If I could I would give zero stars. The work crew was very rude. Leaving the gate to my yard open despite being asked to keep it shut. They then proceeded to swear loudly outside the window where my son was sleeping. I asked them to keep it down. About an hour later the swearing started up again ""we don't have the to keep the f***ing gate shut, we don't have to keep our f***ing voices down."" I went out to ask them again to stop swearing. ""Dave"" told me he had a permit so it didn't mater what I said. I told him if the swearing continued I would call the police and he said ""go ahead"". I did call the office to complain and they seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than actually dealing with the problem.

Boston Drain saved our Thanksgiving! We had a horrible back up that necessitated MAJOR plumbing work. These guys arrived within hours of my call the day before Thanksgiving. And throughout each day of the week long job, I had full plumbing use each night. They made a horrible homeowner event as easy as could possibly be.

So glad I called Boston Drain after Rapid Flow screwed up a job at my rental property. I was in a jam and I called the dispatch at Boston Drain. She sent the technician over within an hour. We had a clog in the sewer pipe, and Chris got to the problem within minutes. So lucky I found them!!!

From the first phone call & up until saying goodbye upon completion of our main sewer line Chris, Tevin & crew have been a pleasure to work with. Everyone has been knowledgeable, friendly, worked on the weekend and able to meet my needs above and beyond expectations!! If you are looking for a company that treats you as family/friend and not just another number or dollar sign!! I highly recommend Boston Drain!

BEWARE! They take advantage of a situation. They gave me two quotes one was for a shorter distance and the other for full distance of basement. They didn't go the full shorter distance and the plumber said he spilt the difference. Beware.

Rude, unprofessional and hostile! Had a sewer emergency with waste water backing up into the basement and called them out. Dumb and Dumber arrived and after crawling around in the basement for a few hours concluded that there was a blocked sewer line (duh) and said they would have to come back on another day to camera the line. When I asked why this wasn't done at their initial inspection they referred me to the 'boss' who went ballistic on me and said he didn't want to do the work at all! Wow, these guys need more competition. Not NYC material...nooo. Stay away at all costs.

The most horrible service experience ever! Mike from Boston Drain has serious problems and I would never want him in my home. He screamed at me on the phone for no reason and started swearing at me, then hung up. He has issues. If you're looking for the worst service and you want to deal with a potential psycho then dial Boston Drain.

Called yesterday because septic drain was clogged. Entire encounter was more than professional in what was a frantic situation on the home front! Assistance arrived within 2 hours of my call. Service person was more than professional. He offered suggestions for ongoing troubleshooting of potentially larger drain field issue AND completed task at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs drain help.

I had them come to my home in back in March of 2017 to clear a drain because of a root problem that I was upfront about. They cleared it and gave us a 3 month warranty. Since then they have had to come out two other times in 2 months to keep cleaning the clogged drain. They were supposed to come on Monday June 5th, 2017 early afternoon by 4 o'clock. I called them asking when they would be here. They stated that they would be here by 6:00 pm. That would not work because I had a previous engagement. A woman I spoke with gave me a time frame between 9:00 am to 11:00 am, but stated I have to give a time frame but will we will be there first thing in the morning. WRONG again! No one showed up until 10:30 am AFTER I called to see where they were! Unacceptable!

The tech finally showed up up just snaked it with a camera showing me the problem that I already know about. CLEARLY this company has poor communication skills. Instead of taking the time to do the job correctly, the tech spent the ENTIRE time trying to sell me on getting the lines blown out by a company in Newton, MA. There is no guarantee.

The 2nd time they came, they left a hot mess with an inch of water in my bathroom. These guys used my personal bathroom towels to sop up the mess and I believe poured something on them ruining them. Mind you, these are NOT cheap towels from Walmart. Try $30.00 towels from Bed Bath and Beyond. I called and complained about this visit to a supervisor and explained what happened. I went through all 3 visits and the man on the phone was EXTREMELY rude to me. He said, ""You've already told me about that, you've already complained about that. Let's go to the new complaint."" Unreal. I used them back in 2014 and I'm guessing stopped because they didn't do a very good job.

To this day 6/10/17 the toilet is still leaking and it is still clogged. Totally incompetent. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use them! Stay Away!
