Eloy and his partner showed up late in the day that we called with our issue. The problem was diagnosed fairly quickly and Eloy presented is with our options. We decided it was time to upgrade to a tankless water heater. He scheduled time to do it on Wednesday (two days after our initial call). On Wednesday, Eloy showed up with the hot water heater promptly when he said he would. He worked diligently all day -- and in the rain and shortly thereafter he was able to deliver us hot water. During our appointment, Eloy identified another issue that he will come back to fix at a very reasonable rate.

I had a situation where the valve cartridge needed to be replaced in my shower faucet. I watched enough youtube videos to understand how to do it, but when I tried to do it myself that thing would not budge and I realized I was in over my head. So I reluctantly gave BPS Plumbing a call.

Charlie came over and showed me where I went wrong. This guys definitely a genius and man did he earn it today. That cartridge gave him a hard time, but he was able to pull/break that thing out finally, and really thankful for his perseverance. He's a pretty friendly guy too, so even when things got tough he kept his composure. The quotes they give out are significantly better then a lot of competitors. I highly recommend you give BPS a call knowing that you're getting a great price for a great service. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain this myself going forward. In the end, I felt bad not being able to do this myself, but the pricing and the knowledge actually made me feel happy I gave them a call. I'm gonna make BPS my go to plumber for future tough projects...(unless I can do it myself......which.....is unlikely.)

We had a complex plumbing crisis on a Friday afternoon. I called two plumbers in Gilroy area and it was not surprising that they were not able to come out so late on Friday. I spoke with BPS Plumbing and conveyed my distress about our broken main water line. After our own failed efforts to locate the leak we needed a professional. Charlie came out within two hours of my call. He evaluated our problem and gave us good advise to get us through the weekend. He also provided an estimate for a major re-routing of our existing water line. He and his boss, Eloy were able to give us an accurate estimate and schedule the job to be completed at our convenience. The price was fair, the customer service was exceptional and their response time was excellent.

The previous owner of my house left a lot of plumbing to be done. Eloy and his crew at BPS Plumbing have been very helpful at fixing all the deficiencies. Just so you know, they don't do drywall repair. But that's fine since I can finish that while they solve the much tougher challenges.

I have a bathroom remodel coming up, and I have every intention to use it them again for the associated plumbing work.

Going through a kitchen renovation and needed new faucet, garbage disposal, and reverse osmosis system reinstalled after purchasing new sink and installing new counters. Plumber arrived on time, friendly, professional. There were a lot of components to reconnect. Had to reconfigure new fixtures. Work was neat, and everything works flawlessly. Eloy was very helpful over the phone with suggestions and questions. This will be my plumber going forward!
