Correction, Brandon Septic pumped out septic tank yesterday at no charge, which is much appreciated in that emergency. Rating is not 5 stars since still unclear why its inspection in 2018 didn't show faulty drain, the only reason I can think of for needing the tank emptied in just 18 mos. In any event, they kindly stood by original work in helping us out yesterday.

We had our septic back up this morning (Sunday). We were so upset cause we didnt know what we would do it being a weekend and all. We called Brandon Septic and he was here in 30 min and we were back up and running. Sam is amazing and I will recommend him to all our neighbors and friends.

Brandon Septic was professional, on time, and reasonably priced. They found my tank in short order (I didn't know where it was) and they emptied it quickly and efficiently. Their clean-up was excellent too. I recommend them highly.

I scheduled a service call with a polite and professional person who said Sam would arrive at my home between 1 and 5. I arranged my personal schedule to be home for the service call (moderately inconvenient). Sam arrived at 5:10. Understandable on a rainy day.

We needed our septic tank pumped and called another company first but couldn't give a definite time. Called Brandon Septic and they came right out, super friendly and did an awesome job. Drained all the way to the bottom and price was what they quaternary over phone even though ran into some tough clogs. I would highly recommend them.
