We had a leak coming from outside the garage, 1st plumber we called out said he needed to repipe from the main water valve, quoted us $1200, and was going to break concrete from our driveway. We decided to call Bow Tie for a second opinion, considering our water bill did not show any sign of leakage and water meter wasn't at all running to show signs of a leak. Once Billy came out, he was honest and professional, not using any of the common franchised plumbers scripts to try to take your money (All Star Plumbing - we previously called them out and they tried to nickel and dime us). He helped us out by speaking in terms we understand, and ultimately the leak wasn't even our responsibility. Billy will be our go to guy for any and all plumbing needs moving forward!

Outstanding customer service! Super helpful and informative with reasonable prices. Billy and Miguel came out to fix a leaky shower, fix two toilets and install a regulator and the whole experience was a pleasant one. They worked around my schedule and were super fast. I highly recommend them.

I recently used Bow Tie Plumbing to repair a long-standing leak at my elderly mom's home. Billy and Miguel were polite and professional and reasonably priced. They took care of the problem and several other issues with her bathroom that had been going on for years. She was reluctant to call a plumber for fear of being taken advantage of and not knowing who to call. Bow Tie had done work for us previously, so I called them out to help and I'm glad we did. Billy is an honest and good man. You can tell the minute you meet him. Had a hot water leak under my house. He did a temp fix after hours. Will be back next week to finish. It's very hard to find thoughtful people to help. Especially when you are a senior citizen. Highly recommend!!!
