I spoke with Billy from Bow Tie Plumbing on the phone, explaining I needed a kitchen sink sprayer hose leak fixed. He told me that sprayer replacement hoses are obsolete and they do not make them and I could try to contact the manufacturer to see if they could help me.
Billy said that I would need to buy a new faucet and they would install it for $275-$350! I thought that didn't sound correct because Lowe's and Home Depot have just about everything as far as replacement parts.
I looked on YouTube and immediately found that a new sink sprayer hose could be replaced very easily.
I went to Lowe's and bought the exact Moen replacement hose I needed, went home and replaced it myself in 5 minutes for $24. I did not need a whole new faucet.
I also asked Billy pricing regarding hooking up a (working) Bosch dishwasher I was given. He said to hook it up would be $500 and possibly more$.
I did call 2 other highly recommended businesses for other estimates, and both places were 1/2 of Billy's pricing.

I did call back and speak with Billy after I installed the hose myself, letting him know for his own professional future knowledge that sprayer replacement hoses are readily available, reasonably priced and very easy to find at Lowe's---
Needless to say, I feel lied to and won't be calling Bow Tie Plumbing for any future services.

I highly recommend Bow Tie Plumbing! Billy came out last year in January and replaced my water heater. This past week with the heavy rains I had a leak on my roof connected to the exhaust pipe. I called him and he was out the same day to seal it! No charge! Best customer service ever! Thank you Billy and Miguel!!!

Bow Tie Plumbing did an amazing job. We called on a Sunday and spoke to Billie who was very knowledgeable and gave a possible causation over the phone. Sent out Jose and Will at 8am who did a quick inspection and estimate. Price was given up front along with issue which they immediately fixed. Jose and Will had no problem showing me the issue, proper maintenance, and how to avoid further issues. They were well worth the cost as Billie was upfront that they are in the middle of price range for other companies. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others who are looking for honest, professionals that take pride in their craft. A+

Jose and Will are the greatest! Came out late on a week night and we're able to get our main drain pipe clear. Jose allowed Me to watch as Will put the camera down to see where the issue was going from. Both these gentlemen were super friendly and answered all my questions! I called Bow Tie Plumbing for a faucet install and Billy picked up the call who is very friendly and efficiently set up an appointment for me and very flexible to reschedule me earlier per my request on the same day. Miguel came to help for all the requests I had. He is very patient, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient to get all the work done very well. I will highly recommend Miguel to help anyone if you need help. He is very calm to get all the work done efficiently while my little doggie has been trying to bother him lol. After failing to get In touch with a plumber known within my community, I decided to check yelp. Bow tie plumbing was the first to pop up so to decided to give them a try. My parents had a leak in their kitchen with became a huge issue. These guys came out the SAME day and knew exactly what they were talking about. No scamming, no over charging, nothing... just complete honesty. My mom was extremely happy with the professionalism and knowledge these guys had. Definitely happy that my first option was a fail because these guys were a blessing in disguise. I'd HIGHLY recommend them!

So much for 24x7 service. We just called them for my mom who currently has no water because her water heater is leaking and we had to turn off the water.
If you need service on the weekend, don't call these folks, their hours are not as listed on their ads.
