I purchased two new toilets from Bowers Plumbing and had them install them. One was great. The master bath toilet was rocking and I knew this was not right. I called and the plumber came over and said he knew there was a problem at installation but went ahead with it. He never told me he knew there was a problem I had to call and question what was wrong. They overcharged me for the toilets and installation, then left me figure it out! No refund! The toilet started to leak all over the bathroom floor. Now I am paying another plumber to fix what should have been done right the first time! Good news is I found a wonderful plumber who bought all the correct parts needed and fixed the problem. I was ripped off and mad now that I know I was right all along and they would not stand behind their work. Call Steve Wood Plumbing for a job done right!

Called regarding an old water heater previously serviced by Bowers PS. The heater stopped working and was out of warranty, but Mel went above and beyond to ensure that our family with young kids had hot water asap. Despite the business not having a tech available for 2 weeks, Mel offered and personally delivered a new burner he happen to have on hand and gave me tips on how to install it myself. It wasn't all that hard to replace the part and we got hot water again within a few hours. Mel truly saved me hours, money, and stress! Am so impressed with this company. My mom's hot water heater quit heating the water so I called Bower's Plumbing Service to have a repairman come fix the problem. Shortly after I called, Mel Bower, the owner of the company called me back. Instead of dispatching an employee, he worked with me on the phone and helped me fix the issue myself. I'm not sure what the cost of a service call would have cost my mom but I know that it would have been more profitable for the company if Mel would sent someone out to help us. Mel was very patient with me and gave me clear, easy to understand suggestions and didn't give up until together we were able to get the heater working again. I highly recommend this company!

Totally amazing service from Bower Plumbing for Takagi 110u tankless
They helped me with getting the right propane setup for my tiny house
Then helped troubleshoot a internal gas valve problem that I was able to fix myself
Turned out a to be a simple fix but they stuck with me on the phone while we figured it out
I could go on for a long time but just know, don't waste your time with any other plumbers when you need tankless water heater help

This is a preliminary, but relevant, review.
We have a fairly complicated plumbing system -
a tankless system and a small preheater.
Many plumbing companies do not service these
systems - perhaps because of their complexity
(I really don't know).
What I do know is that when I called Bowers
to inquire if they serviced tankless water heaters,
Mel spent about 15 minutes on the phone
with me - asking about any problems, and
explaining potential causes. He was extremely
knowledgeable.

Now when was the last time you called a
plumber and received that kind of attention
before even hiring them to do the work?
I thought so.
I will add to this review when the work is
completed.

Tip: Bowers is in considerable demand;
you may have to wait a week or more for
service.

I recommend Bowers HIGHLY after my water heater failed and they had my back with the manufacturer to make sure not just parts were covered that also labor was covered. Mel went the extra mile and Dan was awesome to prioritize the work!

I have had Bower's Plumbing work at my house before so when my water heater wouldn't work, I called Mel at Bower's Plumbing.

Mel himself picked up the phone and after a brief conversation, he gave a suggestion of how to trouble shoot the problem myself which would save me money. Unfortunately it didn't work so I called again and we scheduled an appointment.

Mel called the water heater company and negotiated with them to send me the needed part for free. So once one of the technicians came over to replace the part, my water heater was in working condition.

I would very highly recommend calling Bower's Plumbing Service if you need work done with an honest company.
