Jeremy M was awesome. He came to our house for one leaky hose underneath the sink, and after he was so kind to ask for what else we may need help with- I quickly remembered how much I hated my master toilet, oh, and the configuration of our sink downstairs. We also found out how small the disposal was installed by the builder. It's pretty sad we had such poor plumbing after spending so much on a house. Jeremy was kind and patient, and we filled his entire day with work that he easily did for us right on the spot and took care of all of the work. He even installed the toilet and sink disposal we bought from Costco. Thanks Boyd!

Have been using the services of Boyd Plumbing for many years and they ever fail to exceed my expectations of what a professional plumbing firm should be. You get an email about the plumber they're sending to you, receive an estimate up front and then an additional estimate if extra things need to be charged. They also wear 'booties' so they don't mess up your floors and clean up after every job. What a terrific team of guys! Eric, Alex, etc. are all the very best! I would never call another plumber!!!

Eric Rose of Boyd Plumbing came out to our home this morning. He inspected our bathroom sink issues and fully discussed our options. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly. Honest plumber who fixes things right the first time. We are selling our home and had a few plumbing items on the inspectors list to take care of . We used Boyd based on the recommendation from Trenchless and we were so happy we did. Jeremy showed up on time and fixed everything on the list, and suggested we replace a pipe that was called out by the inspection to ""support"" he had the parts there and showed us how the 80 year old galvanized pipe was about to burst.

They quoted us a reasonable price up front and fixed everything.

I called them for an inspection to be done on a home my Client's were purchasing. They were able to come out quickly and didn't even charge to do a quick inspection underneath all the sinks for leaks. I'd definitely use them again!

They came out as promised. The tech and his apprentice were very friendly. When they were finished, as they were walking out the door the tech remarked that he forgot to replace the access panel to the attic space (location of the malfunctioning water heater) . I told him not to worry, that I would replace it. What he didn't tell me was that he also left the light on (which was very difficult to get to and stayed on for 1.5 days) and that he left a mess on the laundry room floor (directly beneath the access panel). My biggest problem, and the reason I would not recommend them, is that their proposed price was way out of line - over $3,400 to replace a water heater. I guess they thought someone who lived in a nice house should pay that kind of price.

I was told there was no charge to get a free quote. I was charged $125 to show up. I was grossly over charged to install $100 worth of parts in an hour, $620 to be exact. I will not be using them in the future
