I heard about Jerry Botham from a friend of mine. I recently had a problem with the toilet at my office in MDR. I called Jerry and left a message. He returned my call within 10 minutes, and I explained the situation. The problem was minor - just a broken chain / rubber stopper / flush mechanism. He drove over and was there in 10 minutes. He checked out the problem, and then gave me a replacement part for free, which I installed (it took approx 30 seconds).

The part was probably only a $7 part, but now I would call Jerry for a large, expensive plumbing job. He's a smart guy - $7 cost for a very impressed customer who will refer him work and use him again. Well done, Jerry.

I can't say enough about Jerry and his crew. I had a water pressure problem and he immediately diagnosed the problem. And instead of charging me an arm and a leg, as I was expecting to pay, he made a simple adjustment and I was set. You don't find this kind of honesty much anymore. Jerry is someone you can trust. Read the fantastic review done by the previous and decided to call due to GREAT urgency (see: cracked hot water heater, major leakage, immediate assistance required). Gentleman on the other end of the phone was egregiously unhelpful and uninformative. I described my emergency and he simply said ""f***, i don't want [the job]"" and hung up. I'd give him 1/2 a star for shock, awe, and amusement.

great guy, the fastest response I have ever received, called me back within 2 minutes, told me he would be over in 10 minutes, and knocked on my door in 5....amazing. very friendly, professional, kept my house clean (even took off shoes at the front door) I would highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. needless to say he took care of all the problems extremely quick. from call to exit no more than 40 minutes.
I am still amazed! Other businesses should follow his example.
I give him and his help 10 stars.
