Responsive, prompt and experienced. I've found that often plumbers will send out their technicians to do jobs that seem easy over the phone (clogged kitchen sink) without coming out themselves and then the job ends up botched. Not Botham - they will send an actual plumber to supervise their technician and make sure the job is done right and spend time explaining what was done so you know what's going on. We have had Botham Plumbing come to replace a kitchen faucet, unclog the kitchen sink, replace pipes under the kitchen sink, and unclog 2 deck drains.
