He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went the extra mile to perform stellar service. I will only use this company in the future for both my residential and commercial needs. They really set the standard.

Took off work today for 12 to 1 pm service call with Bragg Pluming.
They didnt show up and didn't answer when I called.
Later on an abusive woman called me back saying they could come hours later and became very hostile and abusive when I said that wouldn't work as I had to get back to work myself. She became irate and screamed insults and horrible language at me before I had to hang up. Don't know what their plumbers are like but the office staff are rude and abusive. Thanks for wasting my day Bragg Pluming.

We've had Bragg out three times. First for duct cleaning, second for installing a thermostat and this most recent trip for duct cleaning again. This team was Carmen in the office as scheduler and Tracy and D'Andre as the duct service team.

Carmen kept us informed throughout the process. There was a need to reschedule and she updated us even on a Saturday! Tracy was professional, friendly, thorough and he and D'Andre left the place clean and our ducts thoroughly cleaned.

I think their pricing is probably not the lowest, but I call them because their service is good and there's usually someone to pick up the phone!

I had a wonderful experience with this company today! Chance came out to discuss my water heater problem and the tankless vs. regular hot water heater debate. He totally convinced me that the tankless heater would work for me and actually pay for itself very quickly. The deciding factor, it seems, is how many people may need the hot water at once. The cost of the tankless heater depends on the amount of hot water needed. In my case, not that much! Larger heaters take longer to cost out, but are still a great deal.

Then he quoted me a price for the tankless water heater. It was $2,500 (more than 30%) LESS than a quote I received from Ongaro and Sons. Pretty cool, right? I also learned that typical Home Depot-grade appliances are not nearly as high quality as ""commercial grade"" which don't really cost much more. You get what you pay for, evidently.

It gets better! He then proceeded to fix my current water for $125!! The guy from Ongaro didn't even take apart the burner assembly to find out what the problem was. The Ongaro guy also said that he had the same type of water heater, and that it had been recalled because of the problem I was having. This was not true, according to the manufacturer. So, in the end, Chase fixed my 5-year old appliance and I don't need to buy a water heater at all! Whoo hoo!! Tell all your friends!

These guys are the best! Both Chance and Tracy did work at our home. They are punctual and very professional! There work is of excellent quality at a very fair price, with estimates that beat most of the other local companies. We've used multiple heating and air-conditioning companies over the years and they are the only ones we will use in the future! They even provided work to fix some additional issues not included in the bid! I highly recommend them without any reservations!

We had a water leak in a buried line that runs under an asphalt road on our property outside Sonoma. We needed to be sure to determine where the leak started - not just where it was coming to the surface on a the downhill road. Tracy arrived when he said he would from another job some ways away. He was able to say with certainty where the leak started and hence where to dig up the pavement based on the initial $69 consultation fee and did not need to use the equipment and charge the two hour fee. His judgment was spot on. Tracy was very professional and proved that Bragg Plumbing & Heating can provide leak detection services at very good value.
