Tracy from Bragg came out to clean my heat ducts and furnace. He was in and out within and hour and did excellent work. He was very polite and considerate and I would highly recommend him for any job. He was prompt, right on time. Give Tracy a raise! Aimee Abbruzzese

My wife and I decided to spruce up our two bathrooms and up grade to water fall style faucets. We decided to do it ourselves. The fist bathroom went fairly easy. However, when we started on the second bathroom, we found that the prior owner had permanently glued to the sink drain, p-trap and tail piece all the way into the wall, unbelievable! This was above our pay grades, so I decided to call a plumber. The first couple of companies were booked up. When I called Bragg, Cari the dispatcher said that she could get somebody out later that afternoon, Cari provided excellent customer service and let me know when the plumber was on his way.

Tracy showed up on time and quickly assed the situation. He would have to cut open the wall and re-plumb the drain. This was late Friday afternoon and he didn't have the parts to do the job. Tracy told me he had one job on Monday morning and he would put us next in line.

Tracy came on Monday as schedule and began the work. It was a difficult fix. Opening the wall under the sink and working in the cramped space was not easy. Tracy got it done-he was Awesome! He went out of his way and picked up the wall patch material for me while he was at the hardware store getting fittings. Tracy also gave me some pointers to help me complete the faucet and drain project.

We highly recommend Bragg Plumbing; Especially Tracy.

I dislike writing negative reviews, but I have called Bragg's to query their service. No answer. I emailed. No answer.
They came to the house a couple of hours after they said they would (no call to let me know they'd be late) and quoted 200+ dollars to replace a plastic part in my toilet, then told me the upstairs toilet needed fixing.
The price seemed wrong, so I called another plumber on a recommendation from a friend (should have done that first). He fixed it, charged less than a quarter of the price for the plastic part, and told me there was nothing wrong with my other toilet. No up-selling and no nonsense from this second plumber.
I've asked Bragg's to refund the service charge for doing nothing but giving me what was obviously on inflated price. Their refusal to respond shows they know they are in the wrong.
I'm only writing this review to recommend that if, like me, you are clueless about plumbing, don't use Bragg's. Instead find a plumber who will be honest about pricing -- and what needs fixing and what doesn't.

I've used Bragg Plumbing over the past 2 years to install a new furnace and AC.Their work is professional and of the highest quality. Their employees ; Todd on the AC install and Tracy on a recent visit to replace disposal and install new sink fixtures went out of their way to explain things and problem solve. I could not recommend them more highly.

We decided to get a home air conditioning system, and our neighbors highly recommended Bragg. So, we phoned and talked with Carmen; she was pleasant and efficient and quickly set up our appointment. Sean came promptly for our appointment and was extremely knowledgeable (as well as personable).
We decided not to order the system; our furnace was pretty old and Sean agreed that spending the money would not serve us well if our 25-year old furnace died. However, he won our support and appreciation for his honesty and thorough explanation of what was involved in the installation.

Kitchen sink plugged up and we needed help fast. Terry showed up promptly and fixed it efficiently. He was friendly, communicated well, and gave us some good advice on how to avoid plugging our sink setup in the future. Five stars!

These guys are great! Tracy and his terrific co worker Hector cleaned our air ducts Yesterday. They were efficient, careful to take care of our house, and advice us on how to manage our cooling system. Bragg is our go-to plumber!

Tracy from Bragg Plumbing came to our home this morning to replace two toilet mechanisms and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was on time and took care of the two toilets but was also able to track down a new faucet at a local plumbing supply to replace one that had begun leaking in our garage. We were pleasantly surprised when he returned with the replacement faucet 30 minutes after leaving our home. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism and can do attitude were greatly appreciated. Replacing the leaky garage faucet took away our worries and cares.

Let me validate my review by stating I was a service plumber for 20 years up until a little less than a year ago when my arthritis and torn cartilage in my knees stopped me from being able to do my job.

My sister asked me if there was someone I could recommend to replace a water heater flex line that had a pin hole leak in it in Windsor Ca on 9/15/20. I said she should try Bragg, and here is what happened:

We called Bragg, and they sent out Todd. Todd looked at the problem, and sent over a bid for the repair. He quoted $367.68 to complete the 15 minute job that required a $10 part. My sister called me when she got the quote because she felt like that was really high. Of course she was correct. I never charged more than $125 to replace a water heater supply line which was a little more than a service call and the cost of the supply line.

Even if a company charged a minimum 2 hours @ $75 per hour for a service call and cost of parts up charged by 20% that would be less than half the cost that was quoted.

In Todd's bid, he wrote that the 3/4"" ball valve (emergency shut) was going to be replaced. It made no mention of the actual problem, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the shut off valve in the water heater closet. Todd clearly didn't understand he would be trying to lie to the sister of a 20 year plumber, and thought he could lie and no one would know. I suspect he does this every day. When my sister confronted him, he had no explanation for his unethical practice, and said, ""well should we just call it a wash?"". My sister said yes, and called me. I went across town to the residence where the pin hole leak was happening to ""investigate"" and I took pictures which I will post on here along with the picture of the invoice.

I called the company and talked to the receptionist at length about the situation, and she sympathized with me about it, and said she would have the owner call me. I haven't heard from the owner yet, and I don't expect to, because I don't think he cares as long as he gets the money. BUYER BEWARE! HOMEOWNER BEWARE!

I sincerely hope that people will read this review before they decide to call this company for anything.

I have used Tracy at Bragg Plumbing on several occasions. I am very pleased with Tracy. He always discusses the cost of the job and gives you different options. He is friendly and efficient and gets the job done.
