Call Brent because I was told by another company that we need to replace our AC unit so we were coming and getting different quotes from different companies and Brent literally rescued us to where we didn't even have to replace the unit he was honest and he was reliable and I definitely will recommend him to anybody that needs a repair for the air-conditioning or heating as well.

I texted and someone showed up on our doorsteps within an hour! HOLY F! Now that's customer service. I texted late evening and was hoping to schedule something for the next business day but he arrived within an hour. Our AC unit was leaking. I was nervous to have to deal with this during covid19 times. But he came in, did his thing and left like nothing ever happened. Totally would recommend their services. It was easy, he was clean, professional, and respectful in our home. Thank you again for saving our AC!!!

Updated Review - I had BPW come out after having a bid to re-do my roof. The roofer went up in the attic, took a bunch of pics and told me that I had a air duct that was all torn up and was wide open. I immediately called Brent to come and repair. After crawling around in my attic, from front to back, he found no issue. Shady roofer! This is yet another example of Brent's integrity. Once again, he has earned my business for life!

Brent was great. I contacted BPW and they were able to come out and fix my Air condition the same day. Brent was very friendly and very professional. He found a leak in my compressor and fixed it and also filled up the Freon in my AC. I would recommend BPW to everyone.

THESE GUYS ARE A GODSEND!!! Needed my AC repaired, messaged them on Yelp, and BAM... I get a message inn under 10 mins that the owner is actually in the area and could come by within the next few hours. They arrived in 30 minutes! I couldn't get to my home as fast as they arrived.

Not only did they come check everything out, they explained the issue and provided tips on how not to call them again. LOL.

Totally impressed with service and the amount of humanity Brent has. He took care of us at 10pm at night beyond his business hours bc he knew we have a baby at the house. He refused to let us pay him bc the landlord refused his services even though he got the AC to work. Absolutely best experience and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Unbelievable the experience I had with Brent. He came out and instead of just providing a diagnosis he made sure the air conditioning worked. Even tho our landlord refused his services he still tried to let us tenants know what the issue are and made sure we had air conditioning for our child FREE OF CHARGE!!
