We had these guys out to replace a valve we recently had put in. We had called around and not only could they come in at a time that was perfect for me, they beat their competitors price by $350! I was so super surprised and elated that I didn't hesitate to book the appointment time. They showed up, 10 minutes early at that, replaced the valve, and were on their way in a smaller period of time than I would have thought possible. I'm so pleased with their work that when it comes down to installing the fixtures we have to finish up our little construction nightmare, they're the guys we will be calling. They were fast, on time, and priced crazy well. I don't have a single complaint about them and would highly recommend them.

I found BPS from all of the great Yelp reviews, Eloy came out to my house to install a water softener, he was on time and explained everything in detail, felt like I had known him for a long time. Eloy's very prompt reply to my Sunday request for help through Yelp was great. He arrived on time Monday morning and completed the job by noon on Tuesday. He cleared the drain that was backing up when we ran large loads of laundry. In the kids' bathroom, he replaced the overflow valve that was leaking and installed a new brass waste trap. So far so good - no leaks and no backup!

I recently had a leaking garbage disposal and a clogged bathroom tub. Eloy at bps was very friendly and professional, he unclogged my tub and replaced my garbage disposal. He did a great job and I will definitely be giving them a call if I ever need anymore services. Bps plumbing is the way to go!!

Called them Monday afternoon and made and appointment to replace a broken faucet with a new one we had received from the manufacturer. Set up for them to come out between 1 and 3 the next day. On Tuesday at 1pm we got a call saying plumber would be there at 2 pm. He made almost exactly on time. We explained that the old faucet was leaking badly and damaged our wood floor in the kitchen. He installed the new faucet and replaced the hot water hose that had become corroded and leaky. He also confirmed that most of the leak was in the faucet itself not the hose. Charged $209 for labor and the hose. Also explained to he that the handle on the hot water shut-off valve was stripped and not working, he searched for one on his truck for 15 - 20 minutes but did not find one and did not charge for the extra time. Cleaned up the area and offered to take the used parts away but I kept them for insurance purposes.

I rarely write any reviews. BPS Plumbing is such an honest and careful company that I would like to share our experience here. We were informed by our house inspector that ""the cast iron plumbing drain line was noted to be corroded with some slight leaking"". Our agent arranged BPS Plumbing for the fix. BPS's initial estimate was $1200 for a full repair following the report by our house inspector. Well, in the end, BPS charged us only $95 for an inspection fee. Why? because Charlie Carranza carefully had an inspection before the replacing the pipe. Here is what is said on BPS's invoice: ""Inspected under house to check for corroded/leaking drains, found everything to be ok. Went to location of pic, discovered it was old wax from seal above. Cleaned it and found pipes to be good."" Thank you Charlie, your carefulness and honesty saved us a fortune!
