Called them Monday afternoon and made and appointment to replace a broken faucet with a new one we had received from the manufacturer. Set up for them to come out between 1 and 3 the next day. On Tuesday at 1pm we got a call saying plumber would be there at 2 pm. He made almost exactly on time. We explained that the old faucet was leaking badly and damaged our wood floor in the kitchen. He installed the new faucet and replaced the hot water hose that had become corroded and leaky. He also confirmed that most of the leak was in the faucet itself not the hose. Charged $209 for labor and the hose. Also explained to he that the handle on the hot water shut-off valve was stripped and not working, he searched for one on his truck for 15 - 20 minutes but did not find one and did not charge for the extra time. Cleaned up the area and offered to take the used parts away but I kept them for insurance purposes.

I rarely write any reviews. BPS Plumbing is such an honest and careful company that I would like to share our experience here. We were informed by our house inspector that ""the cast iron plumbing drain line was noted to be corroded with some slight leaking"". Our agent arranged BPS Plumbing for the fix. BPS's initial estimate was $1200 for a full repair following the report by our house inspector. Well, in the end, BPS charged us only $95 for an inspection fee. Why? because Charlie Carranza carefully had an inspection before the replacing the pipe. Here is what is said on BPS's invoice: ""Inspected under house to check for corroded/leaking drains, found everything to be ok. Went to location of pic, discovered it was old wax from seal above. Cleaned it and found pipes to be good."" Thank you Charlie, your carefulness and honesty saved us a fortune!

Charlie showed up as promised between 8am and 10am. He was on the early side of the appointment and that always makes things start off right. He quickly solved my kitchen clog and then went the extra mile to sort out a poorly designed piping/trap system under the sink. Professional.

We needed a plumber to help us find a clean out to clear stoppage in the main line of our rental. Our home warranty policy covers this but the plumbing company sent out could not find the clean out and isn't paid to locate it. Instead they gave us a $1700 quote to put one in. We learned from other residents, their houses in the subdivision have it so we decided to find it ourselves. After digging a 2 1/2' deep, 8' long trench in 90 degrees+ temps., we gave up. We found out about Eloy through a referral. He was very responsive and very customer service oriented. Eloy's son came out right away. On the first try, he spent two hours using a probe but was not successful in locating the clean out. It didn't appear there was one so he gave us a quote too. It was 50% less than the other company. He also said in the digging process, if they found the clean out, he would add an extender above ground so that it could be easily found. He would also clear the line. Also, he would not charge us the full amount.

The morning they started digging, within minutes, they found the clean out buried 8 inches deeper than the trench already dug up. To prevent it from being buried again they put a cover with a lid over it. They also cleared the line. The total expense was so reasonable for the amount of time and work they spent to locate the clean out and clear the line.

During the entire process, Eloy arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment times and kept us in the loop always explaining to us what they were going to do and what they found. He was very friendly, professional and always answered our questions and phone calls.

Also, before the repair work was done at our house, a very close friend needed a plumber at her rental. We referred Eloy based on the recommendation of the contact who gave us his name. Our friend contacted Eloy and they were out there right away and completed the work plus more at very reasonable prices. Our friend texted us to say she was very happy with their work and professionalism and would use him again. She couldn't believe how reasonable his prices were. We were pleased she was more than satisfied since we made the referral.

We would definitely use Eloy's services again and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. We had a good experience and are pleased to share it.

I did not hire this company, but they were doing work on my apartment building. One of the employees was constantly scolding the other and raising his voice at him. Other tenants even poked their heads out to see what was going on. He was throwing a fit and slamming the doors on his van excessively loud. I saw it as very unprofessional and somewhat degrading to the other employee.

The owner, Eloy, got back to me, apologized, and made things right. Throughout our conversation he was friendly, respectful and never once questioned my account of what transpired even though it would have been fair for him to do so.

We all have our off days, so I'll chalk my experience up to BPS having one of theirs. Eloy's a sincere and honest businessman. Kudos to him for viewing the situation as glass half-full and turning it into a positive.

Good Grief do not use these people,
The owner stood in my kitchen telling his son he did not know what he was doing and chastising him behind his back with the other plumber. I have no confidence in these people. Then, because they could not finish, gave me an appointment for the next day at noon. At 12:30 I called to find out why they were not here and was told by the office girl it was a 2 hour window. Well they did not tell me and that I told her. She said
""Hey too bad"". Please save yourself and do not call these people.

I love this plumbing company they are extremely knowledgeable and have fair pricing. They were very honest and I did not feel like they would burn anybody.
