I had a fantastic experience with Brea/Orange County Plumbing! The gas pipe to my house sprung a leak, on a Friday, and the gas company shut our gas off. I called my warranty company, who then called Brea Plumbing, and they were at my house within the hour. The tech, Robert, was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He walked me through what to expect with the process, and called in the claim right away. The warranty co. approved the claim the next business day and they had me up and running that same day. Our air conditioner stopped working, completely shut down - terrible timing given the heat wave we are experiencing with outside temps at 100 degrees. I tried everything to get it working again but no success. I called Brea/Orange County Plumbing to come over and see why and what would be needed to get it working. Tony the technician checked everything and got the air conditioner up and running in relatively short time. Tony and his assistant were very personable, knowledgeable and told me exactly what they were checking and why. Great service. Oh, my gosh.

I E-MAILED my problem to Brea/Orange County Plumbing, describing it as accurately as I could. (I often prefer e-mails over phone calls.)

Within minutes after I sent the e-mail, I received a phone call. It was, indeed, Brea/ Orange County Plumbing. I confirmed the problem and let them know I was available any time, including now, to set up an appointment to have someone take a look at it.

Dominic was sent out and arrived about 30 minutes later... AND FIXED THE PROBLEM in TEN MINUTES!

My shower had very little water pressure because the bottom faucet below busted a piece at the base of it. (Or something like that.)

It turned out he had a replacement piece in his truck and literally less than ten minutes after he arrived my problem was solved and I was good to go.

You CANNOT script a better ending than that.
