At the day of installation, Eloy showed up on time and he was able to finish job early. Best of all, he said he was able to finish the job early, so he charge me less than the price he originally quoted me.

I e-mailed BPS, (Elo) responded w/in 10 minutes. I wrote in my e-mail that i need an estimate for my bath tub problem, I have an striped screw in my shower handle, and i need an estimate on how much will it cost me to replace the shower handle and to fix my water shut-off valve outside my house. Eloy told me that he need to see the problem and be happy to come by my house between 11-1:00 pm the next day, Monday since he will be around the area, told him that will be good. Eloy was very prompt in his appointment, he arrived my house 11:01 am. I showed & told him what's the problem, he think for 30 seconds, told me how much it will cost me. I thought it is a fair price compared to the other plumber that I hired from YELP who did the same job, replaced my bath tub valve and charge me double the amount of the bath tub valve. I did found out that when I check Home Depot for the price. Eloy was very professional, prompt and charge fair price, he even give me a 10% discount. I surely will call him again in any of my plumbing needs. Thanks BPS (Eloy).

We used BPS Plumbing for multiple projects at our house one of which was a major addition and complete plumbing upgrade. They were not the cheapest ones but they provided services along with their wonderful personality and professionalism. The owner was very personal and professional; he made sure that we were pleased with the results. We passed all city plumbing inspections with stars. Most importantly, we had to call them for some issues after the project was done; they responded promptly and took care of our issues. Their customer service is excellent. I will not look anywhere else for my future plumbing projects.

Reason it was a 3 star was that when they arrived, they increased the price that they quoted me by $90. They said the part was more expensive than they thought.

Seems odd that a part would increase in price that much. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by asking for a receipt so that I could give them a 5 star review, but didn't receive a response.
