Call these guys and no one else!!!
I called them with an AC emergency. My dog chewed through the power cord on my unit and before I spent hundreds trying to replace it, was hoping for a repair.

The guys answered immediately, were extremely helpful and came out to see the problem in one hour from the time I called. They were able to fix my AC unit without needing to replace the power cord and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for your service and fast action. I have a very old air conditioner that I was afraid had finally died! I was not in a rush but wanted to get an idea of what the problem might be and the cost to get it fixed or replaced. I saw the great reviews for BPW so I gave Brent a call. I called at almost 9:00 pm on Friday night and he was here in 30 minutes. He got right in, ran some tests and figured out the problem (it ended up being minor), and had it fixed in no time. He also gave me tips on how to clean the outside unit and talked about my filter on the inside unit. It is obvious he loves what he does and takes pride in his work! When the time comes to replace my unit I will definitely be giving him a call! Also very reasonably priced!

Unbelievably honest! There's a reason all of Brent's reviews are 5 stars. I called about my central AC that wasn't getting as cold as in previous years. He gave me some free advice and even said that because my AC was only about 5 years it didn't need servicing yet. I was genuinely surprised by his honesty, I will definitely call him back for any future AC issues.

I was thrilled with the services provided by BPW. Not only did the company clearly explain the costs and services up front, but made sure we understood the existing issues with our current AC and what our next steps would be should we decide to upgrade in the near future.

A lot of companies just try to get in the door and upsell, upsell, upsell. This simply didn't happen. Brent was polite, listened to our concerns, and provided the necessary maintenance to our unit at a very reasonable cost.

I've been burned by so many HVAC repair companies that I get nervous even asking for a quote.

Well, Brent is the real deal. Amid what has been going on with COVID-19 - my wife and I were extremely concerned about having anyone over at the house since we have a newborn. Nevertheless, we had to fix our AC for the upcoming heat wave.

Prior to scheduling with Brent, he ensured me that he had the proper gear(s) to safeguard from spreading or getting the virus. He even called me an hour prior to his scheduled visit to calm me down and walked me through the work he will be conducting during the visit.

Brent showed up on-time, wore his protective gear, and got to work right away. He was extremely attentive and explained the issue to me after he completed the work (6 feet apart - no pun intended).
