We used BPS Plumbing for multiple projects at our house one of which was a major addition and complete plumbing upgrade. They were not the cheapest ones but they provided services along with their wonderful personality and professionalism. The owner was very personal and professional; he made sure that we were pleased with the results. We passed all city plumbing inspections with stars. Most importantly, we had to call them for some issues after the project was done; they responded promptly and took care of our issues. Their customer service is excellent. I will not look anywhere else for my future plumbing projects.

Reason it was a 3 star was that when they arrived, they increased the price that they quoted me by $90. They said the part was more expensive than they thought.

Seems odd that a part would increase in price that much. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by asking for a receipt so that I could give them a 5 star review, but didn't receive a response.

I can't say enough about this company. I had an urgent problem and the team at BPS were so quick to respond. Charlie did such a fantastic job.

We had these guys out to replace a valve we recently had put in. We had called around and not only could they come in at a time that was perfect for me, they beat their competitors price by $350! I was so super surprised and elated that I didn't hesitate to book the appointment time. They showed up, 10 minutes early at that, replaced the valve, and were on their way in a smaller period of time than I would have thought possible. I'm so pleased with their work that when it comes down to installing the fixtures we have to finish up our little construction nightmare, they're the guys we will be calling. They were fast, on time, and priced crazy well. I don't have a single complaint about them and would highly recommend them.

I found BPS from all of the great Yelp reviews, Eloy came out to my house to install a water softener, he was on time and explained everything in detail, felt like I had known him for a long time. He did a great job on the installation. Also recommended him to some of my friends. I can truly say I have found a quality plumber for all of my future plumbing needs.
