Eric R. was wonderful! He was efficient in diagnosing the problem with my shower faucet, clearly articulated why it was a problem, and laid out solutions in an easy to understand manner. He turned what I thought was a complex problem into something that can be fixed rather easily. I'd highly recommend him and the company!

I could not get an hourly rate, bid, or estimate over the phone because it's a call center that doesn't have that capability. I asked if a plumber could give me a call for a ballpark and they said no. Basically you must accept the appointment with no idea who is coming out or what it will cost. I've never encountered this before.

Really excellent customer service since the phone call, very sweet receptionist. They got a technician to come out within 30 minutes of my call to replace my garbage disposal. Eric and Colton were very kind and helpful. Very honest and I appreciated that. They got my new system installed in less than 30 mins, cleaned up and everything. Rarely do I feel like a real gullible customer, but I do have service remorse. Zeb worked us like a pro and we overpaid for our service. Our appointment date got moved up a day and therefore we didn't get an estimate from another company. Dumb. The positive is that Zeb is capable and the repair seems to be effective. The negative is we paid far too much.

I wasnt getting hot water in one shower and today it was repaired by Zeb from Boyds Plumbing. He was very conscious of my home wearing shoe covers and also cleaned up after himself. He was knowledgable and friendly. I now can take a shower in our master bedroom and life is definatley sweeter. I was given a quote by my home warrently of roughly 4 times as much for the same repair. We will use them again!

My sewer line was backed up so I called Boyd. I like to use local companies whenever possible. Sean came out in about an hour and took a look at the problem. He fixed the issue and explained the problem to me. He also explained how to prevent this issue in the future. He was as good as can be. The pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend Boyd Plumbing.
