We are very happy with Bragg. They just finished a complete replacement of furnace and ductwork. The furnace and ducting were top of the line and their overall price was competitive. We were impressed by the professionalism of the crew that did the install - kept everything tidy and spotless cleanup.
There were some minor followup issues and they were right back to sort them out.

Jeremiah & Lonnie, techs with Bragg, are absolutely the most expert, knowledgeable and personable HVAC guys I have worked with in my 15 years of flipping homes in Sonoma county. They show up on time, get the job done within budget and guarantee their work. Can't ask for more than that. They were also very, very patient showing my 94 year old mother in law how to set her thermostat.

I am a 76 year old lady. I had Bragg out for an annual heating evaluation..They informed me that my heater was leaking cardon dioxide and was dangerous and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $8900.00. They turned my furance off and my home was 62% unril I could get P,G&E out 5 days later.
P,G&E tetsted the heater, found no leaks, and said it was perfectly safe. I feel I was taken advantage of because of my age and gender.

When Vince from Bragg arrived, it was nearly quitting time late on a Friday afternoon. He could have quit for the weekend and left us till Monday, but didn't. We were so appreciative of his work ethic. He was courteous, friendly and immediately got to work analyzing the problem. He quickly isolated and clearly explained the issue. His expertise was readily apparent. We highly recommend Bragg and wouldn't hesitate to call this company again should the need arise. Thank you, Bragg!!

I phoned Braggs to ask them to come and snake my bathtub and bathroom sink. Both receptionist in the office were friendly, cooperative, willing to give me a reservation quickly. However, there had been a death in the family so they needed to reschedule me. Because they needed to reschedule me they deducted the $99 service fee. Once Tracy, the plumber came to my he did a superb job. He even gave me some pointers of what Nachi used to clean the drain and what to use so his recommendations were very helpful as well. I would give this company a five star review anyone calling Braggs Plumbing I believe will be ultras satisfied.

Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing recently installed in our home a 2 zone Mitsubishi Ductless A/C & Heating inceiling units, compressor and an attic fan. Todd, the product manager came to our home assessing our air conditioning needs with several recommendations. Victor and Jose did an outstanding job in the installation. They paid attention to detail and protected my furniture with plastic covers so no dirt can get on it during their work. When the job was finished they cleaned up everything leaving our home and yard spotless. They were friendly and easy to work with. The office staff was very friendly too. I called the company and asked if they could come out and check one of my units. Jose came out within the hour. Their service is excellent. We love how all the units exceptionally and quietly cool our rooms. We highly recommend Bragg Cooling, Heating & Plumbing. We give this company a 5 start rating.

We updated are aging gas tank water heater to a Navien 240A2 gas tankless water heater. Our team was Gabriel and Tracy. Before starting the exchange, we discussed my expectations and I am pleased to say that they exceeded those.

Woke up with no hot water. Called Bragg at 9am. The dispatcher cleared the schedule for one of their techs. Gabriel was here at 11:30, explained the issue, they worked with us on the price, and Gabriel went to work. The dispatcher made sure he was ready for an installation and by 4:00 we had a new water heater. Gabriel was efficient, friendly, courteous, and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. If it had to happen, we couldn't be happier with the experience, and feel relieved to have found a plumbing company we can call on if anything else goes wrong.
