I've had good experiences with Bow Tie Plumbing. Last year they installed a water heater, and today they detected and repaired a propane leak. The technicians Jose and Will did an awesome job. Will went up on the roof, then under the crawl space of the house to find and fix the leak. They deserved a tip for their hard work, but I didn't see the screen where you can leave a tip until after I had told the home owner the total price. I think I'll call the boss and ask for another invoice so I can tip the guys something, because I don't feel great about that.

They were so professional and nice, they came and took a look at our shower (we weren't sure if we had a leak or not). When they did a few tests and didn't find any leak they didn't even want to charge us for the visit.

I just needed my new garbage disposal installed. When I called, Billy answered and was able to get someone over the same day. Miguel performed the install in a snap! He was on time, polite, professional and patient to answer all my questions. They both made me feel valued even for this small job request. I highly recommend them!!

they quoted a price 325.00 to high for a wax ring [replacement] 4 a toilet, should be about 125.00-175.00 doing it myself !

2nd review of Bow Tie plumbing. Had great experience the first time when they installed a new water heater. This time a clogged drain line. Very responsive, showed up on time. First snaking seemed to fix things but then next day problem was back. Called them and they offered to apply the snake cost charge to the somewhat more expensive jetting service. Jetting service did the trick. Honest, fair and reasonable prices. Will use them again if any plumbing issues arise.
