Wow. Great experience all around. My furnace had been working intermittently for about a year...it was time to get it fixed! When I called in, John was really helpful in scheduling the appointment, and was very flexible with availability. They stayed in touch about their arrival time, and did just that -- arrive on time. I was lucky to have Chance as my technician. After a couple of tests, he quickly determined that all I needed was a new run capacitor. The furnace was up and running in less than half an hour from when he walked in the door. I love that they're a small, local company...knowledgeable and kind. Quality work. Thanks so much!

I'm so excited to share my experience ... I just had an all electric mini-split system installed, replacing 40 year old oil-type wall heaters. I feel like I'm in a completely different home! For those of you living with all electric, this heat/cooling system is economical, highly efficient and John and his team are experts at helping you select the best layout for your home, and then installing in a matter of 2-3 days. Chance was the 'lead' on this complex project, and he's just simply amazing. The reason I went with Bragg, is rather than telling me why this install COULDN'T be done, he figured out how it COULD be done. Then went way beyond just doing a good job, and made the system hum! Bragg Plumbing is a 'can do', courteous and extremely responsive company. I couldn't be happier! Or more comfortable in my older home.

We discovered we needed new furnace vents - didn't realize they were the original vents from when the house was built in '63. It was easy to get an appt - not weeks out - and the vents were replaced by Chance who spent all day under the house installing them. I would definitely recommend this company. They are small, local, most knowledgeable, and very professional. It's nice to have the heat coming in to the house now instead of under the house!

Servicemen were very friendly (Sean & his Supervisor) and professional. They replaced a shower faucet which I was told would take a better part of the day but was completed in a little over two hours. Friendly, Professional, Good job, was able to do the job five days after original inspection. Pricing is a Flat Job fee--not a by the hour charge, so fee can run high

In a galaxy far, far away I had Bragg plumbing come to my house in Sonoma to replace a forced air heating system and a water heater. The tech, I don't remember his name, did an upgrade on the water heater, some sort of special rods that would help with corrosion...it would make the water heater last longer. He also changed out all my water hoses to the sinks and toilet in the house, with the metal braided ones. The reason I mention that is...a friend of mine had one of those cheap plastic hoses fail and he was gone for a week, the water damage to four rooms was in excess of $75,000. Don't have metal braided hoses???...Get 'em!!! Okay, that was my history with Bragg...top notch! Last week, I had Bragg come out cause the water heater wasn't staying on for some reason and cold showers suck. Anyway, the tech who came out was a guy named ""Chance""...not going to do the ""pun"" thing. He was great! Diagnosed the problem, came back with the part and fixed it. What made ""Chance"" cool was he was stuck in Friday traffic down in Marin, promised me hot water that day...the knock on the door came around 8:00pm and there was ""Chance"" with the part. Got to take a shower that night. He also showed me how the drain and flush the water heater, the water was virtually clear. Remember the those ""special rods"" Bragg put in? That was 10 years ago. My experience with this company has been great! ""Chance"" was great...what are those ""chances""? Okay, one pun.

Bragg Heating & Plumbing has the best customer service policy that I have ever dealt with. When Todd found out that the part to my heater was non-existent and no longer being manufactured, he did not call me- he came to my door and talked about it with me face to face. He went over my options-everything from choosing not to do AC to getting the AC replaced- and I decided to have the AC changed out since I will be renting my condo. Chase came out the next day and started the job, and Todd came later on to help with the rest. Both of them are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. I know without a doubt that Todd gave me the best deal possible, and my AC runs beautifully! In fact, I never knew it could be so quiet!! Whether you need service or repair or replacement, I recommend Bragg!

Chris did an amazing job fixing someone else's badly done plumbing which could easily have done some considerable water damage had it not been replaced. Our 9 year old Toto toilet had seen better days and was leaking. I couldn't turn it off because the spigot was jammed between the tank and the wall. Chris fixed and replaced the spigot in a matter of minutes. Rather than get all the new parts needed to fix it I decided to purchase a new Kohler toilet. Chris picked out the perfect one for the size of the room. He was a pleasure to work with, too. It's nice to have something done right. I highly recommend this company.

Answer me this. why did you guys try to sell a potential client a tankless water heater for a single bath house for $6000 and that's just for the unit not including your labor. And the actual price of unit only cost $1000 locally at two locations in Santa Rosa????
