After all the good reviews, I was prompted to call. After hearing what I needed (a few leaky sinks checked), I was told they were 'too swamped'. So if you don't have a big job, you may want to take your business elsewhere.

Jer just helped me over the phone unclog both sides of my kitchen sink! He's got a fun sense of humor and wanted to save me the cost of a home visit. He gave exact instructions which I attempted to follow precisely... and it worked. Page 41 of his manual is crucial ;-)

I just called Jerry today to come in and fix my boss's garbage disposal. Jerry and his associate Oscar arrived quickly, removed their shoes before entering, and laid down cloths before beginning work. Jerry thoroughly explained the issue, showed me the reason for the equipment failure, and replaced it in no time flat for a very reasonable fee. He even left us with a few valuable plumbing tips and and told us if we ever need a referral for cabinet work or other craftsman work, he has many contacts in the area.

Friendly, prompt, thorough, clean, and kind!

Jerry is amazing. I wish there was a Jerry running every business I deal with.
He should give customer service instruction to business.
Super efficient, friendly, fair, sincere.
I called on Saturday, he said he was busy all day and to call back on Monday. He asked my name and said he would speak with me on Monday.
I called back on Monday and he picked up the phone and said ""Hi Suzy"". He actually matched my name to my phone number.....who does that!
He arrived 15 minutes after I called - again.....amazing.
He looked at my garbage disposal which has not been serviced the entire 15 years I have lived in my condo. He said they were in bad shape but he was going to fix it. Turns out to be exterior problem.....an HOA issue.
So happy to have found Jerry from the reviews on Yelp.

I chose this company based on the Yelp reviews. Jerry and his assistant Oscar came within hours of my calling (and, would have come sooner if I could have had them come then). They were courteous, very clear about when they would arrive, did the job really well and were super clean (they took their shoes off before coming in the house). Their pricing was very fair. We have another project coming up in a couple of weeks and I'm so glad that we have someone great to do it!

I called Jerry with what I thought at the time was a plumbing emergency. But of course, when he arrived (within the hour, as promised) the problem had disappeared. I was obviously embarrassed to have called a plumber for a problem that didn't exist when he arrived, but Jerry was very knowledgeable and looked at the toilet anyway. He made a small quick adjustment, and then kindly said this one was on him.

I would highly recommend Jerry to anyone. I will definitely be keeping his business card for next time!
