August 2019 I was in need of a plumber and googled plumbers in Rohnert Park, so thankful I came across Mel and his crew they are the most professional, timely, diligent group of men and they follow up on their work I have used their services several times. On Monday morning I called my tenant had no hot water and Mel sent someone out and fixed the same day this is above and beyond since they are risking this Virus outbreak along with the rest of us.
I always receive a call back with the findings and recommendations.

After 5 days of cold showers and getting the run around from Lowe's & Whirlpool, Mel was able to quickly identify my problem over the phone. He sent Dan out to fix my water heater and get my hot water running again. These guys are amazing!

Believe I wrote a 5* review for Bowers a few years ago when we first used their service, but I wanted to update with another top experience! During an extended power shutdown recently, we couldn't get our hot water heater restarted. Mel responded immediately to a phone message even though I'm sure his hands were full with similar clients. Although we were not able to get the pilot restarted following his instructions, he sent a plumber out super fast who got us up and running and serviced our heater. We cannot recommend Bowers Plumbing highly enough, he is SO courteous and helpful, and most of all responsive. You will be in the best possible hands with their professional help!

I had a problem with my new AO Smith water heater which was still under warranty, so I contacted the manufacturer and explained the problem. The heater would emit this loud fog horn noise every time any hot water faucet was turned on. The technical support in Tennessee assigned a reference number and Bowers Plumbing Service as a plumber that was located close to where I live. I contacted Bowers and Mel took my call, explained my problem with water heater and he said he would have a technician out within the hour. I was impressed that someone would come that soon, I was even more impressed when Max showed up, diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it and have my water heater up and running (also quiet) within 1/2 an hour.
I was so impressed, they will be my contact for future plumbing needs.

Bowers Plumbing did the recall repairs on my A.O. Smith water heater. The folks at Bowers were great! Very courteous and professional, and they returned my calls right away. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The repair person who came out knew a great deal about water heaters, and explained everything to my husband and me. The repair person had done many of these repairs, and was able to do ours in a very short time. I am very impressed with this company, and the next time I have a plumbing problem, I'm calling them!

I can't tell you how impressed I was with Bowers plumbing. It was a Friday and our hot water heater stopped working. I spoke to a plumber who works for Sears because it was a Kenmore hot water heater. When I describe what happened he told me about this national recall on 600,000+ water heaters some of which were sold by Sears. I went to this website and indeed my hot water heater was one of the ones being recalled. I got in touch with Bowers plumbing who is handling the repair work for these hot water heaters in our area. He said that people are in our situation will be put at the front of the line to get their hot water feeder fixed. The communication was great and they did everything they could to get ours fixed as soon as possible. I only wish I lived closer so that when the next time I need plumbing service I could call them.

Mel is outstanding. Can't thank him enough for installing a faucet in my kitchen 2 times. The first time the faucet dripped lightly when I shut it off. I thought nothing of it but when Mel called me to ask how my faucet was working after install was done I notified Mel about the drip. He said he would take care it the next day, and that's exactly what he did. The next day he was back installing a completely NEW faucet. I thought he would just fix the previous one he installed, but he just changed it out with a different one. He said that he doesn't trust faucets when they drip. That it may be a defective faucet and he wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have an issue in the future, which I have not. I see now why his slogan is what it is. He really does stand for Trust Honesty and Integrity. I know who I'm calling if I have any plumbing issues and I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know. I had an A.O. Smith hot water heater issue that was covered by an A.O. Smith warranty. They had me call Bowers Plumbing Service to schedule a plumber to come out and service the unit. I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Bowers, from the person answering the phone to the plumber that came to my house. Everyone was very nice, used humor when appropriate and did a fantastic job keeping me updated on what the problem was and any issues that might come up in the future. They were even able to get me same day service and their hourly rate seemed reasonable even though I didn't have to pay as my hot water heater was under warranty. I will be using Bowers Plumbing Service for all future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Bowers plumbing for any plumbing needs. Dan came out to replace a shower handle and did a perfect job. When you need any type of job done you look for a company that is punctual, cost effective (translated, meaning does not gouge you with the price), and is professional.
