable and EXTREMELY helpful. Oh and they worked with our busy schedule too! Came at the end of nap time and were able to work without waking up the babies!
I am beyond impressed with their customer service, Erik and Paul will take good care of you!

Sam and Paul came out and looked at my AC, they let me know that there was some work that needed to be done. He offered me a couple options but we went with fixing the compressor. They came out that week and of course it was going to be the hottest week and they were there until about 8 pm fixing my unit! I am beyond thankful that they made the time to stay late instead of just bailing and coming back! We have air now and its amazing!! Kudos

UPDATE: I have done business with them , and was disappointed as at one point, they didnt call or show up for a repair appointment. However, this is rare for this to happen with them. After I calmed down, I did call them, and they did repair my a/c (again). In hindsite, I wish I had purchased my system with them. My ""warrantied system"" has not been honored by original company. It is less than 2 years old. Brea O/C (Tony and Paul) have repaired it twice. Thier last visit the techs arrived within the time. It took a while, but my a/c is up and working. The techs were professional, and kept me informed of the progress. I would recommend this company.

We were very happy with the service received from Sam and Erik. Both technician's were professional and solved our air flow and air quality issues at a reasonable price. They installed dampers, a condenser pump, and air purification system (Aprilaire). We would definitely use them again. Thank you for the great service.
