Shopped around before deciding to go with BPW. Spoke with Brent and he was upfront about the services and costs on our initial phone call. He performed the work as expected. Did not cut corners and made sure I was satisfied. He also gave me some maintenance measures I could perform myself that should keep the system running smoothly.

It was 107 degrees today. My AC went out. I called this company and talked to the owner Brent. He showed up in about an hour or so and got me up and running without any problems. He was clean and professional. He maintains his vehicle equipment well too. I appreciated the quick response on such a hot day! Will hire again!

If you are looking for someone who is responsive when you call (and to your follow-up questions), can get to your house quickly, will provide a competitive quote, and does what he says he will do, then you should put BPW at the top of your list. Not only was I impressed with his ability to source equipment in the current Covid environment, but also with the speed and professionalism of his team's work- they removed the old furnace from the attic and a no longer functioning condenser and had our new system up and running in under 3 hours.

My Lennox A/C unit stopped blowing cold in the middle of a heat wave. From the initial phone call to completion of the job, BPW exceeded all expectations. When I called, I spoke with Brent on the phone. He provided some quick troubleshooting, and asked questions so he could be prepared for the job. He agreed to come that very day (on a Saturday) in the evening, and even called later to say he could arrive 2hrs earlier than targeted. Yes please!
Upon looking at the unit in person, Brent knew exactly what had to be done and set to work. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and safe with his work. He changed out a bad compressor coil, topped off the coolant, and made sure the unit was blowing nice and cold again before he left.
Very good experience and I would highly recommend BPW for their responsiveness and quality of repair.

Showed up (didn't bid by phone sight unseen). Diagnosed interior coil leak with nitrogen. Replaced entire Trane system (including micro fin condenser bs). Did all work in about 3 hours. Finding equipment in a pandemic was not easy (supply shortage). License clean. Brent/ owner has many other reviews on Micks & Connected pages as that's who he previously worked for. They were low bidder & called aftermarket. Highly recommend this company. Never ever Service Pros. I took 6 bids prior to award.

Brett is awesome! I needed my rental units ac looked at and within the same day of inquiry he went and took care of the unit that evening. Very helpful to make sure my Tennant remains comfortable during the hot summer months. On top of all of that, he was able to find a potential issue that will require to be addressed in the future but recommended to monitor it for the time being without upselling. Recognizing the potential issue may not allow his recent service may not last forever, he adjusted the price and gave me a really good rate. I strongly recommend Brett for any service needed for your hvac. Honest, professional, and prompt. When my unit is ready for replacement I will definitely be going through Brett
