I have hired other plumbers in the past. A friend recommended Botham Plumbing and they have been my only plumber since. Incredibly professional in every way. They are more than capable of managing and fixing any Plumbing & Heating need. Recently they came out on a Weekend to install a new Hot Water Heater on a moments notice. Went out of his way to be helpful when I called even though he doesn't service my type of water heater, he found me someone who would, their number, and told me what to ask for. Very helpful even knowing I would not be using/paying them. Much appreciated!

Top caliber service, knowledge and experience..

Botham plumbing and heating has studied mutt needs as an architect, home owner and renter. I have comfortably referred the company to clients and Realtors, and have used them successfully at my Santa Monica apartment. My other home is 100 miles away, or of use them there as well.

Called to see if they can fix a quick leak. Receptionist said no, we can't. I asked ""You can't right now because your busy, or because this isn't a service you offer?"" and he freaked out: ""Who are you to think we don't do such a service?! This is a full service plumbing..."" - and I interjected and said ""OK"" and hungup the phone before he could continue being smug. So, of course he then calls me back 3x in a row with the company phone number, just so he can hangup when I answer. Very professional.

Thankful I found out in advance not to work with these people.

I suggest you work on your communication skills. Speaking to potential customers in a condescending tone is not exactly a way to win business.

I needed a main line sewer cleaned and Jerry flat out told me that his company was too expensive for me. This was stated BEFORE he quoted me the rates. In addition, he said that his company was booked through the following week and told me to call another plumber. Must be nice to turn away business. I was looking for someone reliable that I could partner with for future work such as installing a clean out and a possible re-pipe.

Do not call this company if you value customer service and fair rates.

Jerry came through for us. Every facility in our home was backed up and he sent us help right away and spent a lot of time going over what was needed and why. So glad we called him. Nothing seems so urgent as plumbing issues when it raises its angry little head. Thank you, Botham Plumbing for saving the day yesterday!

I had a blocked kitchen drain late at night, and called Botham to see if I could get an appointment for the next day. I got an answering machine, and left a message. I then got another plumber who answered and made an appointment. I called Botham back to tell him never mind, This time he picked up, and before I could say anything he said ""Please stop calling. It's too late to be calling.""

What kind of a plumber doesn't have an answering service for emergency calls?
