I had Chance and Tracy arrive on time.
Originally, Chance told me that I needed my furnace pulled out and positioned on a tilt to help the water drain properly. The quote was 2500.00.
When Chance returned, Chance double checked the problem and he found out that the issue was a heating pipe that was installed incorrectly so the water couldn't drain properly.
Instead of charging me 2500.00, Chance crawled behind a very tight and dirty staircase and fixed the problem. He only charged me 235.00. Chance and Tracy could have completely ripped me off because I didn't observe their work. The company is reliable and honest.
I may add that before Chance and Tracy, I had 2 other repairman attempt to fix my heater and they couldn't fix it. *

Shout out to Tracy at Bragg Plumbing who was a hero in our household as he cleared a main sewer clean out. He also replaced the sewer clean out cap with one that will keep any future issues (read: sewage) out of the house!

He was professional, patient with our questions and just an all around nice guy. He fixed the problem and charged a fair price. Couldn't ask for anything more and we highly recommend Tracy and Bragg Plumbing!

After getting several bid I ended up hiring Bragg plumbing and Heating. I definitely made the right choice. Service techs Chance and Tracy did an amazing job putting all new heating ducts in the attic. They kept me posted on what was going on in a very professional way. They were very accommodating and meticulous. A number of weeks later I hired them again to fix a bathroom drain leak. Once again they did an outstanding job to perfection. Bragg goes the extra mile for their customers. They are very affordable and you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend Chance and Tracy. I contacted Bragg to come deal with a clogged kitchen sink that was also affecting the dishwasher in our office. We have 44 employees using the kitchen so we needed someone to come quickly and were getting the run around from other companies. Tracy came and was able to fix our issue, he left the area clean and also made some suggestions on things to keep an eye on. What really stood out to me was his follow up. He called a day or two after to check on how things were running and then a few weeks later we also received a follow up in the mail. It has been and still is a first for me to receive such good customer service from a plumbing (or any utility) company. I highly recommend Bragg.

This is my personal experience and opinion. I received a quote from Todd to repair a 2"" pvc water pipe at my residence, not on the telephone, which required cutting of the pipe on either side of the pin hole leak & replace that piece. His quote was $1465:00.. OUTRAGOUS,! I received 9 other quotes from local plumbers ranging from $250:00 to $320.00. The job was done professionally took 2 hours including time for the technician to go pick up parts.. CONSUMER BEWARE.!!!!
