My wall furnace unit stopped working even though the pilot light was still on. I could not get the heater to turn on. I contacted a number of A/C and heating contractors and came upon BPW Heating and Cooling. I read the reviews and they were fantastic, so I placed a message for BPW Heating and Cooling to contact me. They responded within a few minutes of my post. Brent, the owner, called me a few minutes after his email response. He came out the same day to diagnose the issue. He gave me a window of his arrival and he arrived right on time. He was able to detect the issue and with minimal disruption, and was able to fix the matter. I could not be more happier with knowledge of the unit and his prompt service and detail to attention. The heating unit is now fixed and working as good as new. I would highly recommend BPW Heating and Cooling to all that may need his service. I have a number other A/C and heating opportunities where BPW Heating and Cooling will definitely be my A/C contractor going forward.

Called them for a client in Temecula because i manage property. They were very nice. Very professional, very efficient and competitive. They went out the same day I called, inspected the home and diagnosed the problem and gave a solution. They also ordered the part so they were prepared for the owner to make a decision and they could do the work! It was a hot summer day in Temecula 100 degree heat and they fixed the air conditioner and cleaned the filters!!! Thank you!! Great job!

BPW heating is definitely a company you can trust!!! My husband and I are having issues with our heater so we called another company to come help diagnose the problem. This other company (Cooling Heating & Repairs) sent a tech out who told us that the board was broken and that the board alone would cost us $400 *eye roll* well we weren't born yesterday so we called around and luckily got a hold of BPW heating - the owner was very transparent with my husband and gave him options. He came over same day and guess what? Board isn't broken!! It was a simple sensor issue that was much cheaper than anticipated. We're very lucky to have been told this and glad to pay BPW for time/labor and materials. We will most certainly be going to BPW for all our havoc needs moving forward.

I couldn't turn off may heat remote a week or so ago...texted Brent (it was late in the evening!!) he walked me through and I got the correct breaker turned off. He didn't make We set up a time to come out later in the week....It was a simple fix...mostly a remote reboot of sorts. Brent wouldn't charge me for the service call!!( as he did a BIG repair in September--which was such a help!)
BPW is the best ....will use them again in a heartbeat!

Brent was ever the consummate professional. He was professional, friendly, prompt, and courteous.

I needed help with one of my properties as the heater/furnace was not working and pumping out cold air. I called Brent for emergency services and he arrived quickly to the scene, and discovered that it wasn't the pilot light but the thermostat needed to be fixed. I wasted time for an hour calling several other companies that were misadventures by Yelp for heating/ heater repair.

In conclusion, I highly recommend his services. He tests the system, fixes the problem, then tells you the diagnoses after repair. He does a very thorough job and I'm very satisfied with the results!

We had great luck in getting a hold of Brent/BPW Heating & Cooling when our air conditioner started screeching in the middle of a hot spell. Brent was incredibly knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to get the job done same day. I feel like he was a professional from start to finish. BPW do excellent work! Heard their ad on the radio (KBRT AM 740) and called them because the AC unit on my sister's condo wasn't cooling (first week of September - and it was hotter than you-know-what). They came out, assessed the problem straight-away then fixed it. Still going strong. I highly recommend them. There's a reason why you're seeing so many 5-star reviews here. They've earned every one of them!
