If I could give Billy more than 5+ stars I would. I found his company contact through Yelp and contacted him regarding draining my hot water heater. On my call with him he noted that he couldn't get someone out to see me for a few days but because of time constraints on my end I needed the issue addressed as soon as possible. Rather than brushing me off, Billy asked about the issue I had and proceeded to walk me through the process during a 5-minute phone call. It was not something he had to do but I believe it is something innately within him that he wants to help people. I was able get it done myself and I had Billy to thank for this. Booking: Five stars. Bow Tie is fast to respond and provides clear communication on appointment times, and when they are on their way. You get a text message to confirm as well.

Inspection: We had a tech, Jose, come for the initial inspection. He actually advised us on our options that differed from another company who put in a bid an hour before. Jose was thorough in his assessment, but to be certain, he had the owner Billy come out to evaluate our situation. Billy agreed with Jose. In short, they saved us a lot time and money.

Consultation: Billy was able to explain the situation, what was needed, and more importantly what was not. He provided us with valuable information that other companies might withhold just to make some money. In his explanation, he did not speak over our heads, took his time, and asked us if we had any questions.

Estimate: He was able to put together a rough estimate for some jobs we are considering in the next couple of months. Billy said that he'll put together an itemized bid and get it to us ASAP.

Bow Tie Plumbing made a great impression on us with great communication, customer service skills, and competitive pricing. We hope to do business with them soon.

Job was done super quick by Anthony. Anthony gave me my options and price, we agreed and he got it done within 20-30min. You pay for their experience not the time, I love to work with people that are knowledgeable of their craft . He gave me 30 days labor warranty. Good honest company, will definitely keep their number for any plumbing issues.

Billy came over and did a thorough inspection and diagnosis of our fairly serious plumbing issue. They provided a quote on the spot and when it came time to handle the work, they came back with a full crew, were kind to my doggy :), and did great, clean work. We are so relieved with the fix and feel confident we won't be experiencing any more problems. We got to see real-time video of the water flow within the piping which was a nice benefit.
