We had a leak in our bathroom, turned out to be our hot water pipe under the slab, it created a flood in the front of our house. We called Billy and the next day he came out to temporarily fix the hot water valve so we could have some hot water while the pipes got repaired, so we were not left without any hot water. Bill gave an estimate for the repipe of our hot/cold water lines. His team came out and repiped our house in one day. He also referred us to a restoration company that came out to dry the water and clear our the damaged walls and flooring. From start to finish Billy was professional and courteous, helped us get through a very stressful situation.

THE BEST THERE IS.
I've been a homeowner in the area for over 35 years. I have had to deal with a lot of electrical, plumbing, etc. you name it. I've seen a lot of how these companies operate and we all know the dread of how they are going to keep making the prices up and adding additional fees and costs that make the experience of needing professional help in this context absolutely dreadful.

Well, this is NOT the case with Bow Tie. I was in a jam and I called over 10
local area companies on a weekend. The only one to be completely honest, affordable, responsive, friendly and really engaged with trying to help was Bow Tie.
I am a customer for life. They did an incredible job, were fast, efficient, supremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with financially. I only wish all the other types of home repair contractors behaved like Bow Tie.

Bow Tie Plumbing was referred by a plumbing supply store. After attempting to correct some water pipe pin holes (fix the one on one pipe and the next galvanized section would sprout one), I threw in the wrench and called Bow Tie. Billy was on site within two hours. In short order, the job was completed to perfection.
Billy was polite, quick and professional. Next plumbing situation (hopefully never) Bow Tie will be called. I have no hesitation on rating them 5 stars. Billy earned them.

I am very happy with the service I received! just bought a home and had to fix a sloppy and possibly dangerous repair made by the prior owner. During the estimate, Billy took the time to make sure I understood everything and what my options were. He was very patient as i asked 101 different questions and provided multiple cost scenarios based on what he might find once he started taking everything apart so I wouldn't be surprised. When he came back to complete the repairs, he was able to do so at the lower cost! From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, on time, and honest. We had a deceptive leak in our ice maker input line. Guessed--correctly!-- a valve to the input line under the adjacent sink was not shutting off. Called BTP and they fit us in; arrived on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Came back in w/parts, did a little extra engineering on the problem: Perfect outcome: Able to shut-off water to ice maker while keeping water flowing to sink faucet. Wore mask; cleaned up area after finishing. Really glad we found you on Yelp! More plumbing jobs on the horizon!
