I asked my local neighborhood online marketplace for suggestions on who to use to have my septic tank emptied. I got 6 replies and 5 said Brandon Septic. They weren't wrong. Brandon Septic was professional, on time, and reasonably priced. They found my tank in short order (I didn't know where it was) and they emptied it quickly and efficiently. Their clean-up was excellent too. I recommend them highly.

I have used Brandon Septic several times in the past at my previous house for septic cleaning and new drain field installation. I will be using Brandon Septic at my new home, also. Called them on a Sunday to see about arranging for a septic inspection on a property I am buying. Since Sam was going to be in the area he offered to meet me at the house that day (Mother's Day Sunday). We met at the property, septic tank was emptied, inspection done in no time. Sam has always been professional and honest. He's an established member of the local business community with fair prices and a work ethic not often seen anymore. I would highly recommend Brandon Septic to all my family and friends and anyone else in need of septic services.

I've been using Brandon Septic for over 16 years now and have their number on speed dial in the event of an emergency. The company is very professional. The technicians will explain everything and send you pictures and a video of the work performed. If you're lucky enough to get Sam, he is an awesome individual and a pleasure to speak with. He is honest and as hard-working as they come. His daughter, Ash, who does the telephone correspondence, is very polite and has responded to text messaging after 10 p.m.! I challenge you to find that with another company. Brandon Septic is #1 in the #2 business for our area!

Correction, Brandon Septic pumped out septic tank yesterday at no charge, which is much appreciated in that emergency. Rating is not 5 stars since still unclear why its inspection in 2018 didn't show faulty drain, the only reason I can think of for needing the tank emptied in just 18 mos. In any event, they kindly stood by original work in helping us out yesterday.

Drained all the way to the bottom and price was what they quaternary over phone even though ran into some tough clogs. I would highly recommend them.
