Today Julio was dispatched to fix a leak underneath my house. I was very pleased with his demeanor---very respectful, professional, and efficient in getting the work done. He correctly evaluated the problem and fixed it so that I no longer have a leak!

PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not use this company. both experiences with this company have been so unorganized I wish I would have looked elsewhere.
to keep it short, their scheduling is so off don't even bother relying on their "" projected times ""

I was waiting for a part to come in and for three weeks they said "" it's not here yet"" turns out I called the manufacturer and it was delivered two weeks prior.
i was told by two different people it was 120 an hour and when I received my invoice they charged 120 for the first hour and 180 for the second hour. I told them my garage camera only had them clocked here for 1 hour and 36 minutes and they said "" our gps rounds up""
they also added another fee totaling 350 dollars when 1.5 hours of work at their rate promised should have been 180-200 max.
I asked to speak with a manager Alex and the rep said that he was busy.

I will say the gentleman who did come work at my home was great. Very professional and cool to talk to. That is the only good quality about BPI plumbing that I've come across.

I ended up paying their fee however I'm im making sure everyone in my community of 1k plus units knows how they do business. I was advocating for them to my entire community and that's something I will not be doing again.

I contacted BPI mid-day because of a backed-up kitchen sink and they sent a tech (Matt) within the next 2 hours to fix the problem.
I had tried everything: baking soda & vinegar, Drano, removing/cleaning the p-trap, augering the drain pipe, verifying no issues with garbage disposal, etc., etc. No luck. Matt came in and augered the clean out on the back of the house and cleared a deep clog that was probably 20-25' in. Then he checked the house's water pressure, and a separate issue in my upstairs bathroom... all in under an hour. 100%, Grade A professional. Will use and refer BPI!

We had Julio Marshall out here on June 7th, 2022. We live in a Downtown hi-rise. Julio did a fantastic job of replacing FIVE ""angle stops"" .... (shut-off valves) which is extremely important that if you had a plumbing problem ... it is critical to totally shut off ALL water to that line. The building is on 15 years old ... but the ""hard"" water slowly begins to make the valves less effective. I would recommend Julio anytime .. he was professional and courteous. Thanks B.P.I. We were in need of replacing parts on our water heater, we searched multiple places on Yelp and had minimal luck finding someone reasonably priced and available.

We were referred to BPI by the water heater manufacturer and gave them a call. I was instantly impressed w their service, they were ready to help us out. We originally scheduled for service from 3-5p and I got a call at about 1p saying they were able to come out even earlier which was great news to me!

Jesse and his teammate got the job done quickly and we now have hot water!!!

I was super impressed w their productivity, professionalism and the helpful information they gave us!

We will continue as customers for any maintenance going forward and are so relieved we found them!

Javier did an outstanding job! Kitchen had a major clog! I tried to clear it first and I knew it was a much bigger job. This happened on New Years Eve. BPI came back today and completely redid the piping under the sink! Great work. Thanks again to Javier and BPI Plumbing.

A friend recommended BPI when we had a plumbing emergency with our kitchen faucet. They sent out Enrique right away. He was friendly, effective, and communicated our situation clearly. We asked him to come back to fix another non-critical issue. He did a great, efficient job on both projects. We had a second emergency within the same month - this time involving our tenant's water heater! BPI came to our rescue once again.
